Staying in Mandarin Oriental Qianmen was truly amazing. The whole team plan well to implement exceptional customer service and share the beauty of their property. I'd like to particularly mention some of your staffs ”Marcus” who cared so much about us from the beginning to the end, ”Eathen” the butler who was very professional during the room tour. It was our 2-year anniversary trip and they prepared our room very nicely. Next morning, we had a really joyful breakfast time with ”Wujoon Lee” and the chef ”Ping” Each menu of breakfast was top-notch. Every ingredient was very fresh, high quality, and full of authentic flavors(The Olive oil and Balsamic🫶). We loved Chef Ping's delightful energy and spirit! They were so friendly, and we even took a walk together with Wujoon after breakfast. He showed us other restaurants and beautiful ballrooms and shared many interesting stories regarding the property. It was a very pleasant conversation. I'd also like to mention one bell boy staff(sorry, couldn't pick his name up.) who came to pick up our luggage! We needed more time for packing, so he had to wait for another 10 minutes outside and took our luggage. I was supposed to meet him at the lobby because we wanted to take some more last-minute photos of our beautiful room before we leave. It was raining. After another 10-15mins, we went out and were surprised that he was waiting for us in front of our door without telling us. He just said it was raining quite heavily, so he thought it was better we take the buggy to go to the lobby. He didn't tell us because he didn't want to push us at all and make us hurry. He was very thoughtful, and I was very touched. When we reached lobby, many staffs waiting for us to say good bye, and I was told that the hotel car was prepared for my next destination.(Bvlgari hotel) I was surprised because I was supposed to grab the cab. Marcus gently offered me to take the host car for my convenience with this kind of weather. I really don't know what to say, and I felt like the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen treated me like their family. It was definitely beyond my expectations. All the staff have been very helpful, professional, and attentive. During my way to Bvlgari Hotel, I found out that the driver doesn't use the navigation. I asked him, ”Do you know where we are going?” He said he knows all the locations of every 5 stars and higher grade hotels. What a gentle and professional driver! There are always some reasons to come back! For me, the reason to come back to this property is definitely people and the breakfast, lol. The personnel of this property are absolutely the assets! The quality of service delivered by them during my Beijing trip has convinced me that I can always rely on this hotel for the home-away-from-home feeling. See you again!

Facilities: The room is spacious and well-equipped. The Panasonic high-speed hairdryer is better than the Dyson one without a pool. The air conditioner in room 1012 makes a sudden 'dong dong dong' noise after starting; it would be good to investigate the cause. Hygiene: Very satisfied. I love their body lotion. I left a message, and they sent two extra bottles the next day. Environment: It's very close to Universal Studios, just a short taxi ride away. There's a mall nearby which is great for browsing, and you can access it directly from the 3rd floor without having to go outside in the sun. Service: I mentioned it was our honeymoon, so they gave us a room on the 10th floor directly facing Universal Studios, sent us desserts, and the towels in the room were folded into swans. They found my comb while tidying the room and immediately called me. I'm very grateful! Universal Beijing Resort Shuttle Service: Didn't use it, but there are three time slots available for a free shuttle. You just need to book in advance with the front desk. Welcome Fruit: Plums, a bit sour, haha. The pool isn't big, but I had a quick swim, and the view is excellent. Overall, it's a hotel I would definitely consider revisiting.

My recent stay at Mandarin Oriental was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the experience reflected the brand’s hallmark of luxury, warmth, and impeccable service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and fluent in English, which made the stay very comfortable—especially when we were unsure about certain arrangements. Everyone was genuinely attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and refined retreat within the hotel. The food quality was very good, and while the offerings were enjoyable, a wider variety would make the dining experience even better. A very special mention goes to Adele Yang, Duty Manager, who truly went above and beyond. Despite our late check-in, she took the time to personally assist us and even gave us a tour of the hotel at that hour. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care left a lasting impression and exemplified the exceptional service Mandarin Oriental is known for. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and welcoming luxury experience.

Localização: Coração de Pequim, grandes shoppings a uma curta distância, muitos restaurantes dentro dos shoppings modernos e nada caro. Supermercado gigante ”Fresh Hippo” ao lado do hotel, loja de conveniência 24 horas a menos de 1 minuto a pé, então não se preocupe com seus lanches e bebidas noturnos. Café da manhã: Muita variedade de alimentos, o sabor é bom e dentro do padrão. Meus cumprimentos ao cara do café (Sr. Cara legal) e à moça do waffle (prestativa), ao cozinheiro do balcão de ovos (ele entende inglês), desculpe por esquecer de perguntar seus nomes ＞o＜. Recepção: O check-in é rápido e o check-out é tranquilo. Meus filhos ganharam uma boneca de urso da Amy Tao quando fiz o check-out, obrigado. Quarto: Troquei de quarto depois da primeira noite porque algo quebrou e precisava ser consertado, depois disso não tenho do que reclamar. A TV grande vem com muitos canais locais, Nat Geo, MTV, HBO, etc. Banheira grande, cama boa, quarto grande e cama confortável, dentro do padrão. Geral: Valor pelo dinheiro e dentro do padrão.

