I've stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, and H+ Hotel Shanghai stands out among the very best. What sets it apart isn't just the rooms or the amenities, which are excellent. It's the people. The staff here go above and beyond in a way I've rarely experienced anywhere else. I arrived on my birthday to find a thoughtful birthday message and a cake waiting in my room. It was a small touch that made the whole stay feel personal from the first minute. Later in the trip, Jack went out of his way to help me run a personal errand, something no one would expect from hotel staff and that I won't forget. That level of care came from everyone I met, and it starts at the top. I had the pleasure of meeting Tey, one of the owners, and could tell right away from his warmth and genuine hospitality where the staff's spirit comes from. A huge thank you to the whole team, with a special shout-out to Jack, Sylvia, Wyatt, and Andy. You made this stay truly memorable. I'd highly recommend H+ Hotel Shanghai to anyone looking for a luxury experience with genuine, heartfelt service. I'll absolutely be back.

Outstanding stay at Waldorf Astoria The Bund! Special thanks to Landon and Max from the concierge team. They were extremely professional, attentive, and helpful from check-in to check-out, making our trip truly comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended

Antes do check-in, a Sra. No entanto, a Sra.

Our stay at Banyan Tree Shanghai was truly exceptional from start to finish. We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary there, and the team made it incredibly special for us. They thoughtfully decorated our room and surprised us with cakes and fruits as a kind gesture. We truly appreciated the effort — it made our celebration even more memorable. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. We especially loved the in-room mini pool — the highlight of our stay was simply relaxing and enjoying a bath while taking in the view. Tales Rooftop Bar was another standout experience. It’s the perfect place to appreciate the stunning city and river views while enjoying drinks. They offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, and we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary snacks as well. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. Aside from the buffet selection, guests can also order freshly prepared dishes like noodles and eggs, which are served hot — a wonderful touch. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel valued and were always ready to assist with a warm smile. The overall ambiance of the hotel is peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect retreat despite being in a vibrant city like Shanghai. We highly recommend Banyan Tree Shanghai and look forward to returning in the future.

We checked in on the evening of October 3rd. It was a bit cold and rainy after getting off the subway. When we arrived at the hotel, front desk staff members #11 and #19 warmly introduced us to local attractions and even provided free breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The housekeeping staff was very polite. I'm also very grateful to the front desk staff today for allowing a late check-out, which let my daughter rest well before heading to the airport. We will definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel enjoys a convenient location, and the rooms are very nice and distinctive. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, with a great variety of exquisite Shanghai specialties. Front desk staff Eve is kind and thoughtful, she gave my son a small New Year gift, definately a wonderful experience for our family.
