非常滿意的一次入住體驗！酒店位置得天獨厚，緊鄰北京北站，交通極其便利，周邊吃喝玩樂也都很豐富。一進門就感受到了環境的整潔與雅緻，房間佈置温馨，衞生狀況極佳。特別要感謝前台的小顏，不僅快速幫我們辦好了入住，還貼心地介紹了周邊的美食，這種賓至如歸的感覺太棒了。五星好評，下次來北京還住這兒！

I stayed at this hotel because I was planning to visit the China National Botanic Garden. I am pleasantly surprised by this hotel in the following areas: 1. Overall cleanliness is very good. Rooms and common areas are kept very clean 2. Free laundry room usage for guests with washer and dryer. 3. Free coffee making machine, ice machine and water in the common lobby area 4. Though the staff are not very conversant in English, with my not so perfect Chinese, I can communicate with them easily 5. The staff are also very helpful and try to do their best if they can. I could get taxis easily and go to the botanic garden, Capital Mall and the Paleontology museum easily. There are some restaurants just outside the hotel and a local department store about 10-15min walk away.

Great hotel! No complaints! It was well located near Capital normal university and walkable distance to two subways stations.

The hotel is located inside a community lot (it has a school, homes, buildings) so you feel more like a local not a tourist which was perfect for us to experience the journey as locals. The check-in took us 10 mins and while waiting they offered us something to drink. The hotel had one service robot and a laundry room for free. The hotel was also near a metro station (15-20 mins). One of the staff members helped us with our alipay account inorder to use it for orderding through the app. And the gave us a cute gift during check out.

Comodidades: O quarto possui tecnologia inteligente. O banheiro tem áreas separadas para xixi e cocô. Havia também alguns brinquedos. A janela é um pouco pequena. No geral, não é ruim. Limpeza: Não estava limpo. Havia uma mancha de líquido não identificado sob os lençóis e embaixo do travesseiro. Havia manchas de água nos canos do chuveiro. O abajur era muito forte; quando coloquei o travesseiro na mesa, ele iluminava as partículas de poeira no ar. Depois de um dia cansativo na Universal Studios, ver essa situação foi um pouco perturbador. Ambiente: É um hotel recém-inaugurado, muito perto do Palácio de Verão e do Palácio de Verão Antigo. O ambiente não é ruim. Atendimento: Os funcionários da recepção foram bastante educados e resolveram os problemas que mencionei. Eles até me ajudaram com a bagagem. Agradeço o upgrade gratuito do quarto, mas por causa dessa mancha escondida nos lençóis, agora estou me perguntando por que vocês me ofereceram o upgrade proativamente.

Trouxe o meu bebé para Pequim durante as férias de verão e fiquei lá por quatro noites, embora houvesse alguns soluços no meio, tudo foi resolvido perfeitamente. Também fica muito perto do zoológico, com duas estações, o café da manhã é muito econômico, embora não haja muitas variedades, tudo é excelente. hotel em Pequim.

Very standard. Helpful staff. Good location for me. Could use a bit more attention to cleanliness, but good for the price.

Found two cockroaches. Last time I stayed here it was in a room that was considerably cleaner. And there were electricians barging in at 09:30 this time. Which woke me up and was strictly unnecessary. Would probably look for something else next time.
