A sala estava muito espaçosa e estava a olhar para a praça. Tudo que você Pode precisar diretamente Na SUA porta, lojas, restaurantes, cafés e bares.Apanha o táxi também Da porta exterior do hotel.A estação SaPa também está diretamente à porta. Recomendaria muito.

O melhor hotel!Muito acessível para Malasias e definitivamente vale o preço.A sala oferece UMA bela vista de montanha e trem.O pequeno-almoço FOI incrível! O serviço de spa era um pouco caro em comparação com as opções locais de rua, mas tudo o resto era perfeito. Você Pode armazenar SUA bagagem cedo, e eles até têm um lavatório com instalações de chuveiro quente, onde você Pode refrescar, esfregar e mudar antes de check-in. O local é Muito seguro.O pessoal é amigável e útil Eles nos ajudaram a alugar UMA bicicleta e reservar a nossa viagem Fansipan diretamente do hotel, então não precisamos procurar por aí ou pedir a coluna noutro lugar. Em geral, a melhor estadia que tivemos é altamente recomendada!

This hotel is really amazing. Location is great and walking distance to Sun Plaza where you can take the tram up to mid hill and transfer to the cable car to go up to the Fansipan mountain. Lots of restaurants and mini marts just right behind the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and genuine. They speak perfect English and provided the best services to us during our 3 nights stay. Buffet breakfast is good too. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay here when they come Sapa!

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

All I can say is that this hotel is one of the best! It’s very affordable, but they still offer a great breakfast buffet with both Vietnamese and American options. You can even choose how you want your scrambled eggs cooked, which is a nice touch.✨ The staff are very friendly, and they clean your room every day, change the towels, and refill the tissues. The standard room doesn’t have air conditioning has electric fan, but honestly, Sa Pa is very cold, so you don’t really need it, maybe just air conditioning heater. The bed already has a heater, which keeps you warm and comfortable but still cold asf hahaha but again Sapa if very cold tbh!!! This hotel definitely deserves great feedback. I’m from the Philippines, and I really enjoyed staying here. You can even see the train from the hotel, and they also have pools. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to Vietrekking Coffee Shop and you can walk going to Sun Plaza too!😍 Will go back here soon! 😍 Thank you, Joville! O hotel está localizado centralmente, com opções de comida próximas e a pé de Fansipan.O pessoal ajudou a arranjar um táxi.O hotel também estava limpo e confortável. No entanto, a pressão da água do chuveiro foi demasiado baixa, o que afectou ligeiramente a experiência geral.

Very Nice Hotel! I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, and everything I needed was close by. Breakfast was delicious too! I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very nice and clean and modern. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was really good. Hotel was a little far to walk from city center because weather was so cold and wet and it was uphill but it was very easy to get an electric car or taxi. Staff always ready to help even beyond their job. Shoutout especially to David for helping me with my problem with my next booking. Thanks so much. We really enjoyed our stay.
