The rooms are good they put us on ground floor because we had the babies so we didn't have to travel upstairs with pushchair the staff really attended to the children put them first had high chairs. You ask reception they are so helpful I couldn't of asked for any better from the staff for my children. Hotel shop however bit on the pricey side but you just have to let them know and the hotel also have your back and make sure they don't rip you off.

A week's stay in this hotel passed much too quickly. the entire staff is very nice and helpful... I will definitely come back... the people who work there put their whole hearts into making each guest's stay pleasant. a big thank you to the animators... especially for Sugar... I had a smile on my face all week.

The room is tidy and they make sure everything is organized. They would take care if there's a problem so I am thankful for them. The stuff is so nice and friendly so they made the experience so wholesome thanks for them. I really enjoyed the experience.

My stay in Coral Hills was wonderful. Very happy with everything. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff so service minded and kind. The room was always clean. The location of the hotel is great. Especially great meting Turkey from the animation team.

Terrible breakfast, only the omelet was good. Ok lunch and dinner. Was there for a week, and didn’t get a single ice cold drink, whether it was water or beer. Our room was dirty when we first got there. Had to ask the staff to clean again. The wi-fi is only available in the reception, not in the rooms. The pools where quite cold and dirty. You have to get angry at people trying to sell things to be left alone by the pool. Whatever you do, do not go on the «atv-safari» they are pushing on you. Terrible experience. The diving and snorkling trip they are selling at the hotel was ok. But expect a lot of waiting. We had to wait 2 hours by the boats before anything happened.

Outstanding service! We Are currently staying at Coral Hills Room 107. We have been met with such hospitality like no other, everyone is sweet and lovely, friendly, helpful people who Will do everything to make your stay a pleasant one. Hotel is beautiful with two nice pools, room is of a little ilder character but we do not mind at All, beds Are very Nice! All of the waiters Are good with Kids, my daugther Avi who is 9 months love them and always smiling when they say hello 😍 I Will Also say that Ahmed from the hotel beauty salon Will give you a Nice haircut for cheap price, he is a very Nice gentleman and i can recommend! 😍 Aziz from the Coral Hills Taxi service drove us to Carrefour for shopping for a low price, we forgot out bag there with the passports in it. Aziz was Quick to help us and drive us back, we got our stuff back, he helped us speak to the carrefour staff. This man must have a medal! I can definately recommend using hus services as he Will make you feel comfortable and safe! 🙏🏻 Thanks to All the staff of Coral Hills, you guys have the biggest hearts. Alhamdulilah. Went on vacation with my friend to this hotel first time im visiting, we had an amazing time the staff here was really accommodating to all needs, they did a lot of activities by the poolside. They had a shop, excursion and beauty/ spa all within the hotel. I will deffo be coming back!!

Good place. Serviceminded staff but the beeguys was a little annoying. Good food. Pretty clean. Remember its a 3star. Special thank to Lebe, Walid and Mohammed who does the little extra. 420friendly. Big thank to the manager for running this place
