Localização: perto da estação ferroviária Limpeza: Todos limpos. Serviço: Muito amigável, EU perguntei sobre comida próxima e eles me dizem recomendações (explicando quais são as opções boas e más). Durante a minha estadia, havia 4 disponíveis.A armazenagem de bagagem era gratuita e útil.Eu acabei de armazenar 3 itens antes e depois Da check-in. O total é surpreendido pelo tamanho Da sala, o chuveiro é bastante grande.

Fiquei aqui antes da pandemia. Desta vez, muitas instalações foram atualizadas, incluindo uma sala de jogos para crianças. Você não precisa ir ao anexo para tomar um banho de água termal. A tarifa do quarto também é razoável. É um hotel com alto valor de CP. Vou providenciar para ficar neste hotel na próxima vez.

對養狗的人來說真的很加分！ 定了房間有獨立草皮院子的房型，草地空間夠大，狗狗可以自在走動。 整體環境友善、不壓迫，能感覺得到是真心歡迎寵物入住，推薦給有帶毛孩的旅客

Our family really enjoyed this hotel. The room was big spacious. However, the shower was really weird. It was really short so we had to take a bath and couldn’t shower properly. The shower was elevated and definitely could not fit anyone that was more than 4 ft 5”.  This is not a typo. The shower is meant for pretty much kids. If adults stand there, The water will spray everywhere all over the floor. The hotel was really excellent with their communications. We left something important at the hotel and they quickly reached out to us and is able to ship to our next hotel. The location is also unbeatable. Just across the street from the MRT and Kaohsiung station. The HSR station is 5 MRT stops away. We didn’t see many few options right next to the hotel and had to walk about 10 minutes to a local market.

Very positive experience. Place is quite nice if you look for a decent Hostel in Hualien (even though it might look a little bit run down from the outside). Nice roof top terrace for a night cup and 24h free flow coffee/tea is a plus. Communication with the front desk staff varies a lot, depending on the individual English language skills of the staff on duty, but has never been a real issue. Moreover, we‘ve been quite surprised having a German speaking guy there the day we‘ve checked in.

Tudo estava no local!Grande localização para explorar o Parque Nacional de Taroko e pouca caminhada ao redor do hotel também foi boa.É também conveniente que possamos usar as instalações do hotel até às 3:00 mesmo depois de se verificar.Gostaria de voltar para ficar.

Difficult to find at night. There's no signage outside that says ”Mulan” and there is no front door or desk. Instead, you walk up a driveway to find the office which resembles a guard shack. You must also let them know every time you return so that they can open the garage door to your unit, allowing you access to your room door. The room was very impressive. Huge and very luxurious. It's a lot space to clean, so I was not surprised that it wasn't spotless, but it was fine. The fish (minnow) pond was very tiny and barely noticeable in the corner of the bathroom. Lights cannot be controlled individually, instead there are set ”scenes” that you must toggle through. Some features in the room were simply not functional (i.e. the Music controls on the bedside table and some of the jacuzzi controls. The breakfast was a mixture of Mcdonald's-type food and traditional ********* breakfast. During my stay, the smoke alarm in the garage was low on battery and chirped all night. I told the staff the next day and instead of replacing the battery they simply removed it, however I could still hear chirping smoke alarms in other adjacent units. Overall it is a great value for the price, despite the few inconveniences.

Great, the room is open to the beach, when checking in, there will be small snacks when waiting for the house, the attitude of the service staff is also very kind, the room environment is also very clean, it is recommended

The check in was unnecessary complicated, accompanied by lenghty emails. There seem to be too many rules. It was almost impossible to use the expresso maker at the reception, as there were no cups provided, with the instructions that the hotel tries to be eco friendly and we should use the cups in our room. I was on the top floor so going up to get a cup and then having to return it was just impractical. The room was quite noisy, as it is next to the main Boulevard and even facing towards the side street.

民宿距離花蓮轉運站大約10分鐘路程，附近以民宿為主，有7-11、超市、早餐店。轉運站附近有幾所手信伴手禮店，購買伴手禮很方便。轉運站有車到機場、七星潭、太魯閣等著名景點。 民宿入住方便，宿主回覆快，1樓有升降機、飲用水；房間有沖涼液及洗頭水，熱水供應穩定，水力充足，只是水龍頭有水洉，需自備牙刷牙膏嗽口杯，電視有很多台可以收看，亦有YouTube。 入住翌日有遇到4.7級地震，整張床都搖，升降機沒受影響。
