Sheraton Xi'an North City Hotel

Infelizmente não é o hotel que havíamos previsto. Hotel de estilo antigo que é mais adequado para o mercado local do que para o viajante internacional. Na chegada, solicitei que fizéssemos o check-in no lounge executivo conforme reservamos. Embora eu não espere que ninguém carregue nossa bagagem, ninguém sequer ofereceu. Quando chegamos ao 25º andar, havia mais alguém para fazer o check-in. A senhora não falava inglês e teve que usar o aplicativo tradutor. Não nos ofereceram uma bebida enquanto esperávamos. Os quartos eram medianos, nada de especial. As luzes continuavam piscando e apagando. O café da manhã era muito bom e muito melhor do que a oferta executiva. Eu li os comentários antes de fazer a reserva e alguém citou melhor do que o Hilton, então não consigo imaginar como é. A piscina estava repleta de aulas durante o dia. O jacuzzi, a sala de vapor e a sauna não funcionam às 07:00h, embora a piscina abra às 06:30h. No geral, abaixo das expectativas, mas Você paga pelo que tem.

The hotel is located in a very good location, with metro just at doorstep and many shopping malls, eateries around. The staff is friendly, breakfast has a large variety with many local delights. Few points to improve: The hotel was opened years ago so maintenance of the hotel needs to be improved. Some facilities such as carpet, sofa, bed mattresses and floor tiles need to be further cleaned and fixed/replaced. I spotted some issues in the room but I only noticed that when I was about to check out. Though the hotel couldn’t do more to compensate for that but the staff was friendly and willing to offer their help if needed.

The hotel had very good location , next to the MRT and the Staff " Myra Ding" was so nice and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We will come here again if we vist XiAn.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Xi'an and overall had a good experience, although there were a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay. Upon arrival, we found that there was no assistance provided beyond the usual passport verification during the check-in process. We were simply given our room key and left to find our own way to the room. To our disappointment, upon entering the room, we discovered a blood stain on the bed. This was obviously unacceptable and made our stay quite uncomfortable. Due to language difficulties and the late hour of our check-in, we improvised by placing large towels on the bed. The following morning, we reported the issues with the check-in process and the unsatisfactory room condition to the manager. The manager, Sabrina, was very apologetic and quickly arranged for us to be moved to a cleaner room. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, they gifted us a bottle of wine and some fruits. Sabrina went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant and enjoyable holiday at the Sheraton Xi'an. The room service was efficient, and the prices were reasonable. The staff members were welcoming and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. We would like to suggest that Sheraton pays attention to addressing these small hiccups, as mentioned above. Despite the initial issues, we ultimately had a positive experience and enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Deco may need updating but it is still ok. Sound proofing is good. Location is great to go airport or bullet train. Room size is good.

Hotel is just next to Metro station exit. Walking distance to shopping malls and street food. Excellent customer service

Nice hotel, subway at 40 meters. Staff talks English very well. And nice breakfast.
