Infelizmente, devido a um problema com o equipamento, não pude me hospedar no hotel. No entanto, o serviço e a comunicação antes da minha chegada foram excelentes. A equipe respondeu prontamente a todas as minhas solicitações e lidou com tudo de forma eficiente, permitindo que eu me hospedasse em outro hotel sem qualquer preocupação. Sou muito grato pelo apoio e certamente gostaria de me hospedar aqui novamente na minha próxima visita.

Two bathrooms for each gender. Under the mountains for great views. My luggage didn’t get on the plane somehow but the receptionists at the hostel called many times so I got it the next day from rio to el Cheltan. Food was very good at the 24 hour restaurant and people who stay get a discount.

A casa fica no alto de uma colina e é preciso caminhar um pouco até a cidade, mas é muito confortável. O hotel é bem decorado, mas o isolamento acústico deixa a desejar. É comum ouvir o barulho alto das motocicletas perto da estrada. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos.

Fiquei hospedado aqui por 4 noites em um quarto individual.
O quarto individual foi ótimo para mim.
Pude cozinhar na cozinha 24 horas por dia.
E tive minha privacidade, como em um quarto de hotel.
A equipe deste hostel é muito gentil, como mostra a foto.
Ele concordou com meu check-in antecipado às 12h05.
E me ajudou a não pagar impostos.

Era um hotel que se orgulhava das melhores instalações e limpeza. Tudo no quarto era muito bem cuidado, então pude me hospedar com muito conforto. No entanto, o isolamento acústico era ruim, então eu conseguia ouvir barulhos dos arredores, e a localização era um pouco distante do centro da cidade, então pode ser inconveniente para caminhar.

Front desk lady speaks perfect English. She let us get in our room before check in time, very helpful. She explained everything clearly. The room is small and shower water is great. Obviously they are not lack of water there. Breakfast is basic with fresh boiled eggs.

O quarto era extremamente pequeno e a cama era tão pequena que duas pessoas mal conseguiam se virar. Definitivamente não era um hotel de quatro estrelas, mas no máximo três estrelas. O café da manhã não era bom - o pão deveria estar congelado.

O hotel mais satisfatório da Argentina até agora, longe da agitação da cidade, o ambiente é ótimo. A relação custo-benefício é ótima e o café da manhã também está incluído. Eu gosto mais das frutas no café da manhã. Por esse preço, o que mais você quer?

Adorei a paz e a privacidade do quarto de casal. O local tem piso aquecido e chuveiros super quentes. O café da manhã era farto e as comodidades incríveis! A cozinha tem muitos talheres e pratos básicos, mas realmente precisa de mais utensílios de cozinha, panelas e frigideiras. No entanto, o layout da cozinha em si é ótimo, com 3 fogões a gás e fornos. Bom sistema de identificação dos alimentos. Restaurante e bar no local… ótimas opções. A programação de entretenimento noturno durante nossa estadia foi excelente!

AAlex john KinnearReally good location, I liked how the hostel is made out of big wood logs, they had a washing machine and dryer to clean our clothes. The breakfast is pretty basic for a hostel, but i was happy with a banana, boiled egg and cereal. Overall enjoyed our stay and the staff were very polite and helpful with any questions about booking a taxi or giving us restaurant recommendations.

HHuajiangThis hotel is 8 minutes walk from the bus terminal. If you don't rent a car, you need to take the bus to Moreno Glacier, El Chalten, Puerto Natales and other places. It is very convenient to live here. This is why I chose this hotel. But a little distance from the city center.
The front desk is very welcoming to provide travel information. Hotel facilities are good, the hotel's restaurants are particularly good, the dinner price is right, the taste is excellent, comparable to several famous restaurants in the city center.
El Calafate is a quiet and beautiful small town, in addition to Moreno glacier Moreno, there are several large glaciers, beautiful Argentine lake, and some places to walk. We stayed here for two nights and felt that we should stay a few more days.
The hotel is only an 8-minute walk from the Bus Terminal. If you don't rent a car and need to take a bus to Perito Moreno Glacier, El Chalten, Puerto Natales, etc., it is very convenient to live here, which is why I chose this hotel. It is a bit far from the city center.
The front desk was very helpful in providing information. The hotel facilities are good, especially the hotel restaurant. The dinner is reasonably priced and tastes great, comparable to several famous restaurants in the center of El Calafate.
El Calafate is a quiet and beautiful town. In addition to Perito Moreno Glacier, there are several other large glaciers, the beautiful Argentino Lake, and some places for hiking. We stayed here for two nights and thought we should have stayed a few more days.

GGuest UserI tell you this hotel had everything thing going for it. It would get a perfect review, but they hired this **** that works nights, he is lazy , cocky, worthless, he should not be there. He told me this is a Spanish speaking country so deal with it, I know it's a Spanish speaking country, but you are in the tourist business. Would I stay here again, yes if I knew he wasn't here, but if they retain people like that, lots of hotels in this town no need to stay here.

AAnonymous UserLoved the peace and privacy of couples’ room. Place has heated floors and super warm showers. Breakfast was plentiful, amenities awesome! Kitchen has lots of basic cutlery and plates but really needs some more cooking utensils and pots and pans, but the actual kitchen layout is great, with 3 gas stoves and ovens. Good labelling system for food. Restaurant and bar onsite… terrific options. Evening entertainment while we were there… ace!

GGuest UserI stayed in a hotel here for one night. The hotel is very good. The room is clean, tidy and warm. The bathroom is large. There are many choices for breakfast, which is also good. The view from the window of the room I booked is really amazing. It is just a little far from the main street in the city, so you need to take a taxi to go out.

GGuest UserUnfortunately, due to an equipment issue, I was unable to stay at the hotel. However, the service and communication prior to my arrival were excellent. The staff responded promptly to every request and handled everything efficiently, allowing me to stay at an alternative hotel without any concerns. I am truly grateful for their support and would definitely like to stay here on my next visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel is new and clean. Beds are comfortable with extra pillows. Wifi is strong. Location is fantastic, close to main road downtown with many restaurants and shops. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Specially want to mention Luciana who had helped us in booking round trip to glaciers and transfer to airport. Only may be breakfast can have better variety like fried eggs.

GGuest UserThe hostel is conveniently located very close to the trailhead, and the dorm room was clean and quiet. The music in the living/dining area played all day. It would be nicer if the volume could be lowered or the music turned off earlier in the morning. It was also unfortunate that someone stole my water bottle, which I had prepared and filled with electrolyte for my hike the next day.

CChristopherThis hotel was very clean and nicely decorated to make it welcoming and cozy. The front desk personal were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast consisted of sweet breads, jams, cereals, yoghurt, multi grain bread and hard boiled eggs. It was quite enjoyable and filling. The mattresses were very comfortable also. We made a great choice in selecting this hotel.

FFat fat pugThe location of the hotel is good, in a better location in the town, very close to shopping boutiques and restaurants, there is a clinic at the back of the hotel called Doctor Ma Tiannis, I was sick when I stayed at the hotel, and I went to the clinic behind the hotel to ask for consultation, very fast, I saw the doctor and went to the opposite pharmacy to dispense medicine. The hotel room is still a spacious hotel breakfast, and it is delicious. Provide Argentine-style bread, and there are a lot of fruit, juice. Because the hotel has heating, and the winter in Argentina is very cold, there are many stray dogs in the town. Sometimes stray dogs will follow me to the hotel and even enter the hotel to warm up, but the clerk is very caring and did not drive the stray dog. The puppy also felt embarrassed to pickpocket and stomp. It is very interesting to lie down and enjoy the heating sprayed by the hotel at the entrance of the hotel.
