Location is weird, doesn't feel like there's too much local. I was here for only the 2 days. Cannot fault the cleanliness or the facilities. The service was a little frustrating, having to pay extra to get access to my room earlier, then of course knowing that the room is already ready for me. The same could be found on check out.

The staffs are very friendly and always ready to help you. Very good location and a lot to do around the area. They have their beach access for hotel guests. For the price i think it’s quite worth it. Thanks Naama Blue!

The staff at this hotel make your stay extremely wonderful! I would have not enjoyed my stay if it wasn’t for this amazing group of hard workers! From Mina and Jan at front desk, to Eshak from the cleaning crew, he always used to leave me towel art and made sure every day I wasn’t missing anything. Kero at the bar pool by the beach is amazing, such a hard worker yet he always has a smile on his face, always remembered my drink and would make it as he sees me walking to the pool! Fares, Sayed and Nassef at the restaurant by the pool were incredible, always smiling and had the best service! They go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. Matta from the pool towels would always set up my towel in the exact spot he knew I liked every day! Tokka from the entertainment team was super kind and always encouraged people to join in the activities and if it wasn’t their thing he would just hang out with them for a bit and get to know the guests. The whole entertainment team was super friendly, and would never push anyone to do their activities. The rooms are nice and big, beach is wonderful as any beach in Sharm, however they’re dock to let you go in the water is actually very well done compared to other hotels in Sharm. Really like the fact that there was access to shallow water too. Food was good but very repetitive menu I found. Only negative I found was the distance of the rooms to the beach or reception depending where your room is. I was in building 18 by the beach, so to go up to the reception was tiring at times, however they do have shuttle buses every few minutes to help with that. Other thing I noticed is the higher management aren’t always very nice to the staff, the staff typically work over 12h if not more in the day and I saw instances where the GM was very mean to the staff because the owner of the hotel was coming. It felt like they were being treated like animals and not humans at times.

Never been to Egypt before and due to costs we came here as it was an all inclusive deal and the temperature was better than the canaries for the time of year. The hotel is lovely, not too big and plenty of pool space for all, if not there are sister hotels less than 5 minute walk away which facilities you can also use, both are right by the sea for amazing coral swimming and views of amazing fish in pristine clear waters. One sister hotel also has an amazing Spa with excellent sauna jacuzzi and great massages on offer to relax you further whilst on your break. The rooms are a little dated, due to the current unstable economic climate but the staff here worked non stop carrying out maintenance to the hotel, guest areas and all it's grounds constantly during our stay in an effort to keep things neat and tidy which they certainly were. We had a.minor issue with our room and within the hour our issue was resolved by the excellent Guest Relations Manager Natalie and even the Hotel Manager spoke with us and assured us of the steps he would take to resolve things, which we cannot fault at all, to be honest amazing customer service and instantly too. Thank you. The food was an acquired taste but there was enough variety at each sitting and we always found something, the choice and variety must be difficult to manage to cater for guests from around the globe. The weather was certainly better than the canaries and the staff at all hotels made our mid winter summer mini break an unforgettable visit and we felt very safe and secure always at all hotels. To summarise yes it's a little dated but the work ethic and staffs positive lovely attitudes towards guests made this a place and hotel we shall definitely be returning to and would recommend it as opposed to the Canaries, cost and weather alone you'll be onto a winner. We are having the best time and Amreid especially made us feel special and amazing service ,he made sure we had drinks and our table was very clean.He is very friendly and made us feel welcome overall this experience is going amazing :)

Overall had a great week at the hotel. The heated main pool is a fantastic idea as although outside temp is in the mid 20's the un heated pools are cold and very few people using them at this time of year. Hotel is very clean through out and always being cleaned.Most staff helpful and pleasent,the sales reps around the pool for the spa,trips etc can be a bit much at times. The food is good for an all inclusive hotel,only slight issue for me was that breakfast lacked some of the hot food you normally find e.g scrambled eggs,fried eggs hard to come across but sure if i had tried hard enough at the omlette counter some one would have managed to do. The coffee shop by reception was nice for afternoon tea/coffee and a cake,cakes are a little tasteless by uk standards we found. Biggest let down for us was the evening entertainment, all inclusive hotel entertainment is a bit hit and mis at best but this seemed to be one of the worst.For us a band/music would have been much better rather than jumping about/dancing on stage most nights. Overall good 4* hotel and would return .

The environment is good, the location is excellent, and the price is high! A perfect stay experience! Serious and sincere service, really good, very warm, highly recommended, I will book this next time I come!

Excellent holiday as for years now, the structure is fabulous, the director Magdy a very kind person, is always available !! This year there is also Valtur in the structure with an Italian chef! A show !!

After my last visit in 2007, I read a lot of bad comments on this hotel. But don't believe the bad things you read! Excellent service! Excellent location! People are very friendly and do everything in their power to make your stay unforgettable. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned very well every single day! The food is good. Every meal has something for everyone. The chef's at the live coocking working hard to provide you a nice dish of their specialties. Whenever you have a request, if its at the reception, the pool or the restaurant, they help you in any way they can. We went out to Naama Bay a few times. Taxi service in the hotel. For only 10 euro they will bring you and pick you up again whenever you want. The beach is the best I ever had. Go into the sea at the jetties and you will find the most beautiful marine-life. Want to try diving? In the hotel is an excellent diving school. ANAR Dive Center. Bony and Jimmy, thank you for the great experience! Okey... not everything is glamourous! The singer in the evening could maybe expand his songs and sing-capabilities. The shops inside the resort did had their best years a long time ago. But you dont come to this hotel for the shops and the songs ;-) Amazing that, after 17 years the staff still remembered me! We did 3 sessions at the Spa but to be honest, thats a waste of money. They don't really know what they are doing... My wife's back was all blue and black and my back hurts for 3 days so better to avoid the SPA. To close my review, I want to recommend the Beauty salon!!! Alex did a wonderfull job on my wifes hair! She never had such a beatifull haircut as from Alex! We will return this September and all goes well, we will return twice a year.
