The atmosphere is amazing, it's clean and cozy, and the location is super convenient. Great value for money! This is definitely my top choice for a hostel, I really enjoyed my stay!

The hotel does not have the best location and neither does it deserve a very high rating. It is a firm 6.5-7/10 in accordance with international standards. Breakfast is OK. Rooms are OK. Staff does not speak English, but they are trying to be helpful. 

Stayed at the Mercure for two nights while in town for work and really enjoyed it. Check-in was super smooth, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed — fast Wi-Fi, a good desk to work at, and plenty of outlets. The breakfast buffet had a nice mix of options, and the gym was a great bonus after a long day. Housekeeping did a great job, and the front desk team were always cheerful and professional. Would definitely stay here again for a work trip!

O hotel, por ser uma empresa estatal, tinha instalações e serviço impecáveis. No entanto, a água engarrafada no quarto era paga à parte, e eu quase a peguei e bebi.

春節假期來的，周邊環境很好，清凈，地理位置很好，前台服務很好，本來打算住4晚，結果衹住了1晚就退房了，唯一的原因是——房間温度過高！這家賓館的中央空調在冬季衹能開熱風，無法制冷或單純通風，而即便關掉中央空調，房間也極不透氣，開窗也不通風，導致屋內非常燥熱，床如火爐般時刻烘烤着身體，能想象一家三口開着房門開着窗户睡了半宿嗎？就這樣還個個滿頭大汗，嚴重影響睡眠質量，而賓館竟然沒有任何解決方案！希望商家本着人道主義原則升級一下設備，冬天的寒冷不是房間燥熱的理由！

I highly recommend this hotel! I originally planned to stay for only one night, but I was so satisfied that I ended up staying for four nights. Although the location is a bit of a distance from the subway station, I was fully satisfied thanks to the reasonable price and pleasant facilities. I mainly used the Hello Bike. Since it is a newly built hotel, everything is very clean, and it is well-equipped with thoughtful amenities for guests, such as washing machines, dryers, water purifiers, and vending machines. (The washing machines and dryers were available for free use. I don't think there was detergent in the laundry room, so I used the detergent I brought with me.) Also, there is a large supermarket in the same building, so I was able to buy fresh fruit and yogurt every morning. Above all, what I remember most is the kindness of the staff. While magnificent landmarks in Beijing like the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, and Tiananmen Square were impressive, what remains in my memory the longest, even after time has passed, is the warmth of the local people I met. I sincerely thank the front desk staff and the female manager who always welcomed me with bright smiles, as well as the lady on the second floor who kept the bedding fresh and pleasant, for giving me such wonderful memories.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and professional service. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they were always happy to help with any questions I had during my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep every night. I was also impressed by the attention to detail in the room, from the cleanliness of the bathroom to the quality of the amenities provided. Everything was well-maintained and exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's prime location. It offered easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it simple to explore the area. Although conveniently located, the hotel maintained a peaceful and serene atmosphere, creating a relaxing ambiance after a long day.

pros : the price is affordable, room is ok, there's free laundry machine , front staff very helpful (we can get early check in , it very helpful for us after long flight) cons : laundry and dryer machine only 1 each, we need to queue until midnight to use the machine, the front staff better if can communicate in english better
