"本站作為北疆回京的中轉站，選在了加格達奇。我本人 80 後非常喜歡這種復古且實在且經過時間洗禮的酒店。老四星。前台的工作人員也很熱情。還是喜歡這種 vintage 的感覺。床墊舒服，安靜，水也很好穩定夠 chòng，有沙發，有寫字枱，房間夠大，有玄關，都是我住酒店比較在意的點。比那種新的衹能的串串酒店舒服多了。早餐也豐富，蛋白質膳食纖維，都可以有個好的補給繼續出發。下次經加格達奇中轉還住這。"

"終於來到了童話森林王國的大興安嶺！ 這次第三天的遊玩住宿在了新林 這是一個很安逸的寶藏小城， 賓館姐姐非常熱情 對了很多家發現這家住宿環境很好， 主要是房間很乾凈、一次性的浴品這裏都有 如果是臨時住宿在這離火車站衹有1公里左右 早上趕火車還特方便 早上幫忙叫了出租車 非常貼心"

"住的房間洗手間馬桶沖水有點問題，以至於準備上廁所的時候發現裏面有紙（乾淨的 以為是阿姨沒打掃，後來住了發現的確是沖水有時候一下子不能沖下去 但是床品上有頭髮，然後出門讓前台給我換了新的四件套，服務什麼的都挺好的，全屋智能控制也不錯。 順便不建議定特價大床房，我懶得折騰直接定了兩晚，也沒升級房型，第一晚挺安靜的，但是第二晚凌晨突然出現轟隆隆很吵的聲音，出現了好幾次，一開始還以為是外面的什麼但定位不出來，後來早上出門坐電梯聽見才意識到估計是電梯的聲音"

But two things happened that affected the sense of security of living. The first one is a major safety hazard: I just took a shower last night and I haven't worn my clothes yet. Several male staff members directly swiped their cards to open the door and entered the room. They didn't knock on the door in advance, which scared me. After I stopped, they quit. I immediately contacted the store and the staff came to apologize and admitted that it was an internal arrangement error. The guest was in the room and swiped the card to open the door without knocking. This matter was very angry, and privacy was not guaranteed at all. The second one was more than ten o'clock in the morning the next day. After going out for breakfast, the room card failed and the door could not be opened. The stay was not full for 24 hours, which caused a bad experience again. I can understand that this is a new store, staff training and process management have not been improved, and I have not further investigated for responsibility. However, room privacy and door lock safety are the most basic bottom line of accommodation. I hope that the store can pay attention to rectification and do a good job in the personnel process and door lock system, otherwise it will bring a lot of psychological burden to the guests."
