A resposta até agora: duas vezes.E trouxemos os nossos grupos de viagem de duas vezes. Agora, a parte honesta: IR AO SERVIÇO é um louco. Primeira vez ônibus de dormir de Hanoi.O condutor tratou as serpentinas de montanha Como uma vendetta pessoal. Não é UMA experiência que eu repete. Segundo minivans de luxo de Halong Bay. Seis Horas Mais. Nosso Os hóspedes chegaram cansados, ligeiramente desaparecidos, questionando as suas escolhas de vida. E então eles caminham para o lobby. Vale a pena.A cada quilómetro. o hotel é tudo o que Bensley promete e depois alguns.Cada categoria de quarto tem a sua própria personalidade nós ficámos em todos eles, incluindo a grande suite. nenhuma duas sente o mesmo.o pessoal O que torna de la copole realmente especial é que o difícil acesso funciona como um filtro. Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Everything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view. The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose. Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

Muito satisfeito em ficar no Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! Da chegada ao check-out, foi muito tranquilo. Os recepcionistas foram muito prestativos e amigáveis, assim como os camareiros, funcionários do restaurante e da piscina. Chegamos antes do horário de check-in, então deixamos nossa bagagem no depósito deles. Precisamos trocar de roupa porque o clima está congelante. então eles nos deixaram usar o quarto de conforto do hotel. Quando terminamos as atividades em Sapa, fizemos o check-in em nosso quarto e ficamos felizes com o quarto que temos. O CR é fornecido com toalhas de banho super brancas e novas, toalhas de rosto, tapete de chão, papel de seda. O banheiro é equipado com chuveiro quente e frio (elegante) fornecido com sabonete líquido e xampu. O quarto é super limpo e arrumado, assim como o quarto de conforto e o banheiro. Tem uma cômoda com espelho, abajures. Também tem um armário para roupas e um secador de cabelo. Há 2 piscinas no Bamboo Sapa Hotel. Uma é a piscina ao ar livre (mas não dei um mergulho porque estava muito frio) e a outra fica no nível G, que é quente e tem hidromassagem. Um restaurante aconchegante é para o buffet de café da manhã que está incluído na reserva. A variedade de comida deliciosa, nutritiva e sofisticada foi servida. A tomada elétrica para carregar fica perto da cabeceira da cama. Havia pares de chinelos de quarto e roupões de banho que eram delicadamente brancos. Tão frescos para vestir! 2 garrafas de água mineral, xícaras e pires e aquecedor também foram fornecidos... ah, se você quiser ligar para a recepção, há um telefone na mesa☺️❤️🥰

If there were 10 stars, that's what I would give. It's so beautiful and the staff here are so kind. You can't say anything bad, even the transportation people are super nice. Highest quality recommendation! I will come back to you. Special mention, Ms Mai. You look so pretty, kind person! See you around!

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The mountain view from my room was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful, especially in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Uma casa de família na área turística da cidade de Sapa, cidade de Lao Cai. Você não precisa mostrar seu passaporte para fazer o check-in. O chefe é um homem de meia-idade que pode se comunicar facilmente em um pouco de chinês e inglês. Ele também é realista e entusiasmado e não engana os clientes. Check-in diretamente após a reserva no Ctrip. Eu escolhi o quarto duplo sozinho. O quarto era bastante espaçoso e arrumado. É uma bela caminhada pelo Lago Sabah, a 1 km do Sabah Plaza. No inverno a temperatura é um pouco fria de manhã e à noite, mas como nortista posso aceitar. O preço do quarto é superior a 120, o que é muito acessível!
