A localização do hotel é excelente — apenas a 7 minutos a pé da estação de trem, e a maioria dos pontos turísticos imperdíveis de Roma fica a cerca de 20 minutos. Se você quer ficar no centro de tudo, este lugar é uma ótima escolha.
No entanto, o serviço foi um pesadelo. O elevador é quase uma piada: no máximo 2 pessoas, extremamente lento (felizmente meu quarto era no 2º andar). Talvez sejam diferenças culturais, mas a equipe aqui foi a mais grosseira que já encontrei.
Meu voo de Nice para Roma foi cancelado, o que significou que perdi uma noite no The Hive. Liguei para pedir ajuda para cancelar aquela noite — não foi minha culpa por não ter comparecido — mas tanto o Trip.com quanto a equipe do hotel foram completamente inúteis. Muito decepcionante e frustrante. Meu quarto ficava perto de uma construção, barulho constante durante a noite.
Resumindo: a localização é ótima, mas não espere nenhum favor ou gentileza do hotel. Quando você já está estressado, a atitude fria e antipática deles só piorará as coisas.

Qualità prezzo di questo hotel, non ha eguali.. cibo di qualità e prodotti a km0 . Le camere sono pulite e curate, la SPA è una piacevole sorpresa, di un livello ben più alto di molti altri alberghi, e la cifra richiesta è irrisoria.

Hotel muito bem localizado, mais próximo da estação Roma Termini. No entanto, é um hotel antigo e precisa de reforma. Pegamos um quarto espaçoso com 2 banheiros, mas o teto era baixo perto das janelas, o que era um pouco perigoso por causa das vigas de madeira. O serviço da recepção e do pessoal do restaurante é excelente, todos cordiais e educados. As mesas do restaurante são de mármore e é possível acendê-las.

O hotel é um pouco velho, mas limpo. A localização é excelente. Perto da estação de trem Roma Termini e do metrô. Vários restaurantes nas proximidades. O hotel fornece bebedouro dentro de sua propriedade, já que não fornece água engarrafada. Muito ecológico.

O hotel é bonito, e o ambiente interno também é muito bom. Tem um grande jardim e é muito tranquilo. A senhora do escritório frontal ajudou o meu colega a encontrar o seu novo telemóvel perdido com um telefonema. Não é conveniente publicar fotos Em comparação com outros lugares, o povo chinês é ocasionalmente saudado com saudações especiais. Sinto-me caloroso aqui e o ambiente circundante é mediano, por isso não pense que Roma é assim. ajuda. O pequeno-almoço não é tão rico como na China, mas é suficiente.

- grande estacionamento interno (este é um dos pontos mais importantes para os viajantes de carro)
- quarto grande com escritório
Para melhorar:
- Manutenção insuficiente: a água desceu com dificuldade na lavagem na banheira
- banheira com painel que perdeu água causando inundação e perigo de deslizamento (uma chuveiro seria muito melhor)
- Plantas secas nas prateleiras acima da piscina
- Estruturas fatisantes sob o bordo da piscina
- ruído forte dos buracos dos filtros da piscina: bateram as bocas de plástico
- poucas tomadas de corrente na câmara para recarregar a célula
- ar condicionado de difícil regulação (ou ligado, ou desligado)
- horários de piscina em julho e agosto poderia ser extensivo (talvez 9:30 em vez de 10:00)
Facit: uma estrutura agradável que, com um pouco de manutenção, poderia melhorar muito.
Uma vez que está um pouco isolado, não é adequado para quem não vem no carro.

это не просто завтрак ( да он буфет ) , но официанты очень стараются со всеми вопросами , что бы вы не попросили они сделают все возможное , нужен салат пожалуйста , какой-то отдельный соус или уксус пожалуйста , тоесть вы как бы на завтраке в в буфет , но и в то же время и как будто в ресторане и вам по заказу постараются угодить , я уже не говорю о принести кофе и прочих мелочах …
Сами по себе очень приятные и вежливые … Супер …💯
Весь персонал отеля очень отзывчив и добр , ресепшен отлично говорит на Английском , что редко для Италии и особенно , для не больших городков …

A localização é boa. Se você dirigir sozinho, observe que este é ztl. Você pode pedir ao hotel para ajudá-lo a solicitar a isenção da multa. Você pode caminhar ou pegar um táxi para os pontos turísticos. Parece um pouco longe de todos os lugares. O Coliseu é relativamente próximo, e o estacionamento próximo a ele não é contado. caro.

