During my trip, there were monkeys which came to get our leftover food on the table at the living area.
Private swimming pool lights were faulty and not changed timely.
Not too sure how often they change the swimming pool water as well.
No hot water on the second night and thus had to use bath bombs in bath tub with cold water instead of warm water.
Main door display for the “make up room” and “do not disturb” was not available yet.
No door bell in the place too, room service had to shout in to inform they were here.
Otherwise, staffs were nice and friendly.
Able to assist with most request.

Great hotel , excellent service, and delicious food. Friendly staff especially Ranty , Qory, Imam. We love the place. Surely we will arrange dates to stay there again.

We loved our 2 bedroom suite, great for family bonding time. Only cons is our concern of the sofa which may be slight dirty.

My two-night stay at the Villa was absolute perfection. From the elegant living spaces to the luxurious bedroom and ensuite bathroom, every detail exuded comfort and sophistication.The attentive staff ensured a seamless and memorable experience, not to forget our private driver Bonsri who made our tours safe and fun.
This tranquil retreat exceeded all expectations, offering a blissful escape from the ordinary. Can't wait to return!

Check in process was very fast. Complimentary transfer to n fro provided by hotel. Villa surrounding quite quiet but walking distance to minimart and restaurant. Some of the villa decor and bed quite rundown. Pool size is ok.

This resort is a awesome. Walking distance from the beach, it offers the perfect escape. Beautiful location, great service, and a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for a relaxing beach getaway.

Booked pick up service days before arrival, double check through call at the day of arrival, but no one present at the terminal. Check in at 3pm, the service staff at the counter was chatting casually with someone and not processing, told us that villa is only available after 15minutes! And didn’t not provide any recovery to this bad experience. The room is poorly cleaned, dusty, full of ants.
