Nós escolhemos este lugar para preço e localização. Não esperamos acordar até um tubo partido no WC e todas as nossas roupas se afundaram. Eles nos deram um saco de plástico para colocar roupas molhadas... mas não ofereceram nenhuma oferta de reembolso parcial.

We arrived at the hotel around 11am to store our luggage before going on a tour but the hotel was able to check us in with a different room type, which we gladly accepted. Thank you!

一棟老樓，電梯也有很多年頭，房間比較大，傢俱倒比較新，房間裏有鍋碗瓢盆杯子微波爐大冰箱和洗菜水池，自己想做點什麼吃的，絕對沒問題，洗手間也比較大，還有一個簡易衣櫃，就是床不大，睡兩人有點勉強，沒有停車場，現在門前施工，停車不易。

We have stayed with Drury before, but different locations in St. Louis. This was our first time at the Arch location and won't be our last! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Best kickback yet! My son had a wonderful experience hitting up the Market for a late snack and the associate was soooo nice! They had microwaveable pizza and candy, perfect! Will Absolutely stay here again.

Awesome stay. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly! Right next to gas station. Very convenient.

Sehr angenehmes Hotelpersonal. Als der Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht funktionierte hatte sich umgehend jemand drum gekümmert. Lage in der Stadt ebenfalls gut.

Breakfast was ok for me, great for my husband. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

I had nothing but the best experience here. I booked online through a 3rd party, but when I called and talked to the front desk lady, she was extremely nice and made sure I had a room on the lower level due to mobility issues. I will definitely come back as soon as I can. I was also able to bring my small dog with me, which was even better.
