Location is perfect, room is very clean even though it has some moist smell at the beginning. Overall facilities were maintained very well. However, this hotel lacks international power point facilities such as USB charging port and universal plug point. Others, I am happy.

Eu fiquei nesse hotel ontem e eu realmente quero compartilhar minha experiência. O hotel era super limpo. Meu quarto era impeccable, as camas eram perfeitamente feitas e a casa de banho também era muito limpa. A água quente era deliciosa e muito agradável. Como era o Ramadan, cheguei ao hotel para 19h. Eu estava a comer com os meus filhos e o hotel teve a grande gentileza de manter a nossa refeição para nós. A mesa estava cuidadosamente preparada e toda a comida estava à nossa espera. Mesmo o buffet dos desserts já estava pronto e eles não tiraram nada. Tudo estava lá, pronto para nós. Foi realmente um gesto muito cuidadoso. O pessoal é muito bom, muito simpático, acolhedor, cuidadoso e sempre pronto para ajudar. O pequeno-almoço não é muito variado, mas é largamente suficiente para o saúdo durante o Ramadan. Eu vou certamente voltar a este hotel e recomendo-o firmemente.

Service nettoyages des chambres à revoir , parut déjeuner très limité , vite en rupture de jus d'orange , de fruits , il faut sans cesse redemander de reacharger! Les tables ne sont pas débarrasser pour permettre au autres personnes qui descende de trouver des tables propre ! Manque flagrants de personnel!

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

I used it for transit. When I tried to request a bus shuttle service from the airport to the hotel on the day of the trip, I felt uneasy because the phone number listed on trip.com and the website could not be connected for about 9 hours. We recommend that you request it in advance. There seems to be one train every hour to take us back to the airport, so they arranged it for us. Other services were fine. For breakfast, although there wasn't a lot of variety, there were several types of Algerian sweets that I enjoyed. The bread was also delicious.
