This hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet. The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch. Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service. Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details. The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered. Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish. Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match. Highly, highly recommended.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating! After comparing several accommodations, the overall quality and service here completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel's environment is clean and tidy throughout. The lobby is spotless and grand, with a subtle, pleasant fragrance that makes you feel instantly relaxed the moment you step in. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in was very fast, efficient, and never dragged on. Any requests were met promptly, and they were always gentle and patient, paying great attention to detail. The room itself was spacious and bright with a well-thought-out layout. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, making the stay feel anything but cramped. The cleanliness was truly exceptional; the bedding was clean, fresh, and odorless, and the duvet was soft and comfortable. The floors, tabletops, and even hidden corners were all meticulously cleaned. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, and the wash area was neat and pristine, making for a very reassuring stay. All the in-room facilities were complete and excellent: hot water pressure was strong and temperature stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet speed was fast and reliable, great for streaming or working. The hotel's soundproofing is outstanding; the corridors were quiet, and I heard no noise at all during the night, leading to excellent sleep quality. The overall living atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and the cleaning staff were diligent and thorough, keeping the public areas spotless as well. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and easy access to transportation. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a short business trip. The value for money is definitely among the best for hotels in its category – I paid an average price but received an exceptional stay. There wasn't a single thing that disappointed me; the service, environment, cleanliness, and facilities were all top-notch. My experience was absolutely perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

The room is spacious and bright, and the window is picturesque. The room of the Yongding Tower can be seen, which is refreshing. The sofa is simple and generous, and friends do not lose face when visiting. Attentive service, worthy of praise. 👍

A localização do hotel é muito boa para pegar o primeiro trem para o aeroporto. No entanto, se for muito cedo, apenas uma entrada do metrô do outro lado da rua estará aberta. A entrada mais próxima do hotel abre mais tarde. Embora isso não afete a possibilidade de pegar o primeiro trem, seria útil se o hotel pudesse avisar sobre isso. O serviço da recepção foi mediano. This is my third stay within two months. It's hands down the best hotel in Tongzhou for value for money and service. While the hardware might not be as luxurious as Nuo Hotel, Nuolan Hotel's service absolutely blows Nuo Hotel's cold and unreasonable demeanor out of the water. The hotel is new, right next to Wangfujing Mall at Wanyi, and directly opposite Universal Studios. I've eaten at the 10th-floor Chinese restaurant many times; the food isn't pre-made, and both the Sichuan and Cantonese dishes are incredibly authentic. The rooftop bar on the 11th floor offers panoramic views of Universal, which is quite impressive. The other Western restaurants also serve excellent food. All the hotel staff are young, and every single one is incredibly nice and basically goes above and beyond to help. It's clear they've been well-trained and are very professional. I especially want to mention Manager Wen from the lobby; he's young, handsome (looks like an actor), and incredibly capable at handling issues, making guests feel very comfortable. My last two stays were entirely due to Manager Wen's professionalism. I hope this young team can maintain their high standards.

O hotel era excelente! O funcionário simpático falava um pouco de inglês e foi muito prestativo, então o idioma não foi problema algum. Os outros funcionários falavam chinês, mas usamos ferramentas de tradução. O serviço foi ótimo, todos eram alegres e prestativos. Os quartos eram muito limpos. Não eram enormes, mas também não eram tão pequenos a ponto de não caber uma mala de 74-76 cm – abria confortavelmente. O banheiro tinha todas as comodidades necessárias. Se precisássemos de algo, podíamos nos comunicar pelo WeChat usando a função de tradução. Chegamos ao hotel às 9h e eles prepararam os quartos rapidamente e nos deixaram fazer o check-in por volta das 10h (embora normalmente outros hotéis exijam check-in às 14h). Éramos um grupo de 5 pessoas e reservamos um quarto com uma cama de casal (para 2 pessoas) e outro quarto com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro (para 3 pessoas). Ambos os quartos tinham janelas, mas o quarto para 2 pessoas tinha janelas em duas paredes; uma com vista para o shopping APM e a outra para prédios em construção. O café da manhã tinha uma boa variedade, mas não uma seleção enorme, e o preço era razoável. Custa no máximo 250฿ a mais por pessoa, e a comida é deliciosa. O hotel fica muito perto da estação de metrô, a apenas 50 metros, na estação Jinyu Hutong, saída B. O metrô tem até escadas rolantes, o que o torna super conveniente! Logo depois da estação de metrô, à esquerda, fica a Rua Wangfujing (famosa pelo seu pato laqueado, que tem muitas filiais. Esta filial não tem fila; você consegue uma mesa imediatamente! Fica no 3º andar de um prédio em um beco ao lado da Rua Wangfujing). À direita fica a Huawei. Se você seguir em frente por dois semáforos, chegará à Cidade Proibida (a cerca de 1 km do hotel). Ao longo do caminho, há muitas opções de comida e restaurantes populares; você não passará fome e não se perderá. No geral, fiquei muito impressionado. A localização é excelente. Se eu voltar, com certeza ficarei aqui novamente.

Por recomendação de um amigo, decidi me hospedar neste hotel. A atmosfera única de estar localizado em um hutong (rua tradicional) foi encantadora. Do check-in na recepção até o passeio pelo hotel, o distinto ”sabor de Pequim” era palpável em todos os lugares. As decorações de peixinhos dourados vermelhos adicionaram um toque festivo aos dias ainda quentes do Ano Novo *****! O quarto era pequeno, mas requintado, com uma gama completa de produtos de higiene pessoal de alta qualidade. Está convenientemente localizado ao lado da Rua Dongsi Norte, facilitando a visita à feira do Templo Longfusi – fantástico!

Great stay at Ascott with many good options nearby. Service is excellent and counter staff are helpful and attentive. Room a little old in some parts and need sprucing up. Else, everything else is lovely about the stay.

O hotel foi escolhido porque fica muito próximo da Embaixada dos EUA. Existem pequenos restaurantes, incluindo um Burger King e um McDonald's não muito longe. Além disso, há também restaurantes chineses. O quarto era bastante espaçoso. O carpete e o sofá estavam um pouco desgastados. Uma confortável cama king size, um amplo banheiro com banheira, chuveiro separado, duas pias e toalete isolado. Havia água quente abundante. Boas toalhas. O WiFi funcionou bem. Se eu tivesse negócios na Embaixada novamente, estaria inclinado a ficar aqui novamente.

Fiquei hospedado no Grand Millennium Beijing de 17/03 a 20/03/2025. A equipe da recepção foi simpática, havia uma garota que falava russo. Eles fizeram um upgrade do nosso quarto gratuitamente e nos explicaram como chegar às principais atrações. O quarto era espaçoso, com um banheiro enorme e vista para o circuito interno de TV. A sala de ginástica estava fechada para reforma. O café da manhã era basicamente chinês, mas havia arroz, ovos e salsichas. O café da manhã era o mesmo todos os dias. O restaurante do hotel fechou às 21:00. Disseram-nos que era temporário devido a reformas no restaurante principal. O metrô fica ao lado do hotel, e também há uma saída para o shopping Fortuna Mall, onde há alguns restaurantes simples no térreo, incluindo o Starbucks. Há também um supermercado.
