Like a labyrinth, even hard to find my room and the outlet lobby way ;) The room carpet should be vacculmed I think. Dust can easily float in the air and is bad for our health. The bath water is excellent if the temperature can be 5 degree higher. Hope, the patient assistant can tell us how to use the services and facilities Thanks very much.

第二次入住長頸鹿莊園，這次住的是B區。第一次是住A區，體驗特別好，這次有些遺憾。 先説優點: 1、動物王國的整體服務是四個園區中最好的，不亞於長隆，服務人員感覺都很實在，雖然少點職業感，但是很舒服。 2、綠葉子餐廳的早餐和晚餐都是自助餐，五星級品質，豐富美味，特別是早餐，特別提升體驗感。 3、園區內很乾凈，套餐內有代步車，路線很合理，動物們吃的也不錯。 4、住在園區可以享受閉園後寧靜，所以更建議天氣暖和的時候入住，20度以上吧，一是白天長，二是小動物們願意出來。 5、退房時送了一大盒麪點，特別有山東人的樸實感。 再説説不足: 1、B區的隔音效果太太太差了，隔壁房間的小朋友哭聲、爸爸呼嚕聲、説話聲、電視聲，那是一清二楚啊！懷疑房間牆壁是紙糊的。隔壁小朋友哭了一個晚上，每半個小時哭一次，崩潰了。下次寧願多花點錢住A區，一樓大堂還出片。 2、斑馬部落大床房面積很小很侷促，沒有沙發，茶水櫃也很小。馬桶跟淋浴挨着，淋浴的水會順着縫隙流到馬桶旁。 3、電視裏的VIP沒法用，速度還超級慢，總是在緩沖。 4、房間裏的膠囊咖啡機不太好用，出水超級慢。 5、送了夢幻世界的門票，夢幻世界服務跟動物王國沒法比，更像是個體户承包的項目，都是大叔，也不穿統一服裝。 總體而言，還是很推薦的，孩子很開心，這些不足希望能夠儘快改進。建議像長隆一樣，再多一些與動物互動的環節，比如蜘蛛猴出來啊啥的。

Hotel is excellent, sea view room was amazing and view was heavenly . The gessi bathroom fixtures were a great touch as well, I personally love laminar flow sinks. The only flaws are 1. The location of the lobby, it’s up a ramp next to traffic and gets really ******* cold in the winter 2. There are no stop lights to cross the road to the beach, it’s really scary to cross when busy. 3. You can only enter on the sea side entrance, the other entrances are for residents only and you can’t access the hotel

房間乾淨寬敞。帶娃來玩水樂園，入住送2人温泉（入住期間隨時免費進），房間有6瓶水，有浴缸和浴缸膜，雖然去泡湯，就用不上浴缸了，給寶寶牙刷拖鞋，準備得很充足齊全。 為了吃飯方便，又辦理了白天10小時含自助的套餐，一樓點餐處用餐環境也很好，菜也好吃。不用出門，玩轉唐莊。暖和時，就帶娃到酒店門口草地小路上走走。 前台服務不錯，入住送小餅乾鍋巴，離開時十五和小杜給孩子送了小禮物小零食和温水。 這次在工作日（學習日）入住，好處是人很少，玩得放鬆，不好的一點也是這裏，趁着人少，温泉開始維護，雖然是每天衹維修一個池子，但是小寶寶還是覺得有噪音有異味，就不敢玩了。總體，還是很適合遛娃的地方，入住是滿意的。

O quarto Da Casa de árvores é Muito adequado para a família de dois filhos. Os miúdos dormim Na cama e no dia seguinte, eles têm que dormir Na cama grande. Eu também posso dormir Na Casa de árvores. Principalmente, OS miúdos gostam do estilo parente. A desvantagem é que a água mineral Na mesa está aberta. Deve ser o último convidado a abrir um pouco. Felizmente, EU abri para OS miúdos, se EU beber directamente, é UMA Grande morte.

Nice hotel with a grandeur entrance. The staff was amazingly helpfull. As the building is old the upper floors shower took 15 min to get hot water, what is really a waste, but after that it was good. The hotsprings just beside the hotel are quite old, and the “maintenance” concept doesn’t seam to exist. Whatever still works… works the rest don’t. Still we had a good time, but be aware it might be a deception if you are not at ease with half the things not working

A beautiful place to stay and explore Jinan. A really enjoyable stay with wonderful private bath to relax in. The staff were so friendly and very helpful with helping use explore the local area.

웨이하이에서 가장 좋았던 것은 이 호텔에서 투숙한 경험입니다. 모든 직원분들이 친절하셨고, 편안한 투숙을 위해 전 직원분들이 애써주시는 마음이 느껴져서 감사했습니다. 숙소 주변은 벚꽃과 목련꽃으로 아름답고, 공원 안에 있어서 조용하고 편안하게 쉴수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 침구가 편안해서 잘 잘수있었어요. 저희가 외국인이라 택배와 배달로 직원분들을 번거롭게 했는데 너무너무 친절하게 도와주셨어요. 감사합니다. 체크아웃 할때까지 물, 티슈 등등 이것저것 챙겨주셔서 한국으로 돌아오는 길에 잘 사용할수 있었습니다. 덕분에 웨이하이에 대한 인상이 정말 좋아요. 모든 직원분들께 감사드립니다!

店家很熱情會介紹附近景點，哪裡海鮮便宜。很有古韻味的民宿有特色非常推薦。民宿位於東夷小鎮景區內，步行就能到海洋公園和萬平口沙灘步行就能到周邊景點特別方便。一進門就被古色古香的庭院吸引，房間設計復古又幽靜，讓人瞬間放鬆下來。 衞生方面做得特別好，床品柔軟舒適，睡得很香。民宿離停車場很近，停到希爾頓歡朋酒店，打車和電動車租賃也很方便。出門走幾步就是小吃街和文創博物館街，晚上散步覓食都很愜意。 整體來説地理位置優越，環境雅緻，設施齊全，服務周到，是來東夷小鎮遊玩時非不想的住宿選擇。下次來這邊玩，一定還會選擇這。

I had a great stay! The room was spacious and very comfortable. Service was excellent, especially from Front Desk Manager Wang Lili and Assistant Manager Sun Runmei. Both were very professional, and Wang Lili was also exceptionally warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!