Da próxima vez que eu vier a Pequim, ficarei neste hotel novamente. A segunda parte da minha viagem foi sozinha, mas me senti muito segura e bem cuidada. Reservei um quarto silencioso para descansar bem, e o hotel me fez um upgrade para um quarto com uma vista excelente. Toalhas extras e água foram dispostas conforme solicitado. Adicionei o WeChat para um serviço de concierge. Gostaria de elogiar a Cherry e o Carl. Perguntei às cinco da manhã se poderia fazer um check-out tardio e eles me responderam imediatamente. O café da manhã do room service que pedi também chegou quentinho no quarto. Adorei a atmosfera natalina do hotel, e a piscina de 25 metros é muito padrão. Ao lado, uma banheira de hidromassagem a 38 graus rapidamente afasta o frio. Já recomendei para meus amigos locais em Pequim, da próxima vez que receberem convidados de fora, podem considerar o Renaissance Wangfujing como primeira opção. Ele fica entre o distrito comercial de Wangfujing e o Museu Nacional de Arte da China. É possível chegar à Cidade Proibida em 15 minutos de bicicleta. O custo-benefício é imbatível!

Fiquei muito satisfeito! O serviço da Annie foi excelente, as instalações são completas e o ambiente para descansar é ótimo. Tem tudo o que se precisa e o preço é muito justo. Liguei para a receção a meio da noite e trouxeram-me água. Fiquei realmente impressionado e na próxima viagem de negócios voltarei a ficar neste hotel! Um elogio também aos rececionistas e ao jovem simpático na entrada, que, vendo que tínhamos muita bagagem, fizeram questão de a levar até ao nosso quarto. Muito obrigado!

Travelled with elderly parents. This hotel is the perfect place as it has a 24 hours internal passage way to Westin Hotel which makes it easy and calm for taxi pick up and drop off. You don't have to rush as there is a proper drive thru at Westin Hotel. The 2 rooms and 2 bath was great for a family of 2 elderly parents and 1 adult. The kitchen has basic amenities such as electric stove, pots and pans, ladle, cups and saucer, coffee pod machines, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave with over feature, water boiler. Call the reception or WeChat them for additional kitchen items such as plates, bowls, fork and spoons, rice cooker, cleaning sponge, dish washing liquid. Be very detailed in what you need especially if they are non-conventional in China such as fork and spoon and the staff will try their best to source them for you. There's a 2 in 1 washing and dryer machine for laundry, request laundry soap from reception. There's also a clothes drying rack if you don't wish to use the dryer. I find its easiest to chat with the staff thru WeChat as there's an auto translate feature that we can use. Everyone was really great, from reception all the way to cleaning staff. Thank you the young man at reception who received us on 30 Dec 2024 at 4am in the morning with still a cheery face and very friendly and kind. Also thank you to cleaning lady Ms Wang Xi Yuan for asking what time is best for her to clean, she even checked the time with us. It's a quiet area because it's a financial district, so I slept very well without noise disturbance even though our room was facing the main road. The temperature was also comfortable and sensitive to our manual changes in the 2 rooms and living room. There was a steam iron machine, dehumidifier and air purifier. The metro was 15-20 minutes walk but that's ok for us as we mostly needed the taxi for my mum who can't walk far. The metro when we did use it goes straight to the Forbidden Palace and Niujie (halal community area). There are not many supermarkets around but plenty of food order options from *******, we ordered our groceries and halal food from ******* because we were in close delivery distance to Niujie where there are plenty of halal restaurants. Also thank you for the free milk and fruit, healthy snacks that we enjoyed. There was also the option to have paid breakfast buffet at the Westin but I was not sure on the halal status so did not try that. Plenty of towels, bath towel, medium and smaller towels in the bathroom. 1 bathroom had a bathtub. Overall I would definitely come back to this hotel for family and 3-4 person group stay as we have plenty of space at the living room to chat and eat, and a good kitchen to cook together.

Great stay at Ascott with many good options nearby. Service is excellent and counter staff are helpful and attentive. Room a little old in some parts and need sprucing up. Else, everything else is lovely about the stay.

O hotel foi escolhido porque fica muito próximo da Embaixada dos EUA. Existem pequenos restaurantes, incluindo um Burger King e um McDonald's não muito longe. Além disso, há também restaurantes chineses. O quarto era bastante espaçoso. O carpete e o sofá estavam um pouco desgastados. Uma confortável cama king size, um amplo banheiro com banheira, chuveiro separado, duas pias e toalete isolado. Havia água quente abundante. Boas toalhas. O WiFi funcionou bem. Se eu tivesse negócios na Embaixada novamente, estaria inclinado a ficar aqui novamente.

Fiquei hospedado no Grand Millennium Beijing de 17/03 a 20/03/2025. A equipe da recepção foi simpática, havia uma garota que falava russo. Eles fizeram um upgrade do nosso quarto gratuitamente e nos explicaram como chegar às principais atrações. O quarto era espaçoso, com um banheiro enorme e vista para o circuito interno de TV. A sala de ginástica estava fechada para reforma. O café da manhã era basicamente chinês, mas havia arroz, ovos e salsichas. O café da manhã era o mesmo todos os dias. O restaurante do hotel fechou às 21:00. Disseram-nos que era temporário devido a reformas no restaurante principal. O metrô fica ao lado do hotel, e também há uma saída para o shopping Fortuna Mall, onde há alguns restaurantes simples no térreo, incluindo o Starbucks. Há também um supermercado.
