Taitung Z.Hotel

Good location. Staff were friendly. Not too far from main city centre.

The bed is super comfy and the triple room is also large enough. The breakfast variety can be improved. However the staff are all very polite and helpful. Very valued for money for the quality of the hotel and service received!

This is my first time to Taitung. Between Hotel Royal Chihpin and Z hotel, I chose Z Hotel due to its strategic location in city centre and close proximity to many eateries, Taitung forest park & Haibin park. To make sure that I get to enjoy the high quality onsen, I took a cab which cost me TWD500 to HRC. The breakfast served at Z Hotel was my favourite among all the hotels which serve buffet breakfast. Oh, did I mention that I got auto upgrade to a spacious, deluxe triple room ? The bed is very comfortable and room is squeakily clean. Though it is facing the main road, I didn’t hear any traffic noise at all !

Amazing, central location. Friendly staff who speak English. The room was spacious and clean. Fantastic place, strongly recommend it.

This is the 1st time I have been staying in taitung z Hotel. The staff is friendly, the hotel environment is nice, the room is spacious, the location is good and convenient. Along the road you can find many retailer shops such as cosmetics, shoes, clothes etc.Not forgetting there are also many food & drinkshopsp along the way. You may also like to drop by the night market to grab some local delight. I was lucky to see the chinese new year street festival - bombing of Master Han Tan. Master Han Tan is a god of money, people believed  that throwing fire crackers and chasing the cold away will be blessed by the god of money. Highly recommended.

老闆的經營用心，提供的沐浴液與洗手液都很上心，早餐菜色不多但營養好吃，餐廳的裝潢很有家的味道。房間不大，不過剛好住，床墊枕頭都很好入眠！

首先一定要說的是，酒店的服務員們全部都很親切很好，一到埗就給了很多有關飲食跟旅遊方面很有用的建議，早餐時還會關心我們食住慣不慣。 走的時候還有幫忙叫計程車到台東火車站，知道我們趕時間，擔心我們趕不上，幫了我們很多，還給了一些建議如果我們趕不上的話可以去那裏走走。 本來入住前會擔心酒店的設施，住進了以後覺得都很好，房間比預期中大，燈光比想像中好（我本人比較擔心昏黃的燈光），讓人感覺很溫暖很安心。 地理位置很好，樓下便是光南，想買什麼都有。走10分鐘左右便到觀光夜市和全聯，順着夜市繼續走5分鐘左右便到鐵花村。 可惜忘記拍一下酒店房內的照片，只剩下我弄得亂亂的照片，所以就不上傳了哈哈。總言之都比想像中好！ 家人特別喜歡酒店店員的親切感跟早餐，台東酒店不二之選！

寢具設備非常舒適，早餐豐富好吃，櫃檯人員態度親切。浴室地漏排水較慢，淋浴水壓偏低，造成冷熱水調整不易。

服務人員很親切，旅店在鬧區中能提供提車位非常方便，頂樓餐廳外有大露台可以聊天，提供的早餐很好吃。不過房間內的冰箱是入住後使用時才開，一直悶著，所以剛打開使用時有很重的異味，建議沒使用時可以把冰箱門打開比較好。另外入住後才知道自助洗衣區已損壞，導致需到外面洗烘衣服，不太方便。
