The hotel looks remodeled. It is very modern with a lot of modern conveniences. Comfortable bed and good Aircon. Very walkable to the city center and to the fortress from that location. They will give you a free voucher for breakfast and vouchers for 10% off of any other meals you buy from their restaurant around the corner. However, you do have to present the voucher to the waiter before they take your order. I made the mistake the first night by not giving the waiter my voucher for dinner, and when I presented it to him after when I got the bill, he would not accept it. He asked his manager the manager declined the voucher. Their excuse was they had already rang it up in the system and they couldn’t re-ring it. I find that hard to believe but it is what it is so I paid full price.

酒店環境令人失望，位於一棟商務樓中，Check-in在2樓，沒有明顯的指示牌。推開一扇既小又厚重的木門進去，才能看到前台。
房間地毯極臟，有很多污跡。
總之，不會再次入住。

Ao procurar um alojamento perto da estação, não tivemos em conta que a estação está à espera do encerramento, que é nova e moderna, mas está a 30 minutos do centro da cidade. O apartamento é um novo apartamento tão bonito Como Na foto. Já fizemos um registo (cartão branco). Os residentes passam por um café no primeiro andar Da casa. Dos descontos substanciais - não havia chá no apartamento!

The hotel is average, and the restaurant is good.
The location is OK, and it is not very affected if you drive by yourself, and it is convenient to the attractions.
The parking lot is a bit small and it is not easy to park.
It was just that when I was leaving, I encountered a parade blocking the road, which was annoying.

Room is spacious and receptionists were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was tasty, as well. What I liked most is a wide selection of English language cable channels (over 50)with Serbian subtitles.

RRINAAfter reading previous reviews, we were hesitant to stay here but had already booked in March. Upon arrival we were met with a friendly lady who gave us a map of the area, showed us our room no 210. We had requested for a big room so were given a family room.
It was huge, with a sofa, an arm chair, small desk and chair, cupboard with shelves and hangers. Bathroom was good size too. Looked new. Window was big and high so couldn't open. We had no noise disturbing us so was quiet.But AC was great. We had breakfast in their cafe below and was good. Choice of a few items with orange juice and coffee. Location of Kombinat rooms was awesome. Just a minute into the church square in old town.

GGuest UserA decent small hotel right in the town centre. The rooms are clean, but small. At least, they have the elevator. Wi Fi is ok. Friendly staff at the front desk. The drawback is the proximity to night clubs and bars: it's complicated to get asleep till 4-5 am. Also, the walls are very thin, thus any noise is a mess.

There is a large parking lot behind, and you can choose by car. There are 12 roads at the door to go directly to Liberty Square, and the transportation is convenient. GGuest UserYou know how satisfied I am with this hotel when I first arrived. The evaluation once surpassed the Moscow Hotel. Until the night there was a similar bug in the photo, and there was more than one. After eliminating three, I just wanted to fool around and deal with it for one night. It was troublesome to find the front desk to change rooms and I didn't want to move after I was tired for a day. The mentality collapsed when the fourth one appeared. Looking for the front desk to change rooms. The room we booked was originally very big, but the small room we changed later did not make up the difference. I was tired after playing for a day and didn't want to reason with them. Although the front desk gave us a bottle of red wine as compensation, I still have to give him a bad review. It really affects the mood of traveling too much. By the way, I also know that people don't do secret things. I told them at the front desk that I must complain to you. You are not eligible for five-star online reviews.

It is a castle, you can see the Danube, the environment is good, the room is attic, relatively small, the top of the bathroom bed is oblique, because it is the cheapest room, the room where the servant should live, small, and green Similar to the stinky big sister's bug. This is not the case downstairs, the window is facing the Danube. There is free parking, if you walk in, it is still far away. The overall environment is still good.

GGuest UserMy wife and I were traveling around Serbia and we had originally planned only one night at Hotel Pupin. We weren't able to find a ton of advance info on the hotel because it was new, but the location was good, price seemed good, and it was only one night so didn't seem like much of a risk. The hotel and Novi Sad were so charming that we extended our stay to three nights. Overall, we were extremely happy with out stay. The hotel is brand new and is very close to the old town center (<10 min walking). Hotel staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Everything in our room was new with modern-style decor, and the room was very clean. The styling of the room kind of reminded me of a Sofitel or something between a Westin and a W (Westin with darker lighting and more ”modern” finishes). The hotel is near a busy street, but we asked for a quiet room so they gave us one in back that was great. We booked our stay directly through the hotel's website where we were able to get a special weekend package that included free parking and breakfast (seemed like a great deal compared to room-only rates). The parking garage was new, very spacious, and a huge relief after my experiences with previous, tiny Serbian parking garages (as an American used to more space, driving and parking in Serbian cities was an adventure). Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was amazing. So much delicious food and excellent service. Three months later, my wife and I still always talk about the breakfast anytime Novi Sad and Hotel Pupin come up in conversation. Serbian meze (charcuterie and cheeses), fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausages, delicious breads and spreads, vegetable salads, espresso drinks, and fruit juices... delicious! The only things we thought could be improved at this hotel were the night light under the bed (it was a motion sensor or something and would sometimes turn on randomly while we were in bed; we fixed this by taking the room key/card out of the light switch at night), and the mini-bar which didn't seem to get cold (we experienced this at a couple other Serbian hotels as well). Neither was a big issue. Also, would note that the hotel is in a shared commercial building. To get to the check-in desk, you walk to the right of the Continental AG desk in the first floor lobby and then you take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor where you'll find the hotel desk. There was some construction going on in or near the building when we were there in July 2020, but we really didn't notice it other than seeing some workers walk by a couple times.

KKarinaKWe were looking for a accommodation near the station, but did not take into account that the station is now waiting for the station to be closed. The house is new, modern, but is 30 minutes away from the city center. The apartment is beautiful new repair exactly as in the photo. We have made a registration (white cardboard). Residents through a cafe on the first floor of the house. Nearby (nearby building) there is a construction. Of the substantial downsides - there was no teapot in the apartment!
