I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.

Os funcionários foram sempre muito atenciosos e se esforçaram para tornar nossa experiência ótima do começo ao fim! O serviço de WeChat facilitou muito a comunicação com eles para reservar transporte, refeições, etc. Recomendo fortemente esta hospedagem!

O Taikoo Li fica a poucos minutos a pé, o que o torna muito conveniente. Depois de um dia agitado em Chengdu, você pode fazer compras no Taikoo Li para ajudar na digestão. Há também uma pequena loja no primeiro andar, tornando as compras ainda mais convenientes. O hotel também dispõe de banheiros inteligentes, cortinas e uma TV com projetor, permitindo que você assista a programas de todas as principais plataformas. Os alto-falantes são todos Marshall e a qualidade do som é fantástica. Foi uma estadia muito satisfatória.

The stay in this hotel is comfortable and rooms are relatively quiet. Most of the noise comes from other guests talking loudly along the hallway, but fortunately, not excessively. The room size is very spacious with a huge bathtub in the room. It would be great if there was a hook or hanger to hang the bath towel near the tub and also an extra bath mat for the tub. I liked having a washlet in the toilet and the shower has good water pressure as well. The only issue is that the room I had seems to be a smoking room (although I had booked a non-smoking room) as I could smell lingering cigarette smoke and there was also an ashtray on the table. The most commendable part was the staff. Extremely helpful service when we had to check in and drop our luggage in a hurry to meet our guide, and the lady staff walked us out onto the street to catch a taxi and communicated to the driver where we were supposed to go. Sorry I forgot to ask for her name but I really appreciate her helpfulness!! Breakfast was included in the room and it was mostly local Sichuan dishes. Plus point on staying here is also the proximity to the train station and there's plenty of food options around.

Das 19h às 22h, há várias piscinas de imersão para escolher, com água muito quente e borbulhante, e super limpas. O buffet de café da manhã é completo, com tudo o que você pode querer, e todos os pratos são preparados na hora. Há até um chef preparando macarrão de arroz na hora para você. I recently stayed at a transit hotel in Chengdu and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s very close to the airport—perfect for short layovers or early flights. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The meals were surprisingly good for a transit hotel, with a nice variety and satisfying quality. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long journey. I also appreciated the facilities and amenities. The hotel offers a comfortable environment with thoughtful touches, and the bathtub was a great bonus—perfect for unwinding and refreshing before the next leg of travel. Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was not noisy at all. I was able to rest comfortably without any disturbance, which is something I really value. There is also a VIP check-in service available at the airport, which sounds like a great perk, although I wasn’t entirely sure how to use it. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer instructions for guests on how to take advantage of this feature. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone transiting through Chengdu. It offers convenience, comfort, and quality, making travel much more enjoyable.

The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us. During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change. The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer.

The new hotel had no formaldehyde smell, the rooms were large and beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The bed wasn't the super soft type, and the pillows—one high and one low—were a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, being on the second floor, it was quiet at night, and I slept very well. The surrounding environment was great, perfect for taking photos, and the service was excellent. It's rare to find such a satisfying hotel.

Fica a 5 minutos a pé da Kuanzhai Alley, e o melhor é que as 5 configurações incríveis me conquistaram totalmente~ A academia 24h tem equipamentos super completos, depois de um dia de passeios e comidas, dá pra fazer umas séries. A vista da rua pela janela de vidro é super relaxante; a lavanderia self-service com secadora deixa as roupas cheirosas e macias, dá pra ficar uma semana sem precisar levar muita bagagem; o café da manhã é uma mistura de Sichuan e Cantonês, o chaoshou é delicioso e os dim sum cantoneses são autênticos. Eles só recolhem a comida às 12h, perfeito para quem gosta de dormir até tarde! O mais surpreendente é o terraço na cobertura e a sauna com onsen! À noite, no terraço, dá para sentir a brisa e ver as lanternas da Kuaixinglou Street acenderem, criando uma atmosfera incrível; a temperatura da sauna é perfeita, e depois do onsen, a sensação é de total relaxamento, mais agradável do que visitar pontos turísticos~ Na próxima vez que vier a Chengdu, vou ficar aqui de novo!
