Great hotel - friendly staff, plenty of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and food types (including vegetarian), good conference facilities. Location not great being downtown but things to do in the vicinity. Rooms are a decent size and you get a TV in the bathroom mirror!

The clean and sanitary conditions are very good, and the transportation is also very convenient. I like it very much. The conditions in all aspects are very good. I like it very much. I recommend it to all friends and hope to stay there again next time.

Good location but room slightly dated

I love the customer service they have a very friendly can do attitude staff willing to help. The cleanliness of the hotel is very immaculate. Their housekeepers even take the time to clean and sanitize the elevators. All common areas are always nice and well kept. Breakfast changes frequently as far as the eggs and breakfast meats so you get a very good variety. And I just have to speak on the staff again because they give excellent customer service it could be the middle of the night and you could be in need of a Band-Aid I guarantee they're going to do everything to make sure you're taken care of.
