Chegámos à noite, a segurança TEM um BOM conhecimento de serviço, ajuda-nos a ligar o campanheiro e trazer as nossas bagagens para o lobby.o serviço ao cliente é amigável e útil. Tenho muita conveniência e o maior serviço delas. A piscina é pequena, MAS não há preocupação, as crianças têm muita felicidade.Por último, MAS não menos importante. A escolha não é tanto Como eu, MAS é suficiente para provar um doce de comida ácida até a doçura.Talvez se EU voltar para Palembang, escolher este hotel Agai. The spacious rooms are modern and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. Food lovers will be delighted—the dining options here are delicious, offering a mix of local and international flavors. While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Aryaduta is to me a old hotel. The bed is worn out...room is quite small for 2 single bedded. But its ok... Their wide choice of buffet breakfast is their saving grace. Really nice and delicious food. Front desk to concierge is nice and friendly. My biggest DISLIKE ? Their limited lift or elevator service... There was a wedding being held there. Their lifts are constantly full...after 30min waiting...8-9 times lift doors open and close as it is full...I used the staircase. Not good....inconvenient.... Would I recommend it ? For that price, there are better choices out there... It would be a choice if my favorite hotel is fully booked.

Stains exists on freshly washed bed sheets. The hotel's laundry somehow couldn't get rid of such stains leading to perception of unwashed / unchanged bedsheets Bath towels have fermented smell like they have not been sunned / dried enough after washing

Localização limpa e estratégica no centro da cidade de Palembang

O recepcionista é profissional, fornecendo informações sobre as instalações.A sala está longe do escalador.Preciso chegar à minha sala com 4 turnos... (Talvez o meu tipo de quarto está localizado lá.) A sala é espaçosa. Algumas peças são observadas nas lâminas, incluindo a cobertura de folha de cama e a cobertura de duvet. Como eu só fiquei por uma noite, isso não será um grande problema para mim. A coberta é demasiado alta para dormir e eu usei uma toalha em vez disso.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.
