Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay. It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location.

Hotel location is good. Shopping mall all nearby, walking distance. The down part is the staircase leading to the hotel. We had to carried our heavy luggage (20kg) up the staircase. Maybe build a ramp for guest to just pull their luggage. Breakfast is good. The varieties of bread is good. Truly love and enjoy it. Except the location whereby we need to walk quite far from our hotel for 3 days. Treat it as an exercise.

The hotel itself is like a mini museum. Love the interior design! Staff are very friendly, there is no lift, but the kind staff helped me carried my huge suitcase all the way up to the 3rd floor. It’s be even better to have a kettle or hairdryer in the room. Had a comfortable stay, would definitely stay here again if I come back to visit Rotterdam! Thanks for the lovely stay!

With a last minute decision to visit Rotterdam with my son, we chanced upon Art Hotel. Modestly priced and right next to Maashaven, it took less than 10 minutes to reach from Rotterdam Centraal. Even we arrived late after 10pm, there was nothing to worry about as the hotel is right next to the Metro station and brightly lit! The reception was fabulously served by Nadia who upgraded us to a 4 bedder in 2 rooms. Room was clean, set at the right temperature and shower was hot and at the right pressure. Nothing to complain about!

Even though the staff was friendly, the inside of the hotel was a little dated, while well maintained. An absolute dealbreaker was the (not ordered!) wakeup-call at 7 am with an incredibly loud room telephone. The room Service not responding to calling ”not needed” and still entering in the early morning was also not nice. For the money paid I expected more, though might also just been unlucky circumstances.

Booked the hotel for an event at Rotterdam Ahoy. The location is superb, walking distance to the event space. Overall, the place was clean and pleasant. Comfortable with spacious toilet. No extra amenities like fridge and free water. It is away from the main area so if you are attending an event at Rotterdam ahoy, it’s the perfect stay.

Este hotel é ideal para viagens de negócios, viajantes individuais e até mesmo viagens com amigos. Adorei a localização central – bem no coração da cidade, com uma estação de MRT do outro lado da rua e pontos de ônibus e bonde nas proximidades. A equipe foi incrivelmente prestativa durante minha estadia. Definitivamente escolherei este lugar novamente quando retornar a Roterdã.
