設施：很好，房間在高處，門口有花圃。酒店自帶餐廳，烤魚米飯很好吃！早餐簡單了點，但是服務態度很好。 衞生：非常乾淨，地上掉了米粒，服務員結賬的時候順手都要清理走。 環境：遠處可以看到菲萊神廟。對於看了太多神廟懶得再坐船專門去看的人來説，是一個大加分項。 服務：非常好！老闆大叔、主廚大叔都很認真，抵達當天就會詢問第二天日程，以及出發趕航班時間，提前安排好船。在阿斯旺市區遊玩後想回程的話，建議提前半小時聯繫酒店安排好船來接。去酒店的船碼頭打車位置建議indrive或谷歌搜尋“benben酒店打車點”，當地司機都認識。這個價格和view，真沒有可以挑剔的了。建議在酒店直接看落日，不要去阿斯旺市區。這次最後悔的就是折騰去老瀑布酒店那邊坐啥落日帆船，還沒有這個酒店餐廳坐着看落日更美，可惜錯過了。

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! First of all it is like a staying with your family far from home, in a very tourist welcoming area in general but also the hotel. All Nubian people are welcoming and honest; especially if you are coming from somewhere other than Egypt you will feel refreshed getting rid of bargaining. Hotel arranged an Abu Simbel transportation (which was 3 hours away)with lunch box for us early in the morning at 04:00 am we came back around 1 pm and take a tour to Philae Temple then came back to hotel (which was our cozy home) and Ahmed took us to village as a local, guided as and provided fair prices, we experienced their culture seeing the magnificently painted surroundings also jumping in local houses with tortoise and crocodiles, and they have provided us transportation to Aswan Train Station. I even felt sad because of leaving a place with full of brothers. Thanks to Ahmed (both), Ms Mai, Mohammed and Islam. It was an amazing experience, you shall not say i’ve visited Egypt before seeing Nubian Village.

Muitos famosos ficaram neste hotel, onde eu gostei de ver a vista que vale a pena ver de qualquer lugar enquanto estivesse em um quarto fabuloso.Especialmente a vista do Nilo a partir das quartos é atraentemente bonita. Não posso ajudar a sentir o esforço que se está a dedicar à manutenção Das instalações do hotel, incluindo o jardim. Além disso, para a atenção detalhada, as toalhas na sala são enroladas com o logótipo do hotel, e o pacote de algodão que contém o secador de cabelo também é enrolado com ”O cabelo maravilhoso começa com um pouco de vento” . Gostaria de expressar o meu respeito por todos aqueles que continuam a prestar essa atenção a detalhes no seu trabalho! Recomendo muito este hotel e espero visitar novamente no futuro próximo!

Alimento: fornecer alimentos locais, preço justo, sabor não é ruim 👍 Serviço: o serviço é bom, alguns funcionários conhecem inglês e comunicam SEM obstáculos; Voltem para um barco gratuito, e se saírem para o barco Durante a alojamento, Voltem para 200 e 400 e para o Shepherd Phile (como se o Shepherd tivesse de cobrar alguns custos); Perguntámos Ao hotel que reservava o veículo para Abu Singbe, 4100 libras, um pouco caro, MAS Parece ser um serviço fornecido PELA empresa formal. O condutor é Muito bom 👍 Ambiente: o hotel está a ser apanhado pelo Deus de Philly, a partir do porto, para chegar à ilha do hotel, leva Cerca de Dez minutos. A paisagem do Rio Nilo é Muito bonita: haverá algumas saídas no quarto, MAS não há problema com banheira e banheira, e as condições sanitárias são melhores do que imaginadas. Em geral, vale a Pena recomendar, não há Wifi, MAS é UMA experiência natural interessante.

A little hard to access by car, but located just a few steps away from the market, as it’s on the edge of the Nubian village. Service overall was ok, with them offering to prepare breakfast boxes for us, as we were heading to Abu Simbel early morning, though dinner service was very slow and staff weren’t as attentive.

Pros The hotel facilities were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. Traditional Nubian style house. Every corner makes you want to capture the space. We had a rocky start but the hotel staff tried to redeem themselves. We lost an apple watch which the hotel helped us get back ASAP before we reached Luxor. We are grateful for this. Cons Awful communication and hospitality. We were the only guests in the entire resort because of low season but still received shitty service. The hotel is in a secluded place making it difficult to reach.It’s on top of a mountain on a dusty rocky road. The hotel offers a tuktuk. We did our research prior and contacted the hotel to arrange getting to the hotel from the village and check in since we knew we’d land in the AMs. We were ignored. We arrived at the village meeting point at 1:45 but only ended up getting to our rooms around 3:50am because reaching the hotel via call and WhatsApp was so difficult. The staff had no sense of urgency. We were frustrated and anxious in this wellness resort. Our taxi driver refused to take us up the mountain and the tuktuk refused to take us because of our many bags (which is understandable). I’m very disappointed in the service and I know the staff has lots of potential to improve on their service delivery. The hotel needs to be more cognisant of their customer service and guests hospitality. Staying here was stressful. Recommended if you want aesthetic vibes,a beautiful picturesque hotel with good breakfast. Don’t recommend if you prioritise great guest services, comfortability and peace.

Excellent room, and very friendly and sincerely caring staff. The Nile view from the balcony is amazing. Monica the Guest relation manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay is at its best. Ibrahim from the breakfast restaurant always prepare our breakfast to go as our excursions were very early. Thank you Tolip staff for making our stay memories unforgettable. THANK YOU.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Die Zimmer sind in einem rustikalen Stil, haben aber alles Grundlegende vorhanden. Einzig die Lage gibt dem Hotel hier deutlich Minuspunkte, da es doch sehr außerhalb und in einer ungeteerte Straße liegt. Ein Uber / Taxi zu bekommen war dementsprechend nicht so einfach.

É uma moeda de 2 lados com este hotel, alguns positivos e alguns negativos em todas as áreas. A localização está Muito próxima do rio Nilo e estação de trem que é conveniente, MAS o balcão Da nossa sala de hotel olhou para algumas vistas de garrafa que sempre foram loucos ocupados com construção, cachorros selvagens e orações islâmicas que se apressam de oradores até as horas iniciais. O serviço na recepção estava bem dependendo de quem estava lá na época e organizaram a viagem para Abu Simbel em um aviso de um dia. O Wi-Fi nunca funcionou, mas a sala estava limpa e confortável. Em geral, não é um mau preço para a sala - reconsidere se você TEM dificuldade EM dormir com ruídos altos ou precisa de Wi-Fi.

Benben is a beautiful place and the service is top notch. Why the 3 stars? Our room jacuzzi was way too hot to enter. On the first day they send someone over who added cold water so we could enjoy it. Then on the second day as we are coming back from our day trip and want to relax, we find out our jacuzzi is again way too hot. It’s not fun to wait for them to fix this issue when we want to go in right now and not in an hour or so. Also as a 5 stars hotel, the hot water kept running out in our shower after 15 minutes which is quite crazy. It shouldn’t be like this. Or else we loved everything. The food is really good, and as I said the staff/service is amazing.
