Os quartos foram renovados com tomes naturais, iluminação suave no painel de cabeça, cama confortável com um conjunto de cobertores. O painel de luz central controla toda a iluminação Da sala - ter um Jogo! Um espaço de trabalho Muito BOM para opções de trabalho, com luz de trabalho para iluminação e potência alargadas, enquanto trabalha. Televisão com Grande recepção TV ao vivo Banhão espaçosa com WC, chuveiro grande, espelho grande e espaço de vanidade, dois Pontos de alimentação e sinalização.Pressão de água razoável e boa temperatura, MAS não Pode dizer quem é quente ou frio. O pequeno-almoço incluído é bom e saboroso, básico com ovos, bacon, feijões, marrom de hash e arroz frito, escolha de torradeira e banana, café, chá, sumos, provavelmente, com alguns frutos frescos, bem como uma oferta. Boa vista de buche para o pequeno-almoço e um Monte de lugares. Eu tinha um quarto de canto, então minha visão não era a melhor. A piscina é bonita e o spa é quente, Mesmo no Meio de Agosto. Eu voltaria, MAS a próxima vez, porque o hotel não estava cheio de meia-semana. Eu recomendaria muito que você fique!

Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

Hotel front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking to them. Hotel room is just perfect for a Solo traveller in terms of room size, facilities, lighting, etc. I love the room interior. It looks bright and motivating. Lighting is bright which I always prefer and I have the option to switch off some lights if I want it a bit darker before sleeping. Toilet looks compact but there is certainly enough space to take shower and do other stuff. There is a sofa which makes the room look more classy. The bed, pillow and sofa are very comfortable. I was able to adjust the Aircon and keep myself warm and comfortable. In room dining service was excellent. I ordered a vegetarian dish and it was tasty. Hotel is conveniently situated within CBD and I am able to walk over to wherever I want or take tram and travel around the city. I love this hotel and I will stay in this hotel again when I revisit Melbourne in the coming months.

Perfect location to stayover after long drive from Sorento to Queenscliff to Apolo Bay. Recommend to have a good rest and continue the other half journey of Great Ocean Road the next day. Onsite parking available. Nice Apolo Bay seaview when having my breakfast😁😁

Like the hotel vibe and friendly staff. Big free parking. Very good and big room. For some more $$$ you can get golf view, otherwise the room will face parking. Did not like the breakfast - a bit overpriced, was charged for small child as well and not that much to eat

Room was really spacious and kitchen came with basic seasoning namely salt and pepper. There were tons of cockatoos on the porch in the morning so it can be a bit noisy but most people would usually be up by then so it should be fine.

Stayed for 1 night in Autum. It was a little pricey for my budget. The location was good, it was across the road from the beach but would need a car or bike to the main shopping area & restaurants on the esplanade. The 2-bedroom apartment was nice & spacious with a full kitchen, fridge, microwave & laundry facilities. Ensuite & main bathroom. Our room had a large balcony however our view was not great but didnt spoil the stay. The only issues where the couches are old & not very comfy. The resort facilities were nice with a large outdoor pool that was warm for a non-heated pool, outdoor large spa that was always busy. Spent most of the time in the heated indoor lap pool. There was a games room, tennis court, gym & bbq area. The staff were also obliging in letting us use the facilities before check in was ready. The only issue was Winkipops breakfast cafe, service was not professional, the food was average with lack of presentation, they ran out of some of the ingredients of the meal order & instead of consulting me they just added other ingredients that was not wanted & the price did not reflect the meal or service thus I would not recommend eating there. Overall, highly recommend the resort.

From the moment we entered we were greated by friendly helpful staff. Room was perfect lovely hot shower. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was beautiful. Nice and hot and very prompt with the delivery. I would happily stay again and l would certainly recommend to anyone. Nice and quiet. Bed and especially the pillow were excellent. Best night's sleep away from home for ages.

We arrived late but we managed to pick up the keys. Thank you so much. The toilet in the room is very cold during the June period. The heater in the room doesn't cover that space. The water could also be a little warmer during winter. We had turned the tap to the max and found the water lukewarm.
