Got an early check-in ..thanks. The room was very big and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and well organised. We had dinner, breakfast and lunch. The food was good great , we really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly. We will be returning.

Great location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then. Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him. Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.

Room was on the small side but nice amenities and close to everything. One complaint is the fire doors make noise when they close which you can hear from your room.

Era um hotel maravilhoso em estilo vitoriano. Instalado em um antigo prédio de hospital, o hotel foi reformado e oferece espaços luxuosos. Os quartos eram limpos e espaçosos, e os banheiros também eram impecáveis. Fiquei impressionado com o fato de terem eliminado a banheira para economizar água e manter os objetivos de sustentabilidade do hotel. Espero que continue a crescer e se consolidar como uma ótima opção de hospedagem.

Todo o hotel é BOM, o pessoal é BOM e agradável. A localização é excelente.Recomenda o Hotel para seus amigos.

科克最好的酒店，可惜距離市中心有點距離，到火車站超過3公里，坐公交也不是很方便。房間面積不算很大，房間的設施還算齊全。酒店的服務很不錯，能夠快速的響應，結賬的時候還做了延房。酒店的早餐是點餐加自助的形式，不過自助的種類很有限，不過點餐的味道很不錯。

Five minutes from the railway station. Very modern and well maintained. A short walk from the City Center. The fitness center/spa/pool/ sauna is excellent.

Had a great experience. The room was clean, modern, and comfortably furnished. The bed was cozy, and Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and responsive. Overall, a solid stay—I'd definitely return.

房間舒適，寬敞明亮。床尤其舒適。食物也可口，hotel工作人員十分熱情，當得知10.5是最後一頓早餐時，餐廳經理Cosca （不知拼得對不對）立刻為我們免了5號早上雙人full breakfast. 整體居住體驗讓我和先生感到賓至如歸。下次有機會來愛爾蘭科克還會住River Lee 的！
