Hotéis Pet Friendly em Shaanxi, China

O hotel é super perto da Torre do Sino, dá pra ir a pé, e o Museu da Floresta de Estelas fica ali pertinho também! O ambiente é ótimo, o quarto é bem espaçoso e as instalações são modernas. O banheiro tem chuveiro e vaso sanitário separados, o que é ótimo. E as cortinas são automáticas, haha. O hotel oferece serviço de guarda-volumes e café da manhã. Fiquei duas noites e foi super confortável! Tem muitas opções de comida por perto e a estação de metrô também é próxima. O único ponto negativo é que o isolamento acústico não é dos melhores, mas pra mim não fez diferença. Se eu voltar a Xi'an, com certeza consideraria ficar neste hotel novamente!

Nossa família de cinco pessoas visitou Xi'an pela primeira vez e procurou hotéis no Ctrip. Como já ficamos em muitos Novotel em diferentes lugares, escolhemos este Novotel da Bell Tower. A nossa estadia superou completamente as expectativas! A localização é excelente, fica numa área comercial movimentada e tem uma estação de metrô bem na porta, o que facilita ir para qualquer lugar. O quarto, o ambiente e o serviço do hotel foram tão bons quanto esperávamos. Uma moça muito simpática na recepção (não sei o nome dela) nos atendeu muito bem, foi ótimo! Ah, e o café da manhã é farto, com opções chinesas e ocidentais, o que é muito importante para mim. O café moído na hora é excelente 👍

We have had an amazing time at floral hotel! Our room has a perfect view of the mountains, the food cooked downstairs was absolutely incredible after our mountain exploring. It is only a few minutes drive from the tourist centre (where buses to both cable car lower stations go from) and 10minutes to the train station (huashanbei). We were given free lifts to all of these by our hosts which was incredibly kind and helpful, making a very easy stay! The hosts and family were so kind, it felt like staying at home!

Had a great stay here! There's a back exit that takes you straight into the Big Wild Goose Pagoda scenic area, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, pretty, and spacious with user-friendly smart guest control systems, comfortable beds, and the has separate areas for toilet, shower, and sink which was pretty convenient. The front desk staff, Xiao Rui and Xiao Dong, were super helpful, quick to respond, and helped us find activities to book and other travel tips. The breakfast was also really good with multiple options and Xi'an specialty foods. Our booking also included afternoon tea and dessert soup every day which they delivered whenever we requested it. The room was a bit warm since they have central heating, but they were very accommodating and offered to move us to a different room.

The cats were so cute. It was the cats that make us mingle with all other guests staying in this house. The room I stayed faces the road so can be noisy especially on weekends. Every morning woken by the morning market sounds but super convenient location No issue to look for food. Stay is located on the 3rd floor so need to climb up 3rd floor. If you have leg issues not suitable to stay here.

Location is hard to find for some drivers. Location is right beside the entrance of the gantry to get to the top of the old City wall for your cycling etc. the street itself is bustling with bars and supper places at night. It is slightly further away from the main attraction area. Room is ok. I saw some strands of hair on the sitting chairs which I don’t normally sit. So that is ok. Bed and shower room are clean. 2 occasion I smell cigarette smoke that leaked into the room, likely through ventilator or Aircon. Called the staff and they kindly lit an incense to make it better. Overall stay is ok.

Fiquei na suíte Fengyun, que não era barata durante o período do primeiro de maio, mas o quarto era bastante grande e confortável. Tinha uma varanda em forma de L muito grande, e a paisagem externa era realmente ótima durante o dia e à noite. ! Recomendo a todos que fiquem aqui durante as férias.Você não sentirá a multidão em Xi'an. A paisagem do Parque das Ruínas de Qujiangchi no andar de baixo é muito boa e há poucas pessoas.Qual lugar você escolherá na próxima vez?

O design de toda a sala é realmente bom. Está escondido na cidade e está quase bem na sua frente quando você sai do Big Wild Goose Pagoda. O pessoal de serviço é caloroso e educado, o que merece elogios. Mas há muito a ser melhorado 1. A sala não estava bem limpa quando cheguei, encontrei folhas de chá verde no chão. choveu, não vi guarda-chuvas. 2. Para um hotel com uma tarifa média de mais de 1.500, o pequeno-almoço é realmente difícil de descrever. O horário é das 8h às 10h, o que é muito embaraçoso para os hóspedes que estão habituados a acordar cedo. Ao mesmo tempo, o pequeno-almoço era muito pobre, sem características locais nem riqueza, qualidade caseira. 3. Não há café de cápsula no quarto, mas café instantâneo, que não está de acordo com o preço do hotel. Em suma, o design é realmente bom, mas o alojamento não é rentável Por este preço, ainda recomendo o Westin.

I just returned from a four -nights stay in Home2. The room is very clean, location is good, and staffs services are impeccable. I got sick on my stay in one afternoon and asked the hotel if they have plain porridge. The hotel don't have it at the moment, but the staff offerred to help to buy online. Later may be they can't find it online then the hotel cook some healthy porridge chinese version (I dont remember the name mentioned by the staff) and delivered to my room and its free of charge. All the team were very attentive when they knew I was sick. Truely felt really touch with service. They don't treat you like guest but more like family. Would definitely stay again and recommended the hotel to anyone who visit Xian.
