A proper hotel with its own parking compund. The hotel is quite new, with sufficient facilities like swimming pool and gym area. The room is spacious and complete with the basic toiletries. The aircond was good and cleanliness of the whole room is average. The only small problem with my room was the shower area. There's some sort of blockage with the drain but overall the shower experience was good with steady strong current flow. Overall, this hotel is very well worth the price of slightly above RM100.

One of the best parts is that room service is available until 10:30 PM, so even if you don’t feel like heading out, you can still enjoy a delicious meal comfortably in your room. The breakfast spread is impressive and truly delicious. There is a wide variety of options, including Nyonya cuisine, Western dishes, porridge, Malay noodles, pasta, croissants, and fresh fruits—something for every taste. The hotel’s design reflects a beautiful Baba-Nyonya style, creating a charming and relaxing holiday atmosphere. There is also a small rooftop water play area where kids can splash around and have lots of fun, which adds a lovely family-friendly touch to the stay. Overall, the experience was exceptional—truly a perfect stay from start to finish!

The hotel looks grand and the room is very spacious and clean. The view is great as I can see the city and sea partially. The bed and pillows are comfortable that helped me to sleep well😴 The staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon check in, the staff will provide you with their specially made cookies which tasted delicious😁 The only problem is that walking to Jonker Street is not convenient and you need to drive or Grab there in a few minutes 😅

Mas tive que dar crédito a eles para tentar atender a todos os pedidos. O quarto tinha alguns defeitos. Espero que eles sejam avisados ​​sobre os danos. A vista para o rio era incrível. Mas o café da manhã tinha pouca variedade. Piscina incrível com playground ao lado da piscina.

There were also noise issues, especially at certain times of the day, which affected the overall comfort. Service was inconsistent. While some staff were polite and helpful, there were a few service lapses that could be improved, particularly in terms of responsiveness and attentiveness. With better noise control, improved dining experience, and more consistent service standards, this hotel has the potential to be much better.

Hotel is very conveniently located near makuta parade and 2 other malls, especially if you are going there by coach. There is a caring pharmacy just in front and many eatries around. Our 2 bedder family room was big and spacious but the carpets might need a wash and the room feels a but mouldy but we rented an air purifier that helped. Breakfast was average. Overall a good stay.
