"My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The room was absolutely beautiful and allowed me to experience the authentic atmosphere of traditional China. It was thoughtfully divided into a living area and a sleeping area, making it both spacious and comfortable. The elegant furniture, decorations, and sculptures added a unique charm to the room.
The bathroom was excellent as well, featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower. The staff at the reception spoke English very well, making communication easy throughout my stay.
The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions of beautiful Pingyao. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic stay in the heart of the city."

The location is superb, close to the North Gate of the Ancient City and Majia Courtyard, and just a 5-minute walk to the Ming and Qing Old Street. The owner is incredibly enthusiastic, offering pick-up and drop-off service at the ancient city gate, patiently explaining travel routes, helping to buy show tickets, and even giving Shanxi aged vinegar as a souvenir."

"Desta vez, trouxe meus pais idosos (ambos na casa dos 80 anos) e minha filha — um grupo de quatro pessoas — e nos hospedamos em duas suítes. Desde o momento em que chegamos à estação de trem de alta velocidade, fomos calorosamente recebidos pelo jovem proprietário, Sr. Li, que nos poupou muito trabalho. O proprietário ofereceu transporte gratuito de ida e volta da estação, o que foi um grande atrativo. Como chegamos à noite e os idosos não queriam sair para procurar comida, o restaurante do proprietário oferecia serviço de jantar no local, então pudemos saborear um delicioso macarrão ao estilo Shanxi logo após desembarcarmos do trem. "Este hotel tem uma localização privilegiada na Rua Principal, bem ao lado do famoso templo Cheng Huang Miao. Oferece conveniência e uma sensação de privacidade. Apesar do meu quarto ficar perto da entrada principal, não senti nenhum barulho ou perturbação.
O hotel providenciou um traslado tranquilo do Portão Leste, onde veículos são permitidos, até o templo, seguido de uma curta caminhada de 50 metros até o hotel. Este serviço, incluído no pacote do hotel, tornou o processo de chegada tranquilo. A comunicação via WeChat e a assistência do meu guia turístico garantiram um traslado tranquilo tanto na ida quanto na volta. Eles também forneceram assistência com a bagagem, que foi um dos motivos pelos quais escolhi este hotel.
O proprietário... ou pelo menos, presumo que seja, foi incrivelmente simpático, informativo e prestativo. Ele forneceu informações turísticas úteis e até presenteou uma garrafa de vinagre na partida.
A única exceção é que o idioma pode ser uma barreira se você não fala chinês - mas não se preocupe, sempre há tradutores disponíveis.
O quarto era muito confortável e parecia recém-reformado, com travesseiros excelentes e um edredom aconchegante. Tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro estavam limpos. As comodidades incluíam toalhas descartáveis, produtos de higiene pessoal essenciais e um secador de cabelo potente.
Não comemos nada aqui, pois nosso quarto não tinha, mas tudo bem, há muitas opções em Pingyao que você deveria experimentar.
Como hóspede frequente de redes Marriott (o que significa que tenho um certo nível de expectativas), tive que explorar opções locais, já que não há nenhuma em Pingyao. Este hotel atendeu às minhas expectativas e eu o recomendo fortemente para viajantes locais e internacionais. "第二次入住這家客棧了，入住體驗非常滿意，是很舒心的民宿體驗。上次訂的是古典風的房間，這次訂的是現代風的房間，這次一進屋感覺好淡雅的花香，聞着很舒服，並且全屋智能，並配有小度客控，躺在床上解放雙手，呼叫小度幫你操作，對於我們兩個女生來説，預訂酒店首先要看衞生方面，衞生必須放在第一位的，所以首先先講衞生和床品這方面，房間整體是非常非常乾淨整潔的，沒有一點點異味，衞生細節做得很到位，床品潔白無瑕，衞生間沒有異味，沒有衞生死角，這方面老闆肯定是用心了的，所以住着特別安心。空間很大，寬敞明亮，採光很好，佈局舒適，不像普通酒店那樣壓抑。地理位置優越，出行方便，周邊配套也很齊全，不管是吃飯、逛街還是去景點都很便利。房間設施齊全，24小時熱水不間斷，第一次見客棧還能提供有護髮素，對，是護髮素，這一項很加分，對於女生的我們倆太滿足了，智能馬桶坐上去暖暖的，反正日常所需都能滿足，使用起來很方便。老闆服務態度一如既往的好，還是給我免費停了車，幫我帶行李箱，因為這次帶同事來的，順便陪同事簡單的逛一下古城，我雖然好幾次來了，但還是沒記好具體路線，於是又找老闆講一下，老闆又一次給詳細講解了幾個好的並值得去的景點，推薦了去哪家飯店吃飯能吃到正宗的當地特色菜，而且便宜還好吃，還給優惠了很多，老闆的服務是相當熱情還有耐心，有問題回覆及時，給全程貼心又周到，這位老闆都可以處成朋友了，如果可以打分，我給老闆100分[OK]整體性價比很高，環境安靜舒適，非常適合出行居住，去景點啦、吃飯啦、買個東西啦、去車上取個東西都很近，最主要是停車場距離客棧也就兩三分鐘的事，也正因為這個原因所以第一次選擇這家客棧，也因為第一次入住感覺非常棒所以就有了這第二次以及以後的每一次預訂了！因為我出差需要，所以經常來平遙，以前總是一次又一次的將就着住客棧，沒有非常滿意的一家，上次偶然的機會發現這家新開業的客棧，個人感覺新開業的衞生應該還是可以的，抱着試試的態度就訂了一晚，入住以後，超乎想象，感覺各方面都很滿意，然後又續住了一晚，所以以後就不用從成千上萬家酒店裡挑了，以後的每一次來我都會選擇這家客棧，爭取把他家所有的房型都體驗一把[偷笑]真心真心的推薦給大家！希望大家都來這家客棧，一切都超級贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

A equipe da recepção foi calorosa e atenciosa, e o check-in foi eficiente e rápido.
