Hotéis perto de Hengshan Road Area, Xangai

Very strategic location. Only few hundred meters from MTR Station Line 10 and few buses stops making travelling very easy. There are very nice bakery and Chagee next door also plenty of diners and shops around. I love that they provide washer/dryer in the room. The amenities in the room are quite new and they clean the room every day. I sleep well during my stay thanks to their memory foam mattress. The receptionists are very nice and helpful although they don’t speak English. Translator comes handy when communicating with them. They provide coffee for the guests, just ask them and they give you free black coffee / latte happily. The only problem with my stay was no WiFi reception in my room (519) , the WiFi only worked in the reception area. I already prepared for this so i just use my roaming data. If you plan to arrive after 10PM , you should contact the hotel because the gate keeper won’t be there and you can’t get in to the hotel unless the reception open the gate for you . It happened to me on the day of my arrival , luckily there were another guests and they called the hotel, the receptionist came right away to open the gate for us. Overall I’m so happy to find this hotel and i will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Shanghai.

A fantastic place to stay! While there were a few minor issues, the staff resolved them quickly and with a great attitude. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the subway station, which is a lifesaver in Shanghai (trust me, taxis here can be a nightmare!). Another great perk: their laundry service is excellent. Just leave your clothes with the room number, and they’ll dry them and deliver everything neatly back to your room. Super hassle-free!

The staff Mr Morgan Pan is exceptional care and kindness showed to us during our recent stay at the hotel when my son was having stomach flu and need to go hospital at mid night. Mr Morgan was already waiting for us at the hotel lobby with a wheelchair. Despite the late hour, he remained calm, attentive, and reassuring. He immediately offered to accompany us to a nearby hospital, fully understanding our situation as foreigners unfamiliar with the local language and medical procedures. At the hospital, he went above and beyond his duties. He patiently assisted us every step, from registration, payment, consultation with the doctor, arranging prescriptions, to collecting the medication and bringing it to the nurse for treatment. Throughout the entire process, he helped us communicate with the local medical staff and constantly reassured us that everything would be fine. Thanks to his guidance, what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience went smoothly and efficiently. In the middle of the night, in a foreign country with communication challenges, Morgan’s compassion, responsibility, and professionalism meant more to us than words can express. He did not treat this as just a job, he showed genuine care and humanity, and for that, we are truly grateful. Please convey our sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr Morgan. He is a tremendous asset to your hotel, and his actions reflect the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence.

My husband and I had a 9-night stay at this apartment and we are very happy with our choice. The place itself was very cosy, we loved the views and the washer/dryer machine worked perfectly. The location was one of our favourite features, with the best cafes and bakeries at under 5 minutes walking distance. Room cleaning was done under request, on the same day and we were never missing anything. We would stay at this apartment again if we revisit Shanghai!

The name Guisu Homestay truly lives up to its reputation! Nestled in the Wutong tree-lined streets of Yueyang Road, the location is superb, offering a fantastic atmosphere for leisurely strolls. The interior is clean and refreshing, and the environment is quiet and elegant. The butler service is attentive, with smooth communication throughout our stay. It's a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city, allowing us to fully experience the charm of old Shanghai. Our stay was absolutely perfect, highly recommended!

A anfitriã esqueceu-se de nos contactar previamente, o que nos fez esperar e procurar por bastante tempo com as malas. A entrada estava ainda cheia de encomendas para o próximo hóspede. As instalações eram bastante antigas. O ar condicionado, já com muitos anos, fazia barulhos altos e constantes. No entanto, considerando o preço e a localização, diria que o alojamento era bastante razoável.

A nossa estadia foi fantástica! O serviço na receção foi muito atencioso e responderam rapidamente a todas as nossas necessidades. Os quartos são bem equipados e modernos, com dispositivos inteligentes que tornam a experiência de uso excelente. O hotel está situado numa ótima localização em Anqing, num ambiente tranquilo e com uma acústica muito boa. A limpeza dos quartos é impecável, com lençóis e casa de banho a brilhar. Recomendo vivamente! 👍

Nunca me hospedei em um lugar assim. Não havia recepção; era preciso entrar em contato com a equipe para saber como fazer o check-in. Como eu estava em Hong Kong, tentei contatá-los pelo WeChat, mas não consegui, e não pude confirmar se havia guarda-volumes, pois cheguei à pousada por volta das 8h da manhã. Ao chegar, descobri que não havia recepção e precisei contatar a equipe para saber como fazer o check-in e que não havia serviço de guarda-volumes. Tive que pegar o metrô para guardar minha bagagem. Em relação a itens como papel higiênico e troca de toalhas, precisei contatar a equipe para obtê-los. Isso poderia ser melhorado; talvez o WeChat pudesse fornecer instruções sobre como acessar esses serviços. Por fim, as instruções para descarte de lixo deveriam ser mais detalhadas. As instruções no aplicativo eram insuficientes e não estava claro como descartar o lixo. Além disso, as lixeiras no saguão do elevador só apareceram dois dias depois, o que dificultou o descarte adequado do lixo.

Switched from Marriott for better wifi speed. Pretty new hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Staff friendly and helpful. Would be nicer if they had access to driveway to hotel so guests didn't have to lug luggage from street, so not suitable for elderly or disabled. Breakfast quality was very good, even better than many of the Marriott brands in Shanghai. Late porridge snack nice but accompaniments quite sodium intense. I brought my own vegetarian side dishes. Laundry room was a godse d for my over 1 week stay. Next time I can pack less. Like many hotels in China, enforcement of non-smoking can be improved. Inconsiderate guests will open door to share their secondary smoke which is annoying. Will definitely try other Atour hotels when traveling in China.

We have stayed here twice, it's conveniently located near the theatre and in a nice area with coffee shops and restaurants. Room is simple but has everything you need for an overnight stop.
