Location = Great for the Arch
Cleanliness = 6-day stay, but the room was only serviced 3 times, requiring us to flag down a room attendant so we could have clean towels, Sheets were only changed 1 time, and the bed was just remade. Also, there was a basketball-sized spot on the headboard that was worn through the leather into the padding. This can't be cleaned correctly and everyone's head touches it. Gross.
Restaurants = convenient enough and you are charged for that convenience.
Parking = Be Aware $48 per night valet, $32 self-park, offsite options, $20 per night with a couple of blocks walk.
Overall = Taking parking into account if you can get this for $75 a night for a king room it's good, if not there are other better options for your money.

Room was not ready when promised. Parking was $37 per night. No other place to park. Room was nice, clean, large, housekeeping folks were great. Pleasant stay.

Once I arrived the receptionist was very welcoming and informative. Check in and check about was fast an easy. I also had no problem with the room I booked. The view of the arch and courthouse was breathtaking. As for the hotel room and hotel itself was beautiful. I have no complaints and had a great stay.

Checked in late last night and the front desk employee was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The vending machine and ice machine did not work on our floor and my bank account was charged twice for the pop machine.

The water was cold when showering, and the lobby/breakfast restaurant was so cold that we opted to eat elsewhere, instead of at the hotel

The restaurants within the hotel was good. The steakhouse was really good. There really was not many things to walk to around the hotel. The hotel itself is nice. Very convenient to see the arch. Going to a baseball game not very talkative. It be a good place to go if you’re going to a baseball game.

From the time we arrived to the time we left the experience with the staff was amazing. We had arch view rooms and they were beyond over the top. I'd stay here over and over again. I travel for work and pleasure about 30 nights a year and this place ranks in my top 3 hotel experiences ever.

My room was not well cleaned, had coffee stains on table near the tv. The hotel card didn’t work for the parking garage so had to pay $36 a night. The bathtub had the paint peeling off. Was not worth what i paid for it.

The location is amazing. You are on top of the arch so you get to enjoy it daily and can walk along the river. The restaurant has two restaurants on site and a breakfast spot. The hotel bar is only open on the weekends but you could drink at the bar restaurants.
Our room itself was basic. The vents were dirty. When I turned the heat on at night, it kept making a clicking noise. The view was another building that was covered in graffiti and the blanket was less of a blanket and more of a sheet. My eyes had a reaction after sleeping in the sheets/blanket. So, basic room but once you leave the room, it was all solid.
