"O hotel superou minhas expectativas. Primeiro, no check-in, a recepção percebeu que éramos uma família de três pessoas e nos ofereceu um upgrade gratuito para um quarto de três quartos. No Egito, onde os preços são altíssimos, esse serviço é realmente impressionante. Segundo, o hotel oferece uma bela vista para o rio. Embora não esteja diretamente nas Cataratas Velhas, a vista para o rio ainda é muito boa. O píer fica bem ao lado, o que o torna conveniente para velejar. Reservamos um veleiro no píer naquela noite, e o barqueiro nos levou diretamente ao píer do hotel depois. Foi incrivelmente conveniente. O lado ruim é que o café da manhã era arroz branco, que não era muito saboroso e mal nos saciou. No entanto, não comi nada de bom no Egito."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, within walking distance. I didn't use the hotel breakfast, so I can't comment on that. However, I had an unpleasant experience during my stay. The hotel policy might be to provide only one small bottle of water per day. On my first day, I used my own large bottle of water. On the second day, I returned from Abu Simbel very thirsty. The small bottle of water provided on the first night wasn't enough. So, I went to the front desk to ask for another bottle of water. The front desk staff initially told me to buy one myself. I then explained that I had booked for two nights, so I asked if I could get the water for the second night since there was only one bottle in the room today. The front desk checked their records and said it had already been placed in the room. I told them I couldn't find it and only had yesterday's bottle. They said they would send someone up with it later, but no one ever brought it, even after waiting all night. When I checked out at around 5 AM the next morning, I opened the mini-fridge and found a small bottle of water. I apologized to them at checkout, saying I had found the water. But the reality is that everyone I met throughout my trip along the Nile in Egypt was very kind, and this small bottle of water left me a bit disappointed. I hope the hotel can improve its service; guests are more important than a small bottle of water. Perhaps this is characteristic of Aswan. If you book this hotel, make sure to bring enough bottled water, especially if there are many people."

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! First of all it is like a staying with your family far from home, in a very tourist welcoming area in general but also the hotel. All Nubian people are welcoming and honest; especially if you are coming from somewhere other than Egypt you will feel refreshed getting rid of bargaining. Hotel arranged an Abu Simbel transportation (which was 3 hours away)with lunch box for us early in the morning at 04:00 am we came back around 1 pm and take a tour to Philae Temple then came back to hotel (which was our cozy home) and Ahmed took us to village as a local, guided as and provided fair prices, we experienced their culture seeing the magnificently painted surroundings also jumping in local houses with tortoise and crocodiles, and they have provided us transportation to Aswan Train Station. I even felt sad because of leaving a place with full of brothers. Thanks to Ahmed (both), Ms Mai, Mohammed and Islam. It was an amazing experience, you shall not say i’ve visited Egypt before seeing Nubian Village."

"Excellent room, and very friendly and sincerely caring staff. The Nile view from the balcony is amazing. Monica the Guest relation manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay is at its best. Ibrahim from the breakfast restaurant always prepare our breakfast to go as our excursions were very early. Thank you Tolip staff for making our stay memories unforgettable. THANK YOU."

"The hotel is not as good as expected. There’s no Nile view from our room, located at 2nd floor nor from the restaurant, so we didn’t see Nile from the hotel at all. The service didn’t make us feel welcomed. The receptionist didn’t say hello or welcome, and looked impatient. When we asked if the hotel has first aid kit, as my husband was scratched by a cat and needed sanitary treatment, the receptionist just directly said “No”, although he promised to check and came back to us, he didn’t… The room is good but the bathroom is quite old and the AC heat function didn’t work - it’s just around 8 degree during night in Aswan."

"設施：很好，房間在高處，門口有花圃。酒店自帶餐廳，烤魚米飯很好吃！早餐簡單了點，但是服務態度很好。 衞生：非常乾淨，地上掉了米粒，服務員結賬的時候順手都要清理走。 環境：遠處可以看到菲萊神廟。對於看了太多神廟懶得再坐船專門去看的人來説，是一個大加分項。 服務：非常好！老闆大叔、主廚大叔都很認真，抵達當天就會詢問第二天日程，以及出發趕航班時間，提前安排好船。在阿斯旺市區遊玩後想回程的話，建議提前半小時聯繫酒店安排好船來接。去酒店的船碼頭打車位置建議indrive或谷歌搜尋“benben酒店打車點”，當地司機都認識。這個價格和view，真沒有可以挑剔的了。建議在酒店直接看落日，不要去阿斯旺市區。這次最後悔的就是折騰去老瀑布酒店那邊坐啥落日帆船，還沒有這個酒店餐廳坐着看落日更美，可惜錯過了。"

"I had an excellent stay at Malindy Ka Nubian House in Aswan. The hospitality of Mr Mohamed was truly outstanding, and the entire team was very friendly, helpful, and always prompt in responding to any questions or requests. Mr. Mohamed guided us very well during our stay and helped with everything we needed in Aswan, including local travel tips and arrangements. The Abu Simbel tour arrangements were very good and budget-friendly, which made the experience smooth and comfortable. The location itself is peaceful and quiet, giving a beautiful experience of Nubian culture and lifestyle. The artistic paintings and decorations both inside and outside the property were beautiful and added a unique cultural touch to the stay. The room was very neat, clean, and comfortable. Even a late-night dinner was quickly arranged for us, which we truly appreciated. If guests have any specific food preferences, it is better to inform them earlier so they can check the availability and prepare accordingly. For travelers arriving at Aswan Airport, using the Indrive app can also be very helpful for transportation. Overall, everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful experience staying here.
