Room was big and clean. Location was great, walking distance to bus terminal, good restaurants and river iguazu. Breakfast was basic but sufficient.
Service could have been much better for a 4-star hotel. I am travelling around ARG and stay mostly at 4-star accomodations and i must say the service here can be improved.
Staff, although provide information when asked, had a snappy attitude. There was only one male staff at the reception, who speaks good English, who rendered good service, was polite and understand customer service in hospitality.

The hotel reception service is warm and thoughtful, the room is spacious, the facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is 3-5 minutes walk from the bus station. The first bus from the bus station leaves at 8 o'clock to the gate of Iguazu Park. The driver accepts cash. It runs every half an hour, which is very convenient. Going further ahead is the Three Kingdoms Observation Deck.

Great hotel with good on-site facilities. The rooftop bar and pool were a favourite. Has a restaurant, Cafe and inside bar. Rooms are spacious with private balconies facing lush greenery. Very helpful staff.

The apartment type is cleaner and quieter than the loft. The room is overall good, but the plugs are all angled and there is no USB connector. So you have to remember to bring the adapter, otherwise you will be confused.
The network was not very good. It rained and there was a thunderstorm at night. The network was down and it was not repaired the next day.
You can try the hotel's masseur to relax. You can order it at the front desk and the massage chair will be sent to your room for about 40 minutes at a time. It's simple and relaxing.
I didn’t go to Iguazu Falls because of time issues. You can reserve a driver at the front desk. The last bus is before 3 pm, and it will be closed later.

Check in on late time and Lucia understood that we were tired, so she's been very sweet to walk us to the room. The landscape of the hotel is stunning.
Our room overlooking to the swimming pool, but no time for swimming hhh.
The room is very clean, the bed was cool and shower room are perfect with very easy adjust the water temperature, no free water bottle, so i must purchase from the restaurant.
The breakfast is perfect with many variety of fruit, yogurt, pastry, snacks and drinks
and i love the omelet that i order from the kitchen.
When we don't have cash for taxi, receptionist help us to paid with 10% interest, which is fair.
Parking area is huge in the middle of the rainforest
All staff are very friendly and helpful, lobby is gorgeous too
Overall is our perfect stay in Iguazu Cataratas and I highly suggest to all type of traveler to check in here.

We arrived at night according to the navigation guidelines. All the way to the black light, I thought I went to the wilderness. The hotel is very wonderful. The room can only accommodate 2 people. The children over 3 years old will have to pay 60 yuan for the room. The half-day price is almost noisy and the final price is 40 dollars. The room decoration design is very simple, almost no decoration. The toilet door is facing the bed, the room on the first floor is simpler, two small beds of one meter wide, no carpet. In China, it is completely incompatible with the five-star standard.

GGuest UserThe room was average, free water was only given for one day. The breakfast was good. The hotel rooftop can see three countries at a glance, which is quite a surprise! Iguazu may not have enough electricity, and the power was cut off at night. The resonance sound of the generator in our room was very fragrant, which was very uncomfortable!

AAnonymous UserOnly the location and view are worth it. The room is very old and peeling. The balcony door is also difficult to open. The breakfast is also average except for more breads. There is nothing to eat. It ended after 10 o'clock. The quality of breakfast has plummeted after Melia took over. Swimming in the pool and taking pictures are OK. If you stay in the hotel, you can only buy a park day ticket and use it until the day of departure. When buying tickets at the window, they said that you can stay at Melia. It is very convenient to enter the park, especially it is very close to the meeting point for rushing waterfalls. You can open the door and buy tickets directly for the first morning class. There are not many people. If you go to the city, the hotel can book a chartered car for 70 US dollars. No matter how many places you go, you will be followed and waited. If there are many people, it is OK. If you have dinner in the restaurant, you need to reserve a seat in advance. The lobby bar has fast food from morning to night. As for drinking water, there are two bottles every day. If it is not enough, you can ask for more. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport. It is relatively close. You can book a car from the hotel. The room price was cheaper on the day of check-in than when booking
