A localização é boa, pois está localizada perto da baía de Lagoi e de outros locais, por exemplo. safari lagoi etc. A limpeza do quarto do hotel é boa. Só que a limpeza da piscina infantil parece um pouco nublada e alguns galhos de árvores dentro da piscina. O serviço dos funcionários é bom e amigável. As instalações do hotel são boas. Só que o chão do clube infantil está um pouco empoeirado e alguns brinquedos estão estragados.

Artotel is totally my cup of tea ☕️🎨 From the moment I walked in, I was like, “Okay… this place gets me.” The whole hotel feels like a mini art museum — with specially curated artwork by local artists and even a gallery right in the lobby. If I’m not mistaken, it looks like live band performances can take place in the lobby too. Honestly, I half expected to accidentally walk into an exhibition opening instead of checking in. The vibes? Immaculate. Creative, quirky, and just the right amount of “I’m cooler than your average hotel.” Also… can we talk about the mysterious gifts? 👀 It was my mom’s birthday during our stay, and she kept finding little surprises in the room. We’re not 100% sure if it’s part of a birthday special or if Artotel just enjoys spoiling guests (not complaining either way 😂). Overall, 10/10 would stay again — for the art, the vibes, and the possibility of more surprise goodies. 🎁

our first time to the resort and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves and love it! the hotel is very convenient with kids-friendly amenities including the indoor playground with children’s activities / workshop for the kids. there are a few different pools to explore as well and beach nearby to play with sand. there is also a spa for adults to relax. overall a very suitable place for family with kids as well as anyone who wants to just chill and relax! also would like to mention that all the staff were very friendly and nice with excellent service. we will definitely go back again! the room itself is also very big and clean. twin room is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep in.

Pls be mindful Hotel require deposit 100k IDR. When check out, the hotel will check the room first before u get your deposit back. Need to wait around 10mins. Can say cheap rate hotel with 2 breakfast just around rm125 per night. I chose this hotel bcos i arrived Batam night time, so no need fancy hotel hehe. The hotel is not shoplot hotel, the whole building is the hotel. At night quite noisy, not sure why, maybe there’s event at the ballroom hotel. The toilet room is average (quite smelly maybe bcos old hotel), not suitable for fussy person. Same goes to the bed and bed sheet. But the room is so spacious and have kiblat sign (for muslim prayer). Breakfast spread also average, suitable if you not eat much. But still have egg station. Nasi goreng, meehon goreng, cereals, also have. Overall still ok if you stay 1 night.

Fui para uma estadia de 4D3N durante um período de pico de férias e, infelizmente, apesar das ótimas avaliações, muitas coisas não corresponderam às expectativas. 1) O ar condicionado estava vazando do segundo dia da estadia em diante 2) A drenagem começou a feder do terceiro dia em diante 3) Devido ao alto número de reservas, a pressão da água estava fraca do primeiro dia em diante. O serviço ainda estava OK. Acho que o destaque da estadia foi o programa de soltura de tartarugas que acontecia uma vez por mês (?), eu acho, e foi legal ver os filhotes sendo soltos no mar. Outra coisa a se notar é que, como este era um resort, sair era meio complicado e todo o resto é super caro no resort, então venha preparado com sua própria comida se você ficar no apartamento loft, onde você pode cozinhar.

Excelente serviço. O restaurante Pode ajudar a minha criança a preparar ovos descascados quando não está no menu para o buffet de jantar.Boa jantar com UMA variedade de alimentos e desempenho de bandas vivas.Boa atmosfera. Conhecer o tempo de trabalho A cama é tão confortável, TEM UMA Grande TV que EU posso fazer para ver. Grande piscina, embora o piso não seja limpo. TEM um Desk adequado. Segurança está bem, Quando EU conheci a patrulha de segurança no chão. Quando EU saí, OS funcionários até me informaram. Definitivamente voltará. Recomendação para todos, a minha opinião é Mais Como Cinco estrelas. Nós gostamos muito de nossa estadia.

A vista é excelente, mas 1. o serviço de quarto só será feito se você colocar a placa de serviço de quarto na maçaneta da porta, mas isso não foi informado na recepção durante nosso check-in. 2. a qualidade do gel de banho não é boa (ou seja, não parece fazer espuma e o corpo não fica limpo após o banho).

Staffs are friendly and kind to help whenever requested. Location is good as it is directly linked to Nagoya Hill Mall. Cons is that soundproofing is not good, can hear next door TV, chatting and other noises.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday over the weekend. Their hospitality was amazing. They’ve upgraded our room and decorated it for the occasion. They’ll provide us with all the info they have and try to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They will frequently check in with us on the food quality and how is the stay etc. We really appreciate their hospitality and services provided. There is quite a fair bit of food choices available at Port 19 (local and western). The food we have ordered are good and delicious. Despite the resort is at its soft opening, there is quite a fair bit of activities that you can do here. For example, there are pools, gym, fitness studio for yoga, bicycle riding, pool table, darts, kids' activities rooms and outdoor playgrounds. There will be more facilities opening up soon like the spa and beach clubhouse in the coming months.

Nossa primeira estadia no Turi Beach não decepcionou! Uma ótima escapada com excelente custo-benefício. O acesso foi fácil de Gojek a partir do centro de Batam. O quarto que nos deram era de frente para o mar, no segundo andar, simplesmente incrível. A piscina era espaçosa. O buffet de café da manhã também era ótimo. Com certeza voltaríamos.
