From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations from luxurious rooms, elegant décor, plush bedding, and calming tones made for a perfect retreat. The room was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was speechless. Well-equipped wellness amenities,  a serene spa with hot and cold jacuzzi, a huge steam room, sauna and a refreshing heated swimming pool over looking the mountains.  What truly set this stay apart was the hotel’s client ambassador Ms Alissa, a genuinely attentive professional who acted like a personal concierge throughout my stay who provides proactive updates on local tourist conditions and attend to my needs be it arranging for high tea and booking of spa services.  Each day, I received timely briefings on weather patterns and conditions at nearby tourist spots. This insightful information helped me plan my outings with confidence. Last but not least, the GM, Steven Tan was so warm, ensuring the guest are comfortable during breakfast time. He is from Singapore by the way and had been running the resort for 8 years. Great job Steven!! My overall experience (Excellent) The hotel’s ambiance was welcoming and polished striking the ideal balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities made it easy to unwind, stay active, and explore the tourist place with confidence. The client ambassador’s attentive, almost personal-concierge approach elevated the stay from excellent to unforgettable. I left with wonderful memories and a strong sense of having experienced truly thoughtful hospitality and will surely come back again later this year to explore places that I have did not visit.

View,amenities and politeness of the staff are superb! 🫶🏻 I had a peaceful stay :) The hotel offers tour and motorbike rental so if you’re interested you can check with them. They don’t have elevator but rest assured the staffs are going to assist you. O Lady Hill Sapa Resort fica a poucos minutos do centro da cidade. Observe que eles oferecem serviço de buggy e traslado, mas devem ser reservados com antecedência. O check-in foi tranquilo e nos ofereceram bebidas e lanches de boas-vindas, o que foi muito atencioso. O quarto é espaçoso, mas a roupa de cama é um pouco dura. O ar-condicionado também é ruim e temos que abrir a janela só para o ar frio entrar. O abastecimento de água também é estranho, pois às vezes temos que esperar (talvez) que outros hóspedes/quartos não usem os deles para termos uma pressão de água decente. Além disso, os hóspedes vizinhos são tão barulhentos que conseguimos ouvir suas conversas. O serviço é bom, a recepção é atenciosa, mas não nos disponibilizou o serviço de traslado no horário agendado, o que foi uma decepção, então tivemos que reservar um traslado. O café da manhã é bom, mas o cardápio de almoço e jantar é limitado e a qualidade pode ser melhorada. Além disso, não há serviço de água disponível. A área da piscina está um pouco lotada, então temos que esperar até que outros hóspedes do hotel e hóspedes de fora terminem. As toalhas também estão um pouco malcheirosas. O serviço de massagem também é bom, mas pode ser melhorado com mais funcionários, já que há apenas um funcionário disponível para fazer tudo. No geral, foi uma estadia agradável, mas prefiro reservar um hotel no centro de Sapa na próxima vez.

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

O serviço de spa era um pouco caro em comparação com as opções locais de rua, mas tudo o resto era perfeito. Você Pode armazenar SUA bagagem cedo, e eles até têm um lavatório com instalações de chuveiro quente, onde você Pode refrescar, esfregar e mudar antes de check-in. O local é Muito seguro.O pessoal é amigável e útil Eles nos ajudaram a alugar UMA bicicleta e reservar a nossa viagem Fansipan diretamente do hotel, então não precisamos procurar por aí ou pedir a coluna noutro lugar. Em geral, a melhor estadia que tivemos é altamente recomendada!

Pretty basic Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. If you're here for the View, then yes you get a pretty good view. On a clear day, you'll see beautiful rolling hills. On the day that we checked out, it was a misty day (winter), and it's interesting to see the clouds of mist literally rolling in and obliterating all view past 100m. The hotel itself is relatively clean although, as I've noticed as a second time now, the drinking cups are not washed. I brought soap powder and sponge with me, so I was able to clean the kettle and cups. The quadruple room we booked was fairly spacious, with a tiny balcony for the view. Linen smells nice. Sink was a little choked. Floor was slightly dusty, but maybe it's because there is construction going on next door. Which was a real bummer. We came in early Dec 2025, and the building meant incessant drilling and hammering just next door, all day long. We were hoping for a serene stay but the noise was a real disappointment. Otherwise, it's fair value for money if you're on a budget and you want a view. Location wise, it's a 15min uphill walk to town along very narrow walkways shared with vehicle traffic, but it's not a bad walk. Food is easily available, and I highly recommend egg coffee :)

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Great place and location to stay at. Took the suite room, spacious and clean. Ms Kieu Anh was really friendly and helpful (laundry service, bus booking, trips booking, etc..) during my 3 nights of stay there. However since I’m a non smoker and rather sensitive to cigarettes smell, on and off notice some cigarettes smoke smell in the room. Was informed that it could be due to someone smoking within the premise. Opening the balcony door does helped to ventilate the room though. Overall, still a great place.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

Very Nice Hotel! I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, and everything I needed was close by. Breakfast was delicious too! I would definitely stay here again.
