A localização é boa, pois está localizada perto da baía de Lagoi e de outros locais, por exemplo. safari lagoi etc. A limpeza do quarto do hotel é boa. Só que a limpeza da piscina infantil parece um pouco nublada e alguns galhos de árvores dentro da piscina. O serviço dos funcionários é bom e amigável. As instalações do hotel são boas. Só que o chão do clube infantil está um pouco empoeirado e alguns brinquedos estão estragados.

Pls be mindful Hotel require deposit 100k IDR. When check out, the hotel will check the room first before u get your deposit back. Need to wait around 10mins. Can say cheap rate hotel with 2 breakfast just around rm125 per night. I chose this hotel bcos i arrived Batam night time, so no need fancy hotel hehe. The hotel is not shoplot hotel, the whole building is the hotel. At night quite noisy, not sure why, maybe there’s event at the ballroom hotel. The toilet room is average (quite smelly maybe bcos old hotel), not suitable for fussy person. Same goes to the bed and bed sheet. But the room is so spacious and have kiblat sign (for muslim prayer). Breakfast spread also average, suitable if you not eat much. But still have egg station. Nasi goreng, meehon goreng, cereals, also have. Overall still ok if you stay 1 night.

The hotel is a bit old but is convenient and near Batam Ferry Centre by a few mins ride. The room is clean but the safe deposit is not working. Breakfast is not a lot but is good enough to include in the hotel fees which is cheap since i only stay one night. A lot of tourists using the pools especially the kids. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful too.

Everything is good, we went there for 4 days 3 night, they gave us 3 days Starbuck voucher, the location is the best to us as we like Grand Batam Mall alot, just 3 to 5mins to walk there, the food is also quite nice to us

Hotel is big with spacious room, however location not that good, must take grab towards eateries. Hotel provide free shuttle to 3 shopping mall everyday 11am and 5pm (drop off only), which consider a good point. Buffet breakfast is more towards local Indonesian food with average taste except nice coffee.

our first time to the resort and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves and love it! the hotel is very convenient with kids-friendly amenities including the indoor playground with children’s activities / workshop for the kids. there are a few different pools to explore as well and beach nearby to play with sand. there is also a spa for adults to relax. overall a very suitable place for family with kids as well as anyone who wants to just chill and relax! also would like to mention that all the staff were very friendly and nice with excellent service. we will definitely go back again! the room itself is also very big and clean. twin room is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep in.

This is a first time I’m staying here, perfect location as for family can walk to the one Batam mall and opp there’s a lotus supermarket.  Pool and gym just nearby, convenient for parents to workout while kids having good time in the pool. A hospitalidade foi ótima, limpa também. Inicialmente conseguimos um quarto no nível 1 e o quarto tinha um cheiro estranho. Pode ser porque não havia ninguém no quarto por muito tempo. A equipe imediatamente nos levou para outra sala no nível 3, que era muito melhor. Daí o serviço é ótimo. A comida estava boa. Piscina agradável e perto da praia. Viajar pela área era de ônibus que chegava a cada 30 minutos. Bom local para atividades. Bom para férias em família.

A segunda vez que ficámos aqui, reservamos um total de 4 quartos, tudo bem, exceto que o pequeno-almoço Pode ser melhorado com mais seleção, Como um ovo vivo e um porrigue. O pão também não funcionou bem, esperava 20 minutos e ainda não está bem torrado.Decidimos ir para o Golden View Hotel e Pagar o pequeno-almoço Na segunda manhã. A primeira noite de jantar, MAS ficou desapontado com o teu dessert.A lava e o queijo são tão bonitos Como mantidos há semanas, não são bonitos.

The room is clean and well-kept. The daikin aircon is cool but a bit noisy.. Not sure if it's the water or heater but showering is quite an adventure. All in all, I am especially pleased with the concierge and the doormen - they are fab, friendly, and pleasant. There's a safe in the cupboard. It would be nice if they have a charcoal bag to absorb all the funky odors from clothing after a night out at A2 food center less than 300 meters away from BCH.
