I didn’t fully realize what I booked until I got there, but it was a good experience. Rooms a very small, but functional. And walls are thin, but I sleep with earplugs anyway, so that wasn’t a problem for me. Otherwise it was a nice experience to sleep in a traditional style house.

The B&B's location is great, and they offer electric scooters and bicycles for getting around. The room is spacious, and the bed is large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The only minor drawback was that it rained on the day we checked in. I'll definitely come back again when I have the chance.

The hotel was very nice with a free parking. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also supply complimentary coffee, filtered water and microwave.

This is my first time to Taitung. Between Hotel Royal Chihpin and Z hotel, I chose Z Hotel due to its strategic location in city centre and close proximity to many eateries, Taitung forest park & Haibin park. To make sure that I get to enjoy the high quality onsen, I took a cab which cost me TWD500 to HRC. The breakfast served at Z Hotel was my favourite among all the hotels which serve buffet breakfast. Oh, did I mention that I got auto upgrade to a spacious, deluxe triple room ? The bed is very comfortable and room is squeakily clean. Though it is facing the main road, I didn’t hear any traffic noise at all !

I recently had the opportunity to stay at ”It's Mine Hostel” in Taidong, and overall, I found it to be an okay accommodation option. Although this might inconvenience some guests, it does contribute to maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises. The hostel has a modest, laid-back atmosphere, which can be suitable for travelers seeking a relaxed environment. Room Unfortunately, I found the room to be a bit claustrophobic. The limited space made it challenging to move around comfortably. However, considering the price, it was within the acceptable range. The room was clean and tidy, which was a positive point. Service One aspect that could be improved is the level of service provided. The staff offered minimal assistance during my stay, which led to a lack of personal touch. Despite this, it's worth noting that the basic amenities and necessities were provided. Pricing Considering the reasonable price offered by ”It's Mine Hostel,” it is essential to manage expectations accordingly. While some aspects may not be perfect, the affordability of the accommodation must be taken into account when evaluating the overall value. In conclusion, ”It's Mine Hostel” in Taidong is an okay option for travelers on a budget. It is worth noting that the hostel has a relaxed atmosphere. it provides basic amenities and cleanliness. If you're willing to overlook some limitations, ”It's Mine Hostel” can be a decent choice for your stay in Taidong. I hope this review helps!

I had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel. There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant. Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on. Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another. In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

We come from Germany,and Italy. We did not know in Green island don't have public transport, but guest house owner was very friendly, took us to visit some beautiful places and gave us advice how and what we can do in hot spring. We are very appreciative for it. 我们来自德国和意大利。 之前明天了解到绿岛没有公共交通工具。热心的民宿老板帮忙载我们游览了绿岛的景点。并介绍泡温泉可以做什么-煮鸡蛋，虾等，在那里买合算。开车接送我们。 非常感谢！

I had booked a room in the “hostel” section, but it’s actually more of a hotel pretending to also be a hostel. The cleanliness in the room left much to be desired (from what i could see the window sill is clearly never cleaned, hair on the clean sheets, etc.). On top of that, the lockers are fake in the sense that they don’t lock, so they’re basically just cupboards that anyone can open. As for the bathroom, some of the shower doors are broken and were literally left abandoned inside the shower. What was my surprise to see that there were cockroaches ?? The next day, I came back to the room to take a shower and there was no electricity in the bathroom anymore. I asked for compensation because the price I paid was completely disproportionate to the state of the facilities. The receptionist was friendly and offered to move me to a private room (in the hotel section), but the problems continued: when I opened the bathroom door, I once again found cockroaches. Moreover, the humidity doesn’t seem to evacuate properly, and there’s a nauseating smell inside. The lock on the door leading from the room to the hallway doesn’t work. The finishing of the construction work is terrible, nothing is right. In short, my advice is : do not come to this hotel.

Very uncomfortable bed. There was a spider in the bedroom. The bedsheets and the blanket always felt humid, so not nice at all. The bathroom floor was covered in water after showering… could be improved with a shower curtain or sth. The whole structure is quite old but I guess it’s what you get for a cheaper option. Also I was a bit concerned because there is no key, no lockers, no door key, and the main door is always open for guests. And there are quite many people coming and going, staying in other rooms upstairs. I would have preferred some level of security for valuables. They provide car pick-up and drop-off at the pier with the car. You can rent a e-bike from them for 600ntd/day (e-bike for foreigners without international license), it is quite expensive but I’ve called other rental shops and they said the same price… the lady also gave me a raincoat at least!
