Center Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower)

O atendimento na recepção é muito ruim. Depois de pedir o café da manhã e o chá da tarde, a recepção disse que não. Depois de verificar o pedido, a atitude foi muito ruim. Revisão ruim

Reservei uma cama de casal com vista, e o andar de baixo estava em obras a noite toda. As reclamações começaram das 2:00 às 5:00 da manhã. O hotel disse que não podia fazer nada sobre as obras municipais, então por que não eles mencionam que havia um canteiro de obras no momento da reserva?

Except for the unexpected poor free WIFI connections, this hotel is quite inexpensive and very centrally located in the heart of Xi’an. There are more than ample shopping areas, interesting cultural sites to occupy you during your “Free and Easy” days that you may have during your stay. The staff are also very helpful with our stay and supported us in our travels to visit the Terracotta and Hua Shan sites. Our stay would not have been fulfilling without their support and of course, undoubtedly, our leader and wonderful members of our team. Without a doubt, we will certainly book and stay in this hotel for future visits and recommend others as well. It is a really memorable 7-day stay. Thank you very much.

The location is perfect. We arrived early and they did their best to accommodate us for an earlier check in. Afte leaving our things in the luggage, all nearby historical sites are accessible and within a few minutes walk. They offer free afternoon tea, which is yummy. They have free laundry for guests that you can use from 9am to 9pm. One subway ride away, and we can easily go to our next destination!

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance to 钟楼，鼓楼，回民街 and many other shopping malls. Hotel is about 20 steps from 钟楼站 J6. There are many tour agencies at 回民街 to book day trip to Terracotta Warrior etc. There are also tour desk at the train station to assist with day trip booking. The hotel concierge is also able to help to book day trip to see terracotta warrior. Breakfast buffet was good. Afternoon tea was miserable. We did not bother to go again after trying out once. The page did not clearly state that the free one-way transport is from airport to hotel. We thought it could be used for one way transport to anywhere in Xi’an.. Due to the incomplete information, we did not manage to utilise the free transport as we did not call to make appointment for our airport pickup. There was washing machine and clothes dryer available for use and it was free. The laundry room was open from 9am to 9pm only. Detergent was provided for free. The view from our room was excellent too. 钟楼was just infront of us. Overall experience was great. Will definitely recommend friends to stay at this hotel.

Very helpful staff, good location and clean room

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect - right in front of the Bell tower, a few minutes walk to the Drum Tower and Muslim quarters & market. The Metro is just in front of the hotel. The room is clean and well proportioned. We had the great view of the Bell Tower. The hotel has guest laundry which is free to use and the guest room manager, Ms Xie, has been absolutely wonderful - she helped us with the laundry and even folded them and sent them to our room. The front desk staffs are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay but could do with some cold milk to go with the cereals.

Big room for families. Great location just in front of the Bell Tower. Amenities and breakfast are good. Maybe it could have had more western dishes. Nice and ready to help staff. As an improvement maybe rooms looking to the Bell Tower should have better windows for noise insolation. It would be also nice to have a safe in the room to keep passports and similar things.
