"We had to extend our stay to three nights as our cruise dates were changed. The manager was so kind and offered us an upgrade. I’m truly grateful for that because the view from our room was amazing. It’s pretty hot during the day, so we stayed indoor during the day and went out later on in the afternoon. The only downside of the hotel is its distance from downtown Aswan. There are no stores or shops close by, so do plan your meals ahead of time or you can have lunch or dinner at the rooftop of the hotel. The entrance of the hotel is kind of hidden. You need to walk down a set of steep stairs to get into the building, then to a different floor to check in. The room had everything we needed for the stay. It’s quite spacious and had a fridge, TV and and big closet. There is a bathtub in the bathroom but the shower area doesn’t have a door. The AC works great and kept us nice and cool. We had breakfast everyday, and the content is pretty similar to all other Egyptian hotels but it’ll keep you full if you finish everything. If you don’t like the hustle bustle near the center of Aswan and don’t mind the walk or taking cab, this would be a good option for a quiet, peaceful stay with a great view of the Nile."

"The hotel has a great location. It's about a 10-minute walk from Aswan Railway Station and within a 10-minute walk of the Nile River and cruise terminal. The Aswan Market is right downstairs; it's huge and has a wide variety of goods. The hotel looks a bit old and worn. The bathrooms are small, but the rooms are generally spacious. The staff are very friendly. If you're looking for a place to stay temporarily, the convenient location makes it a worthwhile choice."
