View,amenities and politeness of the staff are superb! 🫶🏻 I had a peaceful stay :) The hotel offers tour and motorbike rental so if you’re interested you can check with them. They don’t have elevator but rest assured the staffs are going to assist you. We arrived on morning but couldn’t check in yet ,that’s why I ask to the guy who is Hoan from reception what we should do? He arranged for us straight away and help to us buy the ticket for fansipan fo next day Actually save nearly 1 million dong for 3 of us Thank you so much Hoan from Sapa Yan hotel And good food at breakfast and dinner

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Great location, very close to all attractions. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They gave us snacks on our way to Hanoi, which was very thoughtful. Even the free morning breakfast was tasty!

Wonderful Stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel – Perfect Location and Amazing Hospitality! We had a lovely stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel! The location is perfect—close to everything you need in Sapa like shops, transport, and local spots, but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the tourist crowds. A highlight of our stay was the newly opened restaurant downstairs, Taste of Vietnam. The food was excellent—truly one of the best in town—and Mr. Tim, the owner, is incredibly kind, humble, and accommodating. The hotel staff were also amazing. Special thanks to Andy, who was always helpful, polite, and spoke English very well. He made our stay even more comfortable with his assistance and warm hospitality. The room itself was great value for money. The water heater and water pressure were both excellent—something we truly appreciated after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!

Place is nice. It is near the city center however I would not recommend it to any elderly tho as the steps are a but stiff. Place is very quiet so its a plus. We encounter some problems tho specially with the electricity and the keycard. Keycard was not working the whole time we stayed there. Only upside would be that the one we talk to in whatsapp replies fast so they provided us with temporary password each time we had to enter or we would have the cleaning lady open the doors for us if she’s there. The electricity also short circuits causing us to lose electricity.

It's very nice! The views are amazing! I couldn't stop looking. It's a bit out of town but close to Moana. There's also a hill you have to walk out. They were so kind and helped me to take my luggage up. If you are looking for a way to experience real Vietnam, do it !

Uma casa de família na área turística da cidade de Sapa, cidade de Lao Cai. Você não precisa mostrar seu passaporte para fazer o check-in. O chefe é um homem de meia-idade que pode se comunicar facilmente em um pouco de chinês e inglês. Ele também é realista e entusiasmado e não engana os clientes. Check-in diretamente após a reserva no Ctrip. Eu escolhi o quarto duplo sozinho. O quarto era bastante espaçoso e arrumado. É uma bela caminhada pelo Lago Sabah, a 1 km do Sabah Plaza. No inverno a temperatura é um pouco fria de manhã e à noite, mas como nortista posso aceitar. O preço do quarto é superior a 120, o que é muito acessível!

Hotel excelente! Ficamos hospedados com nossa família por alguns dias. A localização é fantástica! Há um café nas proximidades com vista para o trem. Você também pode ver o trem das janelas do hotel. Gostei muito do espaço no térreo: uma área de cozinha, um sofá e muitos lugares para sentar. Tudo é feito com carinho! Você pode cozinhar enquanto observa o trem passar – levando as pessoas para Fansipan. E a estação de trem também fica a uma curta caminhada de 5 minutos. Muito conveniente. A localização é fantástica! O Wi-Fi nos quartos é bom e ótimo no lobby. O quarto estava limpo e agradável. Os lençóis estavam limpos, tudo ótimo! A equipe foi muito simpática. Eles nos deixaram deixar nossas malas no lobby até a noite. Obrigado pela hospitalidade! Com certeza recomendaremos vocês!
