Uma bela roubada vir para Sharm el Sheikh com a promessa de ficar em um resort 5 estrelas como se fosse uma acomodação de luxo. Em resumo: hotel sujo, tanto na área comum quanto no quarto, a piscina parece linda na foto, mas o fundo é de lona cheio de remendos e areia (não é obrigatório fazer uma ducha antes de entrar), quarto mal iluminado, cada dia falta uma coisa, torneira com vazamento e o chuveiro alaga todo o banheiro. Se vc liga na recepção pedindo alguma coisa que falta no quarto eles demoram meia hora é só vem depois de 4 ligações. A praia particular do hotel é suja. Faltou luz no hotel um dia e nao tinha gerador. O hotel ficou no escuro e sem ar condicionado por algumas horas. Enfim: férias frustradas de verão. O barato sai caro.

Um local para realmente não se sentir bem-vindo. Eu fui me encontrar com amigos para um passeio. A portaria não me deixou passar da porta porque eu não estava hospedada. Conclusão - esperei NA RUA, sozinha, às 21h30. Foi absolutamente ridículo

A minha avaliação para este hotel é sem dúvida de 5 estrelas. Admito que após ler aqui alguns comentários menos abonatorios em relação ao hotel,fui com algum receio no entanto com a nossa estadia lá esses receios foram totalmente dissipados. De fato o hotel precisa de umas valentes obras mas tendo em conta que é um dos mais antigos de Sharm é normal qu esteja um pouco deteriorado,mas os funcionários todos os dias limpam e esfregam aquele hotel de cima abaixo. A comida óptima ao contrário do que aqui li,a comida era boa e variada, não é só frango...chegamos a comer pato vitela e cordeiro. Para mim foi uma experiência única, o staff é muito atencioso e disponivel. Obrigada Barceló.

Though the hotel was very old ( I mean the renovation had been made like 6 or 8 years ago) I liked the service and the variety of food. And the beach was amazing. 1. I liked that there were several small restaurants outside and both food and drink were free and limitless. 2. The animators were good and friendly (though I'd like the programs to get started at 9 p.m not 9:30) 3. Special thanks to Islam , the manager if the restaurant and the director of food and beverage for his kindness and being so attentive (I mean I have an allergy and he was so attentive that he noticed how I was wondering around to look some food without spices etc.). Thanks to him to consider all my suggestions. Also special thanks to another Islam who worked in the restaurant and also very kind and attentive. Thanks for always being there to help and answering all the questions that I asked about Egypt. I'd also like to give special thanks to Hasheem (our room cleaner) . Just some minor suggestions: Try not to add to much spices, and write on the tablets if the food is spicy , also if the sweets are with peanuts, mention that. Thank you!

We went to B****lo Sharm for my birthday and I can tell that it was my best birthday ever!!! Whole week I was treated like a queen, literally. 1)All of the staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, careful and helpful. A big thank you to the animation team, Guys you are fantastic!!! Every day there were different activities, we had sooooo much fun. 2) The food was absolutely delicious. Ahmed(pasta guy)your pasta is unforgettable. Big choice of vegetarian options, desserts. You will be surprised how they decorate the buffet tables. 3) Rooms. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. Also, every day when we were coming back, we would find a different cute decoration on our bed 4) The Beach is very clean and water is the clearest I have ever seen. ( Bech bar and the main bar gus, super professional and patient) In summary. At this hotel you will find everything what you like. If you want just relax, you will find the place for you to. Special thanks for the magical view from the balcony. I would recommend it to everyone!!! Unforgettable holiday

This hotel was amazing, every single member of staff was super attentive and friendly, they could not do enough for us. The facilities were fantastic, clean, the rooms were big and spot on. The beach was lovely with very comfy beds, lovely restaurant & bar there too. The main pool was huge with a bonus swim up bar. We took advantage of having a series of massages which were reasonably priced and the ladies there certainly knew what they were doing, excellent. The people on the beach selling things like jewellery, trips & other facilities were respectful and not pushy. The animation team involved everyone and were great fun. The strawberry garden party was awesome with the most fantastic violin player. It wasn't very busy in January and the weather was ok (20c) a little cold at night, the pools were freeeeeeezing but that is what you would expect that time of year and is outside of anyone's control. There was one heated pool so you could go swimming if you wanted to and the sea was nice. If I was to criticise anything it would the wine, it wasn't very nice and you had to pay if you wanted fizzy wine but it wasn't the end of the world and we had plenty of rum to compensate ;-). I would recommend this hotel if you want a cheap but luxurious getaway. We had a great time, thank you Barcelo team.

We had the best time in Barcelo all the staff were super friendly and so polite. They made our experience even more special we will definitely return. Lot of options for food fruits and drinks everything there makes it so amazing. We really really loved it

As many people have said the hotel is a little tired. There looks like a block that is being worked on however all the dust from the work if the wind blows goes towards the pool and the people sitting there. Talking of the pool and beach area there is often music blaring all day which was too loud and sounded like a club from the early 90’s. There are also no adjustable sun loungers which was frustrating if you would have liked to change position. The room was spacious but tired and didn’t feel like it had ever had a deep clean. The entrance door was not sensitive and quite often didn’t work. The pillows were hard and the duvet cover was not 100% cotton though the under-sheet was. The balcony had one chair and one sun bed on it but no view as they had frosted all the glass. The balconies are either eat or west facing too so no sun if east facing. The food in the restaurant was plentiful and varied with a good selection of salads. The staff varied some helpful and good some less so. An example of one was when having a dispute with a taxi driver he stood and watched and then questioned us when we wanted to into the hotel started asking questions as to we were resident there. Would I stay again no. The
