This hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet. The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch. Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service. Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details. The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered. Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish. Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match. Highly, highly recommended.

Would definitely staying here again once got a chance to visit Beijing next time. The overall satisfaction score is 5/5. Room size: At 25–27 sq.m., the room is large enough to lay out my 24”–28” suitcases flat and still walk around comfortably. Given the room size and nightly rate, this hotel is the perfect fit for me. Facilities & Amenities: - Auto-flush toilet - Shower room & Restroom separated - Location: Although the hotel is almost 1 km. from the nearest metro station, my friends and I left around 7 a.m. every day and preferred taking a DiDi directly to the tourist attractions. Plus, the hotel provides space for temporary parking, making the location convenient enough for us. Staff: The receptionists mainly speak Chinese, but they tried their best to use a translation app to communicate and deliver the utmost service. Adding the hotel on WeChat is highly recommended for foreigners to communicate easily. During my stay, I used WeChat to request a room change due to a strong cigarette smoke smell, as well as a one-hour late check-out on my final day.”

The hotel boasts a great environment with simple yet elegant decor. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained. Cleanliness is satisfactory, the staff are friendly, and the hotel offers excellent value for money. It's suitable for both business and leisure travel, and highly recommended.

A localização do hotel é muito boa para pegar o primeiro trem para o aeroporto. No entanto, se for muito cedo, apenas uma entrada do metrô do outro lado da rua estará aberta. A entrada mais próxima do hotel abre mais tarde. Embora isso não afete a possibilidade de pegar o primeiro trem, seria útil se o hotel pudesse avisar sobre isso. O serviço da recepção foi mediano. Eles não informaram sobre o lanche noturno disponível no check-in, mesmo que o hóspede possa não precisar dele. Ao reservar pelo Ctrip, meu quarto foi atualizado para um quarto Han Kwong. O quarto não era grande, mas a cama era bem grande e havia um sofá, o que era perfeito para uma pessoa. Para abrir a janela, é preciso subir na cama. Mesmo com o ar condicionado desligado, o isolamento térmico era muito bom. O isolamento acústico não era tão bom, e se a janela fosse aberta, o ruído seria ainda maior. O quarto estava limpo e havia bebidas no mini-frigorífico. O lobby do hotel tinha uma decoração agradável.

Por recomendação de um amigo, decidi me hospedar neste hotel. A atmosfera única de estar localizado em um hutong (rua tradicional) foi encantadora. Do check-in na recepção até o passeio pelo hotel, o distinto ”sabor de Pequim” era palpável em todos os lugares. As decorações de peixinhos dourados vermelhos adicionaram um toque festivo aos dias ainda quentes do Ano Novo *****! O quarto era pequeno, mas requintado, com uma gama completa de produtos de higiene pessoal de alta qualidade. Está convenientemente localizado ao lado da Rua Dongsi Norte, facilitando a visita à feira do Templo Longfusi – fantástico!

Gente, a minha experiência na Yiting Zhenshe, onde me hospedei nesta viagem a Pequim, foi simplesmente incrível! Assim que cheguei à recepção para fazer o check-in, o funcionário, super atencioso, me informou que haviam me dado um upgrade de quarto gratuito. Que sorte a minha! Minha simpatia pelo lugar foi instantânea e absoluta 💯! A localização é fantástica! Fica bem na rua principal, e virando a esquina da entrada, já tem uma estação de metrô. Para quem gosta de passear e explorar como eu, é super conveniente pegar o metrô para ir aos pontos turísticos 🚇 – simplesmente perfeito! O quarto é limpo e arrumado, decorado de forma acolhedora e confortável. A roupa de cama é macia e agradável ao toque, tornando o sono super confortável e fazendo com que todo o cansaço do dia desaparecesse 😴. As instalações do banheiro também são novas, e os produtos de higiene pessoal são de boa qualidade, demonstrando muita atenção aos detalhes~

Great stay at Ascott with many good options nearby. Service is excellent and counter staff are helpful and attentive. Room a little old in some parts and need sprucing up. Else, everything else is lovely about the stay.

Reservei este hotel porque ele é muito bem localizado entre os dois aeroportos e muito bem merecido pelo metrô, em um bairro muito agradável, onde você pode realmente ver o cotidiano do adorável povo chinês. Após a reserva inicial para um quarto muito bom, houve um problema e a gerência foi tão profissional que me deram um upgrade gratuito para as suítes executivas, que eram absolutamente deslumbrantes e lindas, com vistas deslumbrantes de toda a cidade no último andar. O quarto era espaçoso e os banheiros eram de tirar o fôlego. A gerência foi muito simpática comigo todas as vezes e, mesmo não falando inglês, eles sempre tentavam ajudar. O hotel está localizado perto de muitas lojas, restaurantes e dois shoppings Hugh, localizados perto da estação de metrô Changyiang, que leva diretamente à Cidade Proibida e à Praça Tianmen. Devo admitir que fiquei hospedado nos últimos dias, mas acabei ficando mais de 5 dias porque todos os quartos são muito grandes, com belas vistas e o café da manhã também é muito bom. A impressão geral é que a gerência chinesa está sempre tentando ajudar. Então, assim como eu, se você é da Europa, não reserve um hotel ocidental e tenha a coragem de reservar um hotel chinês e experimentar sua gentileza e cordialidade. Darei nota máxima a este hotel e o recomendarei fortemente a todos os meus turistas europeus.

O hotel foi escolhido porque fica muito próximo da Embaixada dos EUA. Existem pequenos restaurantes, incluindo um Burger King e um McDonald's não muito longe. Além disso, há também restaurantes chineses. O quarto era bastante espaçoso. O carpete e o sofá estavam um pouco desgastados. Uma confortável cama king size, um amplo banheiro com banheira, chuveiro separado, duas pias e toalete isolado. Havia água quente abundante. Boas toalhas. O WiFi funcionou bem. Se eu tivesse negócios na Embaixada novamente, estaria inclinado a ficar aqui novamente.

Fiquei hospedado no Grand Millennium Beijing de 17/03 a 20/03/2025. A equipe da recepção foi simpática, havia uma garota que falava russo. Eles fizeram um upgrade do nosso quarto gratuitamente e nos explicaram como chegar às principais atrações. O quarto era espaçoso, com um banheiro enorme e vista para o circuito interno de TV. A sala de ginástica estava fechada para reforma. O café da manhã era basicamente chinês, mas havia arroz, ovos e salsichas. O café da manhã era o mesmo todos os dias. O restaurante do hotel fechou às 21:00. Disseram-nos que era temporário devido a reformas no restaurante principal. O metrô fica ao lado do hotel, e também há uma saída para o shopping Fortuna Mall, onde há alguns restaurantes simples no térreo, incluindo o Starbucks. Há também um supermercado.
