O quarto era ótimo, limpo, confortável e tranquilo. Fiquei agradavelmente surpreendido com as delícias da coroação disponíveis. Material excelente, muito educado e prestativo. A localização também é ótima. Ah, e você deve experimentar a pizza!

Located on part of the Birmingham University campus in Edgbaston so good location for academic conferences / visiting the university, also short distance to dental hospital, cricket ground, tennis centre etc. Plenty of free parking including blue badge and EV charging. Check-in was quick and efficient. Angela, who checked us in, was friendly and helpful. There is a large bar which serves smaller meals throughout the day and also a restaurant in the evening. The bar food was average price for hotel food (£12+ for sandwich with some soup)  and average quality. Room was clean and tidy, with modern decor. It was very spacious and well equipped with seating and table, ironing board, plenty of pillows, pod coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods, tea bags etc. Black out blinds worked well and there was minimal noise from other rooms / corridor. Would definitely stay again if in the Edgebaston / Birmingham area. 

Nice relaxing place, beautiful garden. Only issue I had no water available at night. Vending machine cash only. Rest of hotel card only. Reception staff were not helpful. Could not offer a glass of water. Disappointed.

Quando | reservado esta sala na descrição foi a palavra 'acessível' foi na descrição, isso significa que é uma sala de cadeira de rodas acessível, eu, por falta de uma descrição correta reservado esta sala, Como todas estas salas estão diretamente na recepção, não tive boa noite para dormir, muitas pessoas entram e saem a todas as horas, pedi um quarto tranquilo, me disseram que se quisesse mudar de quarto, teria de pagar um extra £5.00, isso concordava, Infelizmente, não havia outras salas disponíveis, quando perguntei por que razão a sala não tinha sido descrita em cadeira de rodas acessível que eu não teria livro porque não sou deficiente e não teria reservado essa sala como uma pessoa com deficiência genuína que poderia ter desejado. Foi-me dito que se tratava de uma correcção política.Ouvi um golpe de voz, porque é o que é, a cadeira de rodas é acessível, porque eu mal entendi a descrição, para que uma pessoa com deficiência real não pudesse ter reservado isso. A sala pensava que não tinha as instalações certas nela!!

Stay at this hotel about 5/6 times a year. It is basic but also clean. It has a 24 hr bar and served pub grub too. I support wolves and the stadium is more or less across the road. The city centre is only a short walk away. The rooms are basic with no frills but bedding is always clean as are the rooms.

Arrived early - 40 minutes - asked if possible to check in. Told to wait ten minutes and then told ok. Went to room and not ready. Housekeeping not aware but did say they'd do our room quickly. No problem. Just wanted to use loo and would come back later. Returned much later. Room ready and clean. Bedroom bin had not been emptied. Very noisy from traffic through the night. Pillows uncomfortable. Breakfast pretty poor. Hot offering sparse and cold. Continental limited. Staff were very pleasant which was lovely and probably made up for the shortcomings. Would choose somewhere quieter, ideally.

Beware of hidden charges! They charged us £5 extra for parking because we booked through Trip.com, they claimed it was a travel agent and therefore chargeable. Where I booked it said parking included. Also I had pets with me, despite the 2 routes I went through while booking both said pets welcome, no mention of £15 extra PER pet not room. Every other hotel and I travel with pets a lot always says how much or additional charge may be applicable. Nothing on this one and they are putting it up to £20 per pet. I showed the way I booked and even checked it out, no mention of a charge. He showed me 3 ways it does through the Wyndham site. Like I am going to go through that because I know who their parent company is🤷. I was stuck over a barrel very tired and nowhere to go so had to pay. However normally I wouldn't, it's wrong, false advertising by commission and I will never use them again. Someone else who used a different method to book was getting a £5 parking charge too, they weren't happy either.
