O hotel é bom. Quartos pequenos, bem longe de Manchester. Mas é barato, perto do bonde e os funcionários foram simpáticos. Cumpriu a sua função. Mas, na verdade, esta é uma avaliação do trip.com. Faça o que fizer, não reserve por eles! Eu tinha reservado um Travelodge a alguns minutos da arena, com 2 meses de antecedência, para um show. Paguei adiantado e o trip.com me disse que tudo já estava confirmado pelo hotel. Na noite anterior à minha viagem, recebi outro e-mail deles dizendo que, na verdade, o hotel não podia confirmar a reserva, que não havia mais vagas e que eu poderia ir para este hotel. Este hotel mais barato, a 20 minutos de carro da arena em Salford! Obviamente, ignorei a ideia, encontrei alguns hotéis perto daquele que eu realmente havia reservado (agora muito mais caro, é claro) e sugeri esses. Como a culpa era deles, presumi que eles resolveriam isso para mim. Eu estava muito enganado. Depois de várias horas de bate-papo online e, em seguida, telefonemas, fui enganado repetidamente (todos os outros hotéis estão lotados, apesar de estarem disponíveis em nosso site, etc.), nunca me deram uma explicação sobre por que me disseram que estava confirmado quando claramente não estava, e, por fim, me deram a opção de cancelar toda a reserva (e, portanto, não ter onde ficar na noite anterior à minha partida) ou simplesmente aceitar este hotel em uma cidade diferente! Também me disseram que eu nem receberia de volta a diferença de preço entre os hotéis se aceitasse a transferência! Depois de dias de discussão, consegui a diferença de volta, mais £ 30 de indenização (que nem cobriu os dois táxis que precisei pegar). Mesmo isso foi um desastre, pois, para receber o pagamento, tive que clicar em um link de um e-mail que me levou a uma página externa de aparência suspeita, onde tive que inserir meus dados bancários. Cowboys absolutos. Por favor, não reservem com eles, mesmo que seja mais barato do que em outros sites!

Checked into TRIBE Manchester Airport Hotel and I’m really impressed. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very clean. The check-in process was smooth, and the location is perfect for an airport stay. The room is comfortable and well-designed. A great choice for anyone travelling through Manchester Airport.

Close to the Arndale and Print works. Room was ok, View wasnt great , overlooking the abandoned church carpark filled with rubbish, but it was quiet. Stains on carpet and walls, which i would not expect from a 4star hotel. Bathroom was nice, bit of mould on bottom of shower screen. Breakfast was good with a good selection of GF for my husband. I would definitely stay again for the right price.

O hotel fica no centro da cidade, perto da Chinatown e de muitos restaurantes e bares. Os funcionários nos ajudaram a fazer o check-out rapidamente e chamaram um táxi. Voltaremos a reservar este hotel se visitarmos Manchester novamente.

Check-in amigável e informativo. Excelente hotel para uma caminhada fácil até a Manchester Arena para desfrutar do nosso concerto. Café da manhã muito bom custo-benefício. Pudemos deixar nossa bagagem mais cedo e no dia seguinte ao check-out sem nenhum problema e facilitamos a exploração do centro da cidade de Manchester.

O serviço de quartos foi rápido, profissional e o alimento era delicioso – um verdadeiro tratamento após um longo dia explorando a cidade. Falando de relaxar – o spa era absolutamente divino. Limpo, calmo e maravilhosamente projetado, foi a escape perfeita. A massagem foi uma das melhores que já tive – incrivelmente relaxante e adaptada à perfeição. Se você precisa de um pampering adequado, este é o lugar para ser. O hotel ainda sente-se como uma retirada pacífica do atordoamento e do atordoamento. Britannia Hotel Manchester has an undeniably grand, old-world charm—but it shows its age in ways both atmospheric and inconvenient. The lobby’s sweeping staircase and chandeliers hint at past glory, and the central location is excellent for shopping, trains, and nightlife. However, that vintage character often slips into dated and tired. Rooms vary widely: some are spacious, others cramped; décor can feel worn, with scuffed furnishings and thin walls. Cleanliness is generally acceptable but inconsistent. Bathrooms work, though water pressure and temperature can fluctuate. Service is hit-or-miss—some staff are friendly and efficient, others seem overwhelmed during busy periods. Noise from corridors and nearby bars can be an issue, so light sleepers should request interior rooms or bring earplugs. For the price, it’s a functional base in the city center with nostalgic charm, provided your expectations are modest and you value location over modern comforts. Potential, but in need of refresh.

Location was rather far from the Piccadilly train station — 15 min walk, (contrary to what others mentioned) so it’s a little inconvenient for those dragging a large suit case. They gave me an accessibility room at the start but I managed to change it due to the help of the lovely blond counter staff! There was a male staff who was extremely nice during check out as well. Staff deserve a 10/10! The room was nice — bed was large, room was spacious and clean. Only gripe was the small window which made the room feel a little stuffy. Room comes with a small fridge, iron and the bare toiletries. No slippers, toothbrushes! Overall, must better experience compared to their other branch at Manchester central (although I must say that that branch is more central compared to the Piccadilly outlet; public transport and food options wise), especially in terms of their staff. Would stay again but only if I’m out of more convenient options in Manchester.

We faced an issue with our room when we arrived which was dealt with efficiently and we were placed in an upgraded room as an apology. The room was spotless and well presented, however the king size bed was simply two single mattresses pushed together. The mattresses weren’t level so it wasn’t the most comfortable night sleep for a couple. The location is ideal for a stay in Manchester City Centre and the new check in/check out keyless entry is really good.
