The hotel was very clean and located right where we wanted to be. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a shuttle service which took us wherever we wanted to go in a 1 mile radius.

Location = Great for the Arch Cleanliness = 6-day stay, but the room was only serviced 3 times, requiring us to flag down a room attendant so we could have clean towels, Sheets were only changed 1 time, and the bed was just remade. Also, there was a basketball-sized spot on the headboard that was worn through the leather into the padding. This can't be cleaned correctly and everyone's head touches it. Gross. Restaurants = convenient enough and you are charged for that convenience. Parking = Be Aware $48 per night valet, $32 self-park, offsite options, $20 per night with a couple of blocks walk. Overall = Taking parking into account if you can get this for $75 a night for a king room it's good, if not there are other better options for your money.

It was a very quiet and relaxing hotel. The location was very convenient and it was good. It was nice to be able to check in immediately after showing the reservation copy. The food was very good.

The room was clean and tidy, but they didn't come to clean or restock supplies during my three-day stay. The shower gel was almost gone when I checked in, and no one ever restocked it. I called the front desk, and they said they weren't cleaning on weekends and would have to wait until Monday. But when I checked out on Monday, no one came. I'm not sure what the rules are. Maybe I need to call again to request it? I heard you're expected to tip, so those with experience can add to that. Everything else was very good and satisfactory. Especially since I didn't stay for the next few days, I contacted the Ctrip assistant and it was quickly fixed. It was very convenient. I give Ctrip a thumbs up and will definitely use it next time.

Amazing venue. The light shows in the historic main lobby are dazzling. Order bar food and set yourself up for an evening of entertainment. The guest rooms are sheltered under the historic train barn, replete with reflection pools, restaurants and, of course, the 400-ft ferris wheel. Of special note is the brand new Saint Louis Aquarium. It is worth the price itself you take your time. You can rush it in an hour, but budget at least 2- 2-1/2 hours and take it s-l-o-w-l-y.

Had a great experience for our 1 night trip on Thursday. Zero problems or issues, room was clean and quiet, and valet service was very fast.

What they don't tell you... the hotel's lobby is on the 12th floor!!! Once you're checked in, your key card is needed to use the elevator as well as access your room and parking. I think the front desk attendant was REALLY new because she couldn't answer any questions we had, it was a guest who told us about the elevator! The hotel was clean and comfortable, as well as entertaining! Now that we know the quirks, we'll definitely stay here again. (view from our room)

Location was great, room was surprisingly smaller than expected after staying at other Le Meridien locations around the world, but still comfortable. Service was wonderful. Food and beverage specifically were great throughout the morning and night.

I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Food at the hotel restaurant was a treat to the palate. Would stay there again. It was close to public transportation, we did not need our vehicle to go to nearby attractions!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. I especially appreciated Patty making lots of delicious crispy bacon and going above and beyond brightening our mornings. Patty made sure the buffet was well stocked and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Paige at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we were attempting to extend our stay and help that process to go smoothly. Dionne made sure our stay went smoothly.
