Thanks to Trip.com staff for coordinating the check-in time and adjusting the quiet room in time. The front desk staff of the hotel has a young lady's professionalism and is better to find the staff to connect to Wi-Fi in time.

If you're looking to explore San Jose, or have a basecamp for exploring the rest of Costa Rica, this hotel offers a great central location, situated right in the middle of San José. Good for walking to restaurants or shops in the city, or joining one of the several sight-seeing excursions which can be easily arranged by the hotel.
The rooms are nice, though the decor is a bit dated. The common areas are also well designed for lounging while reading a book or getting to know your fellow travelers staying on the same floor.
The breakfast buffet was fairly common for a hotel offering breakfast in Costa Rica, but good, and the area also doubles as a bar at night. Other amenities include a gym with free weights and a couple machines, along with two saunas, one dry and one steam.

Curtains on the bed which is a killer feature to get some intimacy and sleep better. Common spaces are well designed. Yoga class in the morning is highly recommended. People are welcoming but usually won't stay for long as San Jose is usually a step to go somewhere else. Except a few co-workers.

It should be the best hotel in downtown San Jose, with comfortable beds and pillows. Guest service is also ok. The breakfast is too bad, it is not worth the price. It is recommended that if one lives, or stays next to Sheraton, half of the price, but the room is large, breakfast is very rich.

In fact, there is no 5-star standard. The appearance of the hotel and the room is good, but it is too old and the room has a smell. The breakfast is not bad, there are many choices, the swimming pool is very beautiful, the garden also has a tropical style, and the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant. It is very convenient to go to the city center by taxi. The customer service can help you call a taxi, and the price can be negotiated. Generally, it costs more than 10 dollars to go to the city center. The hotel has a free airport shuttle, but you need to make an appointment in advance. If there are many people, it is convenient to take a taxi. The hotel shuttle bus runs every hour.

Breakfast can not be chosen, can not choose, no fruit, eat fruit, add money, 2 dollars a plate. Hilton near the hotel is about the same price, and the conditions are much better.

The Vista Canyon Inn is located, as the name says, directly on the edge of a canyon, some of which are in Costa Rica. Therefore, you can see from the pool or the open lobby directly down the rock cave. The garden is wonderfully green and equipped with many special plants. There is a limited number of parking spaces. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary, with shower, aircondition, refrigerator, but rather simple. The breakfast is available with fresh fruit, juice, a self-caught bread and typical Gallo Pinto (cartoffels, rice, chicken and vegetables in the banana leaves). For the conditions in Costa Rica, which is partly very expensive, a good price service is offered here.

GGuest UserThe hotel is more than 20 minutes away from the airport, with a garden-like pattern, more flowers and grass, good air, and lots of parking spaces. The house is a two-story building, separated one by one. The room is a family of 2 rooms and 2 halls, with outdated facilities. Although there are refrigerators and cabinets, it is not necessary for people staying in the hotel. The most important toilets are small, the shower heads are poor, and the hot water is not hot, so people ask for repairs. It may be that locals are used to showering with warm water. There is very little variety for breakfast and average for dinner. The overall evaluation was embroidered pillows, which were not useful. Poor check in experience!
