Este hotel é altamente recomendado. Inicialmente, reservamos duas noites e depois fomos a Bipegou por três dias. Ao retornarmos de Bipegou, optamos por este hotel novamente. Inicialmente, queríamos trocar de hotel para mudar de ambiente, mas como este hotel nos proporcionou conforto e um serviço excelente, acabamos escolhendo-o novamente. A equipe é composta por jovens, homens e mulheres de meia-idade simpáticos, tanto na recepção quanto na limpeza. Todos foram muito atenciosos e prestativos durante nossa estadia. Nos ajudaram a lavar roupa, havia lanches, chá e café todas as manhãs e tardes. Todos os serviços prestados foram excelentes e extraordinários. Nos sentimos em casa com o atendimento impecável, que se mostrou muito sincero conosco. Nota 100 para a equipe e a limpeza. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

The meals were surprisingly good for a transit hotel, with a nice variety and satisfying quality. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long journey. I also appreciated the facilities and amenities. The hotel offers a comfortable environment with thoughtful touches, and the bathtub was a great bonus—perfect for unwinding and refreshing before the next leg of travel. Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was not noisy at all. I was able to rest comfortably without any disturbance, which is something I really value. There is also a VIP check-in service available at the airport, which sounds like a great perk, although I wasn’t entirely sure how to use it. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer instructions for guests on how to take advantage of this feature. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone transiting through Chengdu. It offers convenience, comfort, and quality, making travel much more enjoyable.

I went blind and I was not disappointed, at the time I booked there were only 2 opinions, but it was indicated that the hotel was just opened, then I started. I booked a bedroom with 4 girls but I was alone , I was welcomed by Madame Xu Yan Peng , who was in the baby-sitter with me , she has a very good English and did not hesitate to give me are number to allow me to the Contact directly if I needed it as everyone doesn't speak English in the hotel. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. Sincerely, I'm not very much as recommending you the only little bemol is a bit hard bed but that's what I'm feeling is the same thing in all hostels. The location is also very good especially if you want to make the Emei mountain roundabout .

Assim que saí do hotel, um funcionário ligou para confirmar se ele estava guardado em segurança e perguntou se eu precisava enviá-lo pelo correio.
