Perfect location and clean hotel.
Continental breakfast was good. Nice Zambian coffee was available on request.
A little noisy daytime @ lobby/restaurant area, as it's the place where most of the hotel staff members remain to watch TV😀😃😄 . The pool was clean. Recommended place for a family stay.

Самое лучшее в этой гостинице - расположение. Буквально за забором парламента. Что означает относительное спокойствие, ночную тишину и круглосуточную безопасность. Просторная зелёная территория с бассейном - романтичное место для завтраков, работы или просто ничегонеделания. Гостевые номера не самые выдающиеся, но с набором всего необходимого в наше время, правда, без туалетных принадлежностей. Два рулона бумаги - максимальное украшение ванной комнаты. Зато есть холодильник, телевизор, шкаф, стол, тумбочка. Живи и наслаждайся, если тебя не пугают периодические отключения света, воды, интернета (непродолжительные, как правило). Но на то она и Африка.

Very good hotel, located fairly centrally in lusaka about 20 minutes from the airport. It's safe, the staff are exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was great and the restaurant/bar was also fantastic.
There's a pool downstairs in the bar area which is perfect for lounging around and enjoying the Zambian skies.
Would definitely stay again!

Hotel has been constructed from 88 shipping containers and is fascinating. Unfortunately it was not busy during our visit and this resulted in sparse staffing and shortages at the complimentary breakfast.

NNomadSDThe best thing about this hotel is its location. Literally behind the parliament fence. Which means relative peace, quiet at night and 24-hour security. The spacious green area with a swimming pool is a romantic place for breakfast, work or just doing nothing. The guest rooms are not the most outstanding, but they have everything you need these days, although without toiletries. Two rolls of paper are the maximum decoration of the bathroom. But there is a refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, table, bedside table. Live and enjoy, if you are not afraid of periodic power outages, water, Internet (usually short-term). But that's what Africa is for.

GGuest UserI had a very good stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Lusaka. It is particularly well-suited for Chinese visitors, as many of the facilities and written instructions are provided in both Chinese and English, which makes navigating the hotel very convenient. The service throughout my stay was excellent. I would especially like to recognize Grace, who has been an outstanding receptionist and hotellier, always professional, welcoming, and attentive. Her warm assistance truly elevated the experience. The room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. Overall, this is a great option to consider for an international business trip, offering good service and facilities at a very reasonable price point.

CCOLAbearFacilities: Everything seemed new. Toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers were provided, but there was no hairdryer. The kettle was broken, but after calling the front desk, they promptly replaced it with a working one.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Complimentary bottled water was available. However, they occasionally forgot to restock the water after cleaning.
Environment: There are Chinese restaurants and a Chinese supermarket nearby.
Service: The service was decent, neither outstanding nor poor.
