Beverly Hotel Batam

I am a regular biz traveler to stay here for more than 20 times and i am super happy to stay as 1st choice due to good pricing offer plus many times with upgraded roons by the hotel reception. Great attention provided by the hotel & will stay here Good breakfast is included at hotel rate I like to do my fitness exercise at this hotel gym at every time i stayed here.

Very good and nice hotel for such a great price. Bed and room is big and spacious. Breakfast is unexpectedly good and have quite many choices. Staff is very friendly and nice. However, quite a distance to walk from hotel to find restaurants and mall. Overall, an old classic hotel that are well maintained and operated.

The hotel is very clean and smell nicely. Room is spacious. Love to repeat again every time I came to Batam. Location is also nice. 5 star

The swimming pool was empty but there’s no information about it in trip.com, bit disappointed. But the place was actually close with lot of places. Then the room was huge i could say, also have a bathtub in it but not really maintained I could say. Saw a very tiny cockroach. Overall was okay for a short trip. Anyway all the staffs were nice and helpful.

The cleanliness is ok. Customer service also good. They are very friendly and helpful. Only the location for me is quite inconvenience as it not walking distance with the restaurant or mart. But if you have a driver it's okay. Grab also ok quite cheep as the distance with mall only 2-3km. This is the cheapest hotel with bathtub. We also can keep our luggage at their lobby if we want to go out first before check in.

Pls be mindful Hotel require deposit 100k IDR. When check out, the hotel will check the room first before u get your deposit back. Need to wait around 10mins. Can say cheap rate hotel with 2 breakfast just around rm125 per night. I chose this hotel bcos i arrived Batam night time, so no need fancy hotel hehe. The hotel is not shoplot hotel, the whole building is the hotel. At night quite noisy, not sure why, maybe there’s event at the ballroom hotel. The toilet room is average (quite smelly maybe bcos old hotel), not suitable for fussy person. Same goes to the bed and bed sheet. But the room is so spacious and have kiblat sign (for muslim prayer). Breakfast spread also average, suitable if you not eat much. But still have egg station. Nasi goreng, meehon goreng, cereals, also have. Overall still ok if you stay 1 night.

Receptionist Cindy is very friendly but their room telephone does not work, hair dryer needs to request from front desk.
