"Location is in the Center of the city. It is very convenience to go to anywhere. The room is decorated beautifully and service staffs are very kinds. The room is clean and new.
The restaurant in it serves good food. However, there is no enough cabinet space for hanging clothes and store clothes for people who live longer the 2 days. We had to put our clothes within our luggages. No air conditioner to provide cold air in the early May. The room temperature is more than 25 degrees. If open air conditioner, the roof temperature reached 28 degree. It is too hot for us."

環境：獨棟別墅，環境優美。
衞生：榻榻米上不乾淨，上面有一些不知道是油漬還是什麼，反正就是不太乾淨。屋裡呢，也是有蒼蠅，我們又找工作人員過來打蒼蠅。
設施：
1.使用熱水非常不方便，需要泡池一直放熱水，淋浴這邊才有熱水，而且淋浴這邊的熱水還不可以調整水温。
2.庭院的推拉門門栓不合理，在小門上面，從裏面、外面都能打開，這樣就造成了安全隱患，我們晚上11點被人從外面打開小門，進入院子。拍拉我們卧室房門把我們驚醒！據工作人員反饋是隔壁屋走錯了。
3.迷你吧裏啥也沒有，包括冰箱。
4.晚餐衹有自助烤串，或提前3小時預約鐵板燒。否則需開車3分鐘到花溪沐餐廳單點。"

First, you will be surprised to find a packet of condoms placed in the room. For once I thought that was a packet of poker cards!
Next, the hotel will charge you for using their ”non-slippery” slippers in the bathroom. I wasn't aware and used them, thus they charged RMB 25 from the deposit placed!
Lastly, the hotel claimed their air-con is centrally controlled (at 26 degree Celsius). Your room can get very warm and stuffy at midnight!
On a positive note, the hotel room is very spacious and the venue is near some good restaurants and a 24-hour bathhouse (with excellent ”dongbei” bath culture)."

UUsuário convidadoLocation is good, just right by the lake where there is a light display every night between 7 to 8pm. There are also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance.
Room is thoughtfully laid out and is clean and quiet.
Staff service is very good, both during check in and check out. They helped with the luggage in both instances, provided us with warm bottled water at checkout and are very friendly during our stay.
Worth a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if you are in this town.

UUsuário convidadoWe absolutely loved our time in Benxi. As others have stated, Eric was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us, even on his days off. I felt so bad but he made arrangements and translated for us when needed. He took us on a hike and showed us the area.
The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. It's a little confusing on the booking but you can use the hotsprings and pools the whole time you are there, not just one day. They have lots of fresh fruit and drinks to eat for free too. Breakfast was great and so was dinner.
The only downside was the trash that the construction workers left on the hillside and we found some mold behind the heavy curtains in our room.
I left my medicine at the hotel when we left and Eric sent it express so I got it the next day in shenyang. He was so helpful and kept checking in. We are so grateful for him especially. We will absolutely return.

CCharlieTsangWe stay 2 night & they offered us the highest 11th floor with good scenic view. The room was spacious around 800 ft.
Location within 15 mins walk to core business area.
Facilities fair & it took some times to have hot showering water on our 1 st night.
Breafast is traditional northern China food & drink
At mid night some short period engine started for 10 sec which might interuptive to sleep.
Overall speaking, it was an option for people who want silent spacious hotel

UUsuário convidado相較於它的價格而言，衞生，設施都遠遠達不到800的保準（我預訂的那天是800）。灰塵很多，因為是在溪水邊的小木屋，落地窗應該觀賞美景的重要因素，但是感覺像是用臟了的抹布塗抹了玻璃一樣灰濛濛的。床鋪的被褥有些潮，因為是小溪邊我多少可以理解。浴室和衞生間下水道的真的味道很重。正中間的大燈也是壞的，沒有燈衹有線漏在外邊。我們家3口人住了2晚4間房除了大床麻將套房感覺還算對得起8百多的價格。其他三間真的覺的很不值得那個價位，第一天住的雙床的房間價位較低但是黴味有點大，其他的還好畢竟3百多的價位不要求太多。但是八百多的那件小木屋真的不建議。（樓梯也是有點鬆動了）租房的小姐姐還有早飯的小姐姐人都很nice熱情。

RRravlThe hotel is very clean.the room is small for just ok for one person with a super single mattress. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, looks like a BBQ street. The locatition is a bit hard to reach. There is no nore bus to go there after 8:20. The city is very clean and beautiful. In generla a good place to go. And most importantly, it is really cheap.