PPerma FortunaWas welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

GGuest UserI recently enjoyed one of my best vacations ever at Piazza di Spagna 9 Luxury Suites in Rome. From the moment I booked, the team reached out via WhatsApp to offer help with transfers or tours — thoughtful and attentive without being pushy. I immediately felt like a valued guest.
The suites sit on the third floor of a charming historic building right next to the Spanish Steps. Despite the unbeatable location, it’s remarkably quiet and relaxing. The concierge service is top-notch — when I was running late for my Pantheon visit, staff quickly arranged to collect my luggage so my husband and I could head out stress-free.
Their restaurant recommendations were another highlight. We tried four places from their curated list, each superb and fairly priced, letting us experience authentic local dining away from tourist traps. The team even handled all our reservations.
The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps.
Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. Special thanks to Franco, the owner, for his wonderful restaurant suggestions, and to Gianmarco whose friendly help made our stay extra smooth.
The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay at Piazza di Spagna 9 again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

PpanosilAn excellent choice if you’re planning a trip to Rome. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini and about 5 minutes from Repubblica metro station. Trams and several bus lines run nearby, making it easy to get around. Both the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, as well as many of Rome’s other popular attractions, are about a 15-20 minute walk away.
The hotel is quite large, and the room we chose was very spacious and spotless, with daily housekeeping. It included everything we needed: a hairdryer, shampoo, and various toiletries (such as a shower cap and slippers). The room also had a desk, a safe, a television, a comfortable armchair, and a fairly large wardrobe. There was also a minibar and a kettle, with complimentary coffee sachets provided daily.
The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which is very convenient if you arrive before check-in time or if your flight departs late in the evening.
Thank you for the wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserLocation is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

However, this was the only hotel in Italy out of all the ones I stayed at where you didn't need to swipe a card to use the elevator. The front desk staff were very nice; I arrived past 12 PM, and I was ready to just store my luggage, but the front desk proactively told me my room was already ready. When we left, they also allowed us to check out two hours late. When checking out, they asked if I was willing to leave a tip, and since the staff were so nice, I agreed to give 10 Euros.

DDarya GolubevaWe stayed at the Hilton Hotel for one night while waiting for our connecting flight. The hotel is located right next to Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, and there’s a convenient walkway from the airport leading directly into the hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, equipped with a kettle so you can make tea or coffee. The reception staff were very friendly. During our stay, we also visited the gym, the sauna, and went for a swim in the warm pool. The hotel also has courts for playing paddle. In the evening, we had dinner and ordered pasta — we really enjoyed it, the presentation was great, and the waiters were very welcoming. We checked out very early in the morning because we had an early flight, and the hotel staff kindly prepared takeaway lunch boxes for us. Thank you very much for a comfortable stay.

It takes 15 minutes to walk to Plaza de España. There is a super delicious ice cream shop opposite! The room is slightly small, but the bathroom is large and the floor height is also high. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Although the location is a bit far from the city and the central station, a taxi cost about 16 euros a day, but the hotel rooms are indeed much better than those in the city. Especially the bed and soundproofing, the surrounding area is purely residential, restaurants and supermarkets are very close and convenient. The hotel provides a taxi service for 10 euros a trip to the vicinity of the Mouth of Truth.

I had a memorable trip to Rome and stayed at the Dharma Boutique Hotel & SPA ar Jan 2025. The hotel has a limited number of rooms but is exceptionally clean, beautiful, and well-equipped, with great attention paid to the smallest details for guests' comfort.The hotel staff are very kind and attentive to guests' needs, and I would especially like to thank Raffa and Giovanni Loca . In the evenings, free snacks and various drinks are served. The hotel is close to major tourist attractions, and you can visit all of them by walking. Additionally, a metro station is just a few meters away from the hotel. Around the hotel, there are many beautiful restaurants and bars.
The warm and friendly behaviors of the hotel staff have made me want to encourage my friends to stay at this hotel if they plan to visit Rome. Personally, I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Guests can stay at this hotel without any risk and enjoy its beautiful environment, excellent rooms, and kind staff.
