Nós somos Bill Bensley obsessivos. Já há anos. Então quando de la copole se abriu em Sapa, nunca foi uma questão de se apenas quando e quantas vezes. A resposta até agora: duas vezes.E trouxemos os nossos grupos de viagem de duas vezes. Agora, a parte honesta: IR AO SERVIÇO é um louco. Primeira vez ônibus de dormir de Hanoi.O condutor tratou as serpentinas de montanha Como uma vendetta pessoal. Não é UMA experiência que eu repete. Segundo minivans de luxo de Halong Bay. Seis Horas Mais. Nosso Os hóspedes chegaram cansados, ligeiramente desaparecidos, questionando as suas escolhas de vida. E então eles caminham para o lobby. Vale a pena.A cada quilómetro. o hotel é tudo o que Bensley promete e depois alguns.Cada categoria de quarto tem a sua própria personalidade nós ficámos em todos eles, incluindo a grande suite. nenhuma duas sente o mesmo.o pessoal O que torna de la copole realmente especial é que o difícil acesso funciona como um filtro. Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Você Pode armazenar SUA bagagem cedo, e eles até têm um lavatório com instalações de chuveiro quente, onde você Pode refrescar, esfregar e mudar antes de check-in. O local é Muito seguro.O pessoal é amigável e útil Eles nos ajudaram a alugar UMA bicicleta e reservar a nossa viagem Fansipan diretamente do hotel, então não precisamos procurar por aí ou pedir a coluna noutro lugar. Em geral, a melhor estadia que tivemos é altamente recomendada!

Everything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view. The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose. Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

Muito satisfeito em ficar no Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! Da chegada ao check-out, foi muito tranquilo. Os recepcionistas foram muito prestativos e amigáveis, assim como os camareiros, funcionários do restaurante e da piscina. Chegamos antes do horário de check-in, então deixamos nossa bagagem no depósito deles. Precisamos trocar de roupa porque o clima está congelante. então eles nos deixaram usar o quarto de conforto do hotel. Quando terminamos as atividades em Sapa, fizemos o check-in em nosso quarto e ficamos felizes com o quarto que temos. O CR é fornecido com toalhas de banho super brancas e novas, toalhas de rosto, tapete de chão, papel de seda. O banheiro é equipado com chuveiro quente e frio (elegante) fornecido com sabonete líquido e xampu. O quarto é super limpo e arrumado, assim como o quarto de conforto e o banheiro. Tem uma cômoda com espelho, abajures. Também tem um armário para roupas e um secador de cabelo. Há 2 piscinas no Bamboo Sapa Hotel. Uma é a piscina ao ar livre (mas não dei um mergulho porque estava muito frio) e a outra fica no nível G, que é quente e tem hidromassagem. Um restaurante aconchegante é para o buffet de café da manhã que está incluído na reserva. A variedade de comida deliciosa, nutritiva e sofisticada foi servida. A tomada elétrica para carregar fica perto da cabeceira da cama. Havia pares de chinelos de quarto e roupões de banho que eram delicadamente brancos. Tão frescos para vestir! 2 garrafas de água mineral, xícaras e pires e aquecedor também foram fornecidos... ah, se você quiser ligar para a recepção, há um telefone na mesa☺️❤️🥰

If there were 10 stars, that's what I would give. It's so beautiful and the staff here are so kind. You can't say anything bad, even the transportation people are super nice. Highest quality recommendation! I will come back to you. Special mention, Ms Mai. You look so pretty, kind person! See you around!

Wonderful Stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel – Perfect Location and Amazing Hospitality! We had a lovely stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel! The location is perfect—close to everything you need in Sapa like shops, transport, and local spots, but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the tourist crowds. A highlight of our stay was the newly opened restaurant downstairs, Taste of Vietnam. The food was excellent—truly one of the best in town—and Mr. Tim, the owner, is incredibly kind, humble, and accommodating. The hotel staff were also amazing. Special thanks to Andy, who was always helpful, polite, and spoke English very well. He made our stay even more comfortable with his assistance and warm hospitality. The room itself was great value for money. The water heater and water pressure were both excellent—something we truly appreciated after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!

Pros: -Spacious private room -Superb friendly staffs -Delicious and variety of choice for breakfast sets -Quiet and great neighborhood -Plenty of restaurants and cafe nearby -The homestay has motorbike for rent -Great hot shower -Even the room didn't have hot air conditioning, they have bed warming device to keep you warm under the blanket Cons: -The place is located on high ground uphill, recommend you get a bike -Water dropping from the pipe above in the toilet, I was staying at first floor -The ceiling isn't soundproof, you can hear your neighbor talking and opening door from above.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

All I can say is that this hotel is one of the best! It’s very affordable, but they still offer a great breakfast buffet with both Vietnamese and American options. You can even choose how you want your scrambled eggs cooked, which is a nice touch.✨ The staff are very friendly, and they clean your room every day, change the towels, and refill the tissues. The standard room doesn’t have air conditioning has electric fan, but honestly, Sa Pa is very cold, so you don’t really need it, maybe just air conditioning heater. The bed already has a heater, which keeps you warm and comfortable but still cold asf hahaha but again Sapa if very cold tbh!!! This hotel definitely deserves great feedback. I’m from the Philippines, and I really enjoyed staying here. You can even see the train from the hotel, and they also have pools. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to Vietrekking Coffee Shop and you can walk going to Sun Plaza too!😍 Will go back here soon! 😍 Thank you, Joville!
