Basma Hotel Aswan

We arrived at noon, Check-in was at 14:00, understandable...........We waited till 14:30 to get into our twin-bedroom (even though we booked a double bedroom as a married couple) , no idea why a room would take more than 2 hours to clean up, especially that once we got into our room the floor was completely dusty and we realized that the room service workers just do a casual floor sweep while they are wearing their shoes so it was completely pointless. The bathroom was empty, literally no toiletries, when we called the reception for slippers the gentleman on the phone said the hotel doesn't have or provide slippers, HOWEVER we asked the room service lady and she immediately got us 2 pairs of hotel slippers with the hotel logo, and a lot of bathroom toiletries. So we were confused why would the gentleman on the reception would lie and say the hotel doesn't provide slippers. We gave an extra tip to the room service workers to clean the floor again. The hotel is in a good spot, with nice breakfast and nice view over the Nile, a nice swimming pool. The ladies at the reception were polite and friendly, however, the service could definitely need some improvement. Oh, and we could barely sleep at night due to some really loud speakerphone sounds like rituals or religious ceremony all night.

This hotel is about 45min from the airport... the view and pools are beautiful. However, this hotel is very very very old. The bathrooms are old and shabby. Even the lift, it closed on me!!! lol But the staff are very polite and helpful... one thing both good and bad... they are able to make to-go breakfast packs for those that are going on tours.. which is very helpful if you have paid for breakfast, however the rolls weren't fresh.

in-room dining service很棒，尤其是食物。廁所設施有問題跟前台反映之後立馬換了新房間。周圍環境空氣很棒，有自己的植物園，旁邊就是努比亞博物館，陽台看遠一些還能看到未完成的石碑。就是隔音效果有點差，還有凌晨3-5點的鳥太吵了。總的來説不錯，就在老瀑布酒店上面一些。

除了服務讓人滿意以外，其他一言難盡，雖然有洗漱用品但是肉眼可見是有人用過的，連牙膏都是，合理懷疑牙刷是不是也會回收再利用，毛巾是破的，被子都起毛了，這家沒有拖鞋需要自帶，4月份900塊一晚的價格比國內300的如家還不如，洗澡的時候發現下水道也是堵的，水下不去

酒店比較老了，各種設施服務還不錯。餐廳出品很差，難吃極了！中餐，早餐都不好。酒店內部環境不錯。房間也還行，設施舊但都能正常工作。前天客服瑪麗亞美女非常熱情，服務很好。酒店叫車去阿斯旺機場45美金，車況不錯，司機服務也很好。

隨着清晨四點半宣禮塔傳來的低沉而有旋律的聲音，相當於給阿斯旺的老城居民給個morning call。設施比較老舊，但還行，乾淨能湊合。畢竟在阿斯旺好酒店選擇不多。酒店不提供一次性拖鞋。早餐感覺一般，但是自費的自助晚餐（500埃鎊一個人）還是很好吃的。這裏要表揚一下他們餐廳的工作人員，看到晚上用餐的中國客人很多，馬上放了幾曲中國音樂。很有人情味喔。早餐打包速度很快。前台的服務也很好，還不忘幽默我幾句。挺有意思的。酒店是提供停車場的。

辦理入住實在太費時間，而且服務態度非常一般。帶了十幾歲小孩去，加收了20美元，同時也在房間加了床，這20美元還是有點值。早上4點去阿布，酒店會準備好早餐打包。但沒想到退房也是閃退，令我驚訝。由於晚住早退，未能感受到酒店設施。酒店有自助晚餐，我住客500埃及磅一人。攜程處理問題比較及時，為中國服務點贊👍。在阿斯旺還是比較推薦的酒店。

位置：在市區靠老瀑布步行10分鐘的一個坡上，但酒店及周邊還在建設中，塵土飛揚，較為安靜，步行體驗感較不好。 整體設施老舊：房間門壞了，被鎖房門外，前台説太晚沒法換房間；淋浴噴頭無法切換成花灑。 衞生情況還可以。 服務：前台經理和工作人員處理問題較慢、態度較為冷漠。酒店很大房間剩餘很多，安排房間依舊優先安排比較舊的房型（1人住安排3床房，設施較舊）。遇到房門壞了第一時間是與住客溝通太晚無法換房（有很多空房間的前提）。後經平台溝通協調，同意換房間，但處理速度較慢。本在夜裡23:30被鎖房門外，等待酒店master card打開後，洗澡時淋浴無法使用，再折騰與平台溝通，等待處理，完成換房已經凌晨1點。 床墊床褥：較為舒適，不硬不軟，被褥較為柔軟暖和但不會太悶熱。 酒店景觀：靠游泳池一側風景不錯，但要高層才可以看到一些河景。 早餐：基本酒店歐陸餐，無功無過。 雖然阿斯旺酒店整體老舊、選擇少，但整體體驗感十分不好。同等價位區間興許有更好的選擇。
