"This was a wonderful stay, from beginning to end.
The welcome we received at the desk made us feel at home, and the women there did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and to help us with the small problems we had with our trip. I can't say enough about the staff.
The room was great, and the breakfast had all we could want, including some options for western tastes.
The location is great, 15 minutes from the six star area, and street food everywhere we look.
We were also allowed an extra two hours to wait for our flight.
All in all a great choice.

"Hotel is new and environment is great. Service was also excellent. The only downside is the room has poor soundproofing and it is very warm. As it is winter, there is only the heater and you have to open the window to allow cold air in, if not the room is a sauna and impossible to sleep. With the windows open, you can hear everything outside. Even at 2am in the morning, I get woken up multiple times because of someone talking outside the room or room doors closing."

In our 伊利 part of our trip, we chose this Homestay based on good reviews. The owners are friendly and helpful during our stay.
The room is clean and is within walking distance to the famous 六星街 which has a lot of food and shops to visit. We can also walk to the bus terminal which we took to go to the 那拉提草原.
Highly recommended for visitors to 伊宁。"

"The guesthouse is brand new and incredibly well-decorated. The owner and front desk staff provided impeccable service; any minor issues upon check-in were resolved immediately. The location is great, at the end of Liuxing Street, so it's completely quiet at night, perfect for light sleepers. The room isn't particularly large; we had two large suitcases that we could only partially open, but small to medium-sized luggage is no problem at all. I would definitely stay here again next time!"

"This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was exceptionally warm and friendly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully at night. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good too. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!"

JJiashenchendexiangziExcellent service! The front desk staff were always warm and welcoming whenever I saw them, and the airport shuttle service was a great bonus. I really liked the hotel's style, and it was very clean. It's located in a small alley across from Liuxing Street. When I checked in, a young man helped me carry my luggage to the room and even gave me a box of snacks. When I checked out, they gave me a lavender sachet. Because my early flight left me so tired and my self-drive itinerary the next day was packed, I only stayed one night and didn't get to relax or take many photos at the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yining.

Pedimos especificamente um espaço mais pequeno - a nossa família de quatro (2 adultos, 2 crianças - 8 anos e 12 anos) estavam bastante confortáveis com três grandes matras em um dais elevado - embora nos ofereciam uma actualização, preferimos um espaço mais pequeno.
O Tempo e a sensação de Casa do pequeno quintal são Muito bons para você fazer um pequeno pequeno-almoço.O Chefe Momo é um recurso incrivelmente útil e generoso, apesar de barreiras linguísticas. O serviço de lavandaria era tão necessário para nós e as minhas crianças gostavam de receber o 1 RMB de gelo/popsicles.

Out of my entire journey across Xinjiang, this homestay was by far the most memorable and heartwarming experience. The moment I stepped into the beautifully decorated home, with its stunning blue hues, traditional Uyghur details, and peaceful courtyard covered by a canopy of vines, I instantly felt at ease. It truly felt like home.
What made it even more special was the incredible hospitality. The owner was exceptionally friendly, always ready with a warm smile and willing to help with anything I needed—whether it was sharing local tips, helping with transportation, or simply chatting over tea. Their kindness made me feel not just like a guest, but like part of the family.
The attention to detail in every corner, the peaceful swing in the courtyard, and the cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting to relax after a day of exploring. I can’t recommend this place enough—if you’re traveling through Xinjiang and want to experience genuine warmth and culture, this is the place to be.

I was so pleasure about it. Stuff in the check in was very polite and professional. They always wanted to help us. Beds were so soft and big. I would like to return again this hotel next time. I value everything there. I was in many countries’ hotels. So for me this hotel is the best one.

UUsuário convidadoThe accommodation is beautiful and in a nice Uyghur neighbourhood, Kazanqi area. The buildings are pretty and traditional Uyghur style, with open courtyards. It is maybe half an hour walk away from the Kazanqi tourist main area with the shops, and the large bazaar. There are some shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. It feels like you're staying in a more quaint, traditional town area, although there are horse drawn carts taking tourists around for a traditional Uyghur experience. The hotel is on the corner of an intersection. My room was not part of the main building where reception was, but was around the corner across a laneway. It is a very spacious and nice room with windows and a lock on the door, and a separate bathroom that was shared, and was modern. I only stayed for one night. The lady at reception was very kind and although she didn't speak much English we managed with gestured and translate apps. She gave me tea while I waited to check in and there was free fruit. I had issues paying my taxi driver and she kindly helped me pay and I paid her back. I asked about whether the accommodation served breakfast since I read something in previous reviews about people eating breakfast here but she said there was not. There was a kitchen in the main reception area with dishes that I was able to use. There was also a washing machine which the host helped me to use and she kindly helped me by hanging my clothes as I took a while to return to the washing machine. I would definitely stay here again.
