Choosing this hotel for my business trip was incredibly stress-free! The lack of a gym and breakfast didn't impact my experience at all, as all my core needs were met. Being right next to the subway station made getting around super convenient, and I never felt rushed for client meetings. The sky garden lobby on the 6th floor was a delightful surprise – lots of greenery and fresh air, which instantly helped ease my work stress during check-in. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The fridge was perfect for drinks and fruit, and the huge projection screen with Tencent membership was a lifesaver for unwinding with some TV after work; it's even better if you have your own membership for watching shows. The butler service was absolutely amazing; they responded instantly on WeChat and were incredibly accommodating, bringing me printing paper super quickly. Professional and thoughtful, this is definitely my top choice for business travel!

The transportation here is incredibly convenient. There are direct bus routes to Gongbei Port and Jingshan Park. Fuhuali, located downstairs, has everything you could possibly need, including a great selection of Pop Mart's SKULLPANDA figures! There's also a large supermarket, which is great for buying fruit, and a staple food stall offering very affordable noodles, dumplings, and wontons. Evelyn, the Pullman duty manager, remembered us and quickly processed our check-in, even helping us exchange some loose change for the bus. We're very grateful! We'll definitely choose Pullman Hotel again when we return to Zhuhai.

The room came with kids' slippers and a small bathrobe. We could also borrow a baby cot, child safety rail, and bottle sterilizer/warmer for free. The room was clean and tidy, and there were buses to various attractions. The blackout curtains were excellent, allowing us to catch up on sleep even during the day. The carpets were cleaned daily, making it safe for bare feet. The elevators were fast and stable, and the hallways were quiet, clean, and free of noise. The early park entry privilege allowed us to easily experience all the popular rides. There was ample and clearly marked parking. We had a great time! The room was clean and comfortable, well-stocked with amenities, and the facilities were very new. The delivery service was also quick, and they even provided special items for both adults and children, which was very thoughtful. The hotel and park offered many activities to participate in, and the Spaceship Park was just downstairs from the lobby. Check-in and check-out were very fast, which was fantastic and convenient. The staff were polite and greeted us warmly. The dining experience at the Food Market restaurant was also exceptional, with attentive and detailed service, and exquisite, delicious food. The room facilities were complete, clean, and hygienic, and the items provided were especially thoughtful, even including a children's towel that my child loved. The hotel lobby was spacious, grand, and bright, and the room layout was reasonable. The hotel environment was beautiful with lush greenery. The hotel's location was good and convenient for transportation, being close to the light rail station. The hotel's dining options were rich and varied; the buffet food was delicious, the restaurant environment was beautiful, and the food selection was extensive. We will definitely come again!

Service: I have to commend the front desk staff! They even helped us upgrade to a room with a better view, where we could see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The photos below were all taken from inside the room. They also allowed us to store our luggage and even gave us two bottles of water when we left. Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, and they offer free laundry (wash and dry), which is super convenient. Environment: The location is excellent, directly opposite the Gongbei Port. A short walk east takes you to the coast, and it's also very close to Zhuhai Station. This hotel is definitely the right choice if you're going to Macau. Hygiene: The overall hygiene was pretty good, but we did find a used bandage next to the sofa. I'd suggest being more thorough during future cleanings.

We booked a premium garden-view twin room, and when we arrived, Tina at the front desk upgraded our room for us – the room itself was absolutely amazing! She also thoughtfully helped me book a mahjong room. The service was truly exceptional! This is definitely the standard of a five-star hotel! The dinner selection was also fantastic. Knowing we were a family of 10, they even reserved a specific 10-person area for us and brought individual mini lobsters to our seats. So thoughtful! We'll definitely be back for Chinese New Year! My recent stay in the courtyard room revealed a significant gap in overall experience. Both the facility design and service responsiveness need improvement, as detailed below: Areas for improvement: 1. The privacy of the courtyard hot tub is severely lacking. The hot tub is outdoors with almost no cover, making it directly visible to passersby. This made it impossible to use comfortably. After reporting this to the room butler, I was offered a 'downgrade' option. Reporting it to the front desk led to no follow-up or resolution, indicating a lack of service closure. 2. The lighting design in the room is flawed. The bathroom light cannot be fully turned off, causing significant light leakage at night and continuously disturbing sleep. For a hotel focused on leisure and relaxation, this basic experiential issue is truly unacceptable. 3. The room layout is impractical. My room was extremely far from the hot spring area, requiring a long walk through public areas. This severely disconnects from the core 'hot spring resort' experience. I suggest the hotel optimizes its room layout or shuttle service. Relatively satisfactory aspects: 1. The breakfast offerings were commendable. The variety was rich, and the quality consistent. The window seats offered an open view, and the dining atmosphere was pleasant. 2. The check-in process was smooth. A butler had already contacted me before arrival, and upon reaching, I was directly escorted to my room with my luggage delivered simultaneously. The overall handover was efficient, demonstrating appropriate service awareness. Summary: The hotel performs adequately in its initial service handover, but there are clear shortcomings in hardware design details and post-service response mechanisms. Especially the privacy issue with the courtyard room – if not improved, I would not recommend it to guests who value privacy. As a resort hotel, I hope more attention will be paid to the completeness of the guest experience.

The overall facilities and environment of the room were quite good. All rooms come with a 100-inch projector that has a built-in membership for watching movies, which is super convenient as you don't need to cast anything. The front desk staff even accompanied me to check out the room upstairs, and they said I could switch rooms immediately if there was anything I wasn't happy with – truly outstanding service, very warm and welcoming. It's also quite close to Dong's hometown, and there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby.

Quick overnight work stay at the Muji Hotel Shenzhen: - good location with lots of diverse eateries - well equipped gym and lots of useful amenities in room - quiet corridors and soundproof rooms - clean rooms with good working space and enjoyed the high ceilings very much - proactive and efficient staff

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

While the facilities at Hengqin Bay Hotel are a bit dated, the service is incredibly thoughtful. Since we had elderly family members who needed to rest at noon, the butler promptly arranged a room for us, and we received complimentary fruit and snacks daily. One of our rooms had a balcony directly overlooking the Whale Shark Aquarium, and watching the fireworks from there in the evening was absolutely blissful… The hotel breakfast was quite varied, and the shuttle service was very convenient. I highly recommend Ocean Kingdom; Chimelong Spaceship Theme Park might be more suitable for younger children. The package deals are great value for money and I recommend buying them.
